We hear your cry for healing, protection, and blessing over yourself, your children, your mother, and even your pets. Your heart is clearly longing for God’s peace, restoration, and favor in every area of life, and we stand with you in agreement for these things, but only in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is His blood alone that secures our redemption, healing, and victory (1 Peter 2:24, Revelation 12:11).

First, we must address the language of your request. While your passion is evident, Scripture warns us against the dangers of presumptuous speech, "decreeing," or "demanding" things into existence as if we hold authority apart from God. Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10). Our words should align with His will, not attempt to manipulate or control it. The power is not in our declarations but in God’s sovereign purpose. We are called to pray with faith, yes, but also with humility, trusting that His plans are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

That said, we do stand in fervent agreement for your healing and protection! The Bible assures us that "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and that God is our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We pray now for complete restoration, body, mind, and spirit, for you and your family:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, You see the deep longing in this heart for healing, peace, and protection. We ask You to touch every area of sickness, pain, or fear, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Heal lungs, organs, senses, and every part of the body that needs Your restoration. Bring peace to minds that may be troubled, and fill this family with Your perfect shalom.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and any generational curses in Jesus’ name (Galatians 3:13). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises in judgment is condemned by the blood of Christ. Protect them from all harm, seen and unseen, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7).

Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. Heal relationships within this family, let communication be filled with grace, love, and understanding. Provide times of joy, rest, and fellowship together, as You intend for families to enjoy one another (Psalm 133:1). And Lord, we ask for uncommon favor, open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Most of all, we pray that this family would know You more deeply. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin, reveal it so it can be confessed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus (1 John 1:9). Draw them closer to You, that they may walk in Your ways and experience the fullness of life You promise (John 10:10).

We trust You, Lord, to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in this family’s life, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen."

Now, a word of caution: While we affirm your desire for privacy and protection, Scripture warns us against an isolating spirit. God calls us to community (Hebrews 10:24-25) and to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If there are struggles or needs, do not hesitate to reach out to trusted believers for prayer, support, or accountability. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but "where two or three are gathered in My name, there I am in the midst of them" (Matthew 18:20).

Lastly, if there are areas where you or your family are not walking in full obedience to God’s Word, whether in relationships, habits, or attitudes, we encourage you to surrender those to Him. True healing and favor flow from a heart aligned with His will. If there is unconfessed sin, repent and turn to Him, for He is faithful and just to forgive (1 John 1:9).

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We’re grateful you let us peek into your heart and the deep love you carry for your family. It’s clear you’re fighting for their well‑being in every way you know how, and we want to stand right with you before the Lord.

When the need feels so large, healing for bodies, peace in your souls, restored relationships, protection over every one of you and even your pets, it’s natural to cry out with everything in you. We don’t want you to carry that weight alone, though. We’ve seen again and again that God often sends His healing through the steady, caring presence of others in the body of Christ. Is there a trusted small group, a pastor, or a couple of mature prayer partners you could ask to walk alongside you during this season? Letting them pray with you, check in, and simply be with you can make the waiting more bearable and open doors to the peace you’re longing for.

It may also help, in the quieter moments, to simply rest your heart in God’s faithfulness rather than feeling you have to summon the right words to move things forward. He already knows every detail, and His love doesn’t depend on how forcefully we declare something. You can pour out your honest fears and hopes, and then trust that He is at work, often in small, ordinary ways we don’t see right away.

Let’s pray together now:

Father, we lift up this dear one, their three children, their mom, and every creature under their roof. You see the places where they need healing, lungs, glands, ears, sight, and the deeper places of the soul. We ask You to bring the exact healing needed and to quiet their minds and bodies with Your peace. Protect them and shield them from every attack, seen and unseen. Restore the years the locusts have eaten and bring joyful times together as a family. Surround them with people who will be Your hands and feet. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Beloved,

I have read your heart poured out upon the page, and I see in it a soul that longs for the blessing of the Most High. Your petitions are many and fervent, and there is much in them that echoes the promises of Scripture. Yet let me speak with you as a shepherd speaks to one of the flock, that your faith may rest upon the solid Rock.

You have written much of speaking, creating, claiming, controlling, decreeing, declaring, demanding, editing into existence. Dear soul, such language is not the tongue of Zion, but rather savors of that which would bend the Divine will to the creature. It is not ours to command the Almighty as though He were a servant at our bidding, nor is prayer a machinery by which we compel the heavens. Remember, our Lord taught us to pray, “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven,” and He Himself in the garden cried, “Not my will, but thine, be done.” The God of my mercy is a Sovereign who gives freely according to the good pleasure of His grace, but He will not be treated as a talisman to be conjured by words of command. Cast off this error; it is a weed that grows in Babylon and not in the garden of the Lord.

Come now to the promises you love. You plead the blood of Jesus, and therein is your plea established. For the blood of Jesus whispers peace within; it is that which cleanseth from all sin and bringeth the sinner near. Through Christ we have access by one Spirit unto the Father, and it is in His name we ask and receive. When you bring your family before the throne, bring them as a sinner saved by grace, pleading the merits of the Redeemer, and not as one who demands what is theirs by decree. The Lord says, “I will accept you with your sweet savour”, and that sweet savour is Christ alone. Not our fervency, not our loudness, but His righteousness, His obedience, His atoning death, these ascend as a fragrant incense before the throne.

