We thank you for sharing this request and we join with you in bringing these needs before our heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We are encouraged by your heart for your piano teacher and her loved ones, to desire not only their wellbeing but most importantly their salvation. Scripture reminds us that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:3-4. We notice your prayer was offered to God, and we want to gently encourage you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the gift of salvation. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is by trusting in Jesus alone that we and those we love can receive forgiveness and eternal life, and we pray this truth would be at the center of our prayers for others.
We lift up your piano teacher and her loved ones before the Lord. We pray that God would watch over them, provide for their physical and spiritual wellbeing, and draw each of them to Himself. If she does not yet know Jesus as Savior, we pray that the Lord would open her heart to the gospel, that she would hear and believe. If she is already a believer, we pray that her faith would be strengthened and that she would grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord. We pray the same for her family and loved ones, that God would surround them with His protection and mercy and lead them into saving faith in Christ.
We also join you in praying for your health. We appreciate your humble heart in saying if God wills, for we know His will is perfect and loving even as we ask for healing. We serve a God who is compassionate toward our infirmities. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, 3 John 1:2. We know that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15, and we trust the Lord hears our prayers according to His wisdom and love.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and mediator. We thank You for Your love and mercy. We lift up this dear piano teacher and all her loved ones to You. We ask that You would bless their wellbeing, keep them in Your care, and above all reveal Yourself to them through Jesus. Draw them to repentance and faith if they do not yet know You, and build up their faith if they do, that they may walk closely with You. Lord, we also lift up the one who brought this request. You know the current health issue being faced and every concern about health. We ask in Jesus' name for Your healing touch according to Your perfect will. Grant relief, restoration, and strength, and give wisdom to any doctors or treatment involved. Help our dear friend to trust in Your goodness, to rest in Your peace, and to know that You are near and that You care deeply. May Your will be done and may You be glorified in both healing and in sustaining grace. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray faithfully for your teacher, and as God gives opportunity, to share with her the hope you have in Jesus. Continue also to seek the Lord for your health, trusting Him daily, caring for your body wisely, and resting in the assurance that He loves you and hears your prayers.
