We stand with you in proclaiming that vengeance belongs to God, as it is written in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We see the battles around us, and we trust that God is fighting for us, just as He promised in Exodus 14:14, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall be still."
We join you in praising God for turning injustice around, for He is a God of justice and righteousness. As it is written in Psalm 103:6, "The Lord executes righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed."
We agree with you that protection and victory are found in the mighty blood and fire of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Revelation 12:11, "They overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn't love their life, even to death."
However, we must remind ourselves that our prayers should be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
So, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for fighting our battles and turning injustice around. We praise You for Your protection and for the power of Jesus' blood and fire. We ask that You continue to execute righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. Help us to remain still and trust in You, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