For healing, there are leaves from the Tree of Life. The Great Physician is still about His Father’s business, and He delighteth to bind up the broken in heart and to heal their diseases. Bring your body, your mind, your senses, your inmost organs, and lay them at His feet. He who made the eye can restore sight; He who formed the lung can give breath. But know that healing is not always given in the manner we prescribe; sometimes the Lord sanctifies the affliction that we might know Him more. Yet it is right and good to ask, and to ask greatly, for He giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not. Only let your asking be as a child to a Father, and not as a master to a servant.

You speak of protection, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that your family is a secret guarded by the Most High. This is a truth most precious. The Lord is a shelter, a refuge in the time of storm. He keepeth the feet of His saints, and the wicked shall not come nigh to harm them except it be by His permission for their greater good. The everlasting arms are underneath, and they bear us up in all our trials. Yet rest not in the declaration of protection as though by your words you built a wall; rather hide yourselves in the secret place of the Most High, which is Christ Jesus, and there be at peace.

You crave peace, great peace, in mind and soul. This peace is a present possession, a fruit of the Spirit. It cometh by remembering that our debt is paid, and that we are accepted in the Beloved. When we do the will of Jesus, we find rest; when we leave the impossible to Him, our anxiety dwindles. The peace which passeth all understanding keeps our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Seek not to manufacture it by shouting “greatly,” but receive it as a gift from the hand that was pierced for you.

For your family and the locust-eaten years, the Lord has given a word: “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten.” He can bring back what sin and sorrow have devoured; He can make you as though you had never been cast aside. For backsliders who turn in prayer, there is mercy; for those who cry out of the depths, there is a look from Jesus that breaks the heart and brings restoration. Are there breaches in your household? Bring them to Him who maketh up the hedge. Are there wounds in your relationships? The oil and wine of the Good Samaritan are still available for those who wait upon Him.

I beseech you, lay hold upon God by humble prayer. The token that God is about to bless is that He inclines you to pray. If your heart is crying to Him, then mercy is on the way. Pray with your children, gather your mother, and together cast your cares upon Him who careth for you. Do not trust in great swelling words, but in the name of the Lord our Righteousness. He knows your need before you ask; He sees the secret chambers of your mind and the hidden pains of your body. He will not break the bruised reed nor quench the smoking flax.

May the Lord grant you the healing you seek, according to His perfect will. May He grant you peace, real peace, that deep calm of the soul that rests in Jesus. May He be a shield about you and your offspring, and may you find that the God of my mercy goes before you to make the crooked places straight. I commend you to the Word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Stand still, and see the salvation of your God.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Why do you clamor so loudly for health and ease, as though the Lord were deaf to anything but shouting? You speak of decreeing and declaring, of editing your life into existence with words of power, but where is the stillness that befits one who hears the Spirit speak? When God converses with us, we need great awe, not a torrent of demands. Life is not a plaything, nor is the Lord a servant of your tongue.

Consider what truly matters. The Lord Himself said that unless we eat His flesh and drink His blood, we have no eternal life in us. That is what you should crave with such urgency, not the healing of toes and vacations and shields of favor as if these were your due. You ask for great peace in your body, but I ask you, have you sought the peace that comes from the remission of sins? Do you run to Christ because you have heard that He heals bodies, but not rouse yourself when He offers to heal your soul? He gives eternal life even now if we are in earnest, but you are much more eager for the temporary than the everlasting.

You want to be a secret and protected, yet you make a great display before the Lord with your multiplied words. The Healer of all once commanded those He cured to tell no man. He did not seek a parade, and neither should you. In almsgiving, we become like God when we hide our giving; so in prayer, do not suppose that many words and emphatic declarations twist the arm of the Most High. You have heard, "Every tongue that rises against us in judgment is condemned," but have you examined your own tongue? The wrath of God abides on those who do not believe on the Son, and true belief does not dictate, but entrusts.

You mention the locusts that ate. Perhaps the greatest locust has been a spirit of self-assertion that devours your peace more than any bodily ailment. I do not wish to irritate you, but to speak for your own sake. The poor man who receives your alms is the healer of your wounds; so too, humble submission to God in sickness and need is the true medicine. When you lend to God by trusting Him, you increase your wealth, you do not diminish it. But if you do not lessen your willfulness by giving it up to Him, then indeed your willfulness is diminished.

Therefore, let us come to Him and ask nothing pertaining to this life, or if we do ask, let it be with such lowliness as the stranger who is ashamed even while receiving a kindness. You are not conferring a favor on God by your demands, as if He needed your decrees to act. You are rather indebted to Him for every breath. So do not seek to bind His power with your words; instead, let your words be few and your heart full of the fear of God. The tree that receives many strokes may seem unyielding, but later falls at one blow of grace. Hear this: cease from your multitude of proclamations and seek the one thing needful. Ask for eternal life, and all else will be added as He sees fit. But if you persist in treating the Almighty as a force to be commanded, you will miss the life that is truly life, and your peace will remain a broken shell.
