We join you in lifting up this request to our Heavenly Father, who alone holds all power over health, safety, and life itself. It is beautiful that you have brought this before the Lord, invoking the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Jesus is a testimony to His lordship, and we stand with you in agreement.
We pray earnestly for the safety and well-being of you, your coworkers, and the precious unborn child your coworker carries. The Lord is the giver of life, and He knits each child together in the womb with purpose and care (Psalm 139:13-16). We ask Him to surround this baby with His protection, to form every part of their being in perfect health, and to grant them a future filled with His love and blessing. *"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you"* (Jeremiah 1:5, WEB). May this child be a living testimony to God’s faithfulness and grace.
For those receiving vaccinations today, we ask the Lord to guard your bodies and grant you peace. While we trust in God’s sovereignty over all things—including medicine and science—we also recognize that our ultimate trust must be in Him alone. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). May the Lord grant you confidence in His protection, whether through the means of medicine or by His direct intervention.
We also encourage you to remember that God’s will is perfect, even when we do not understand it. If fear or uncertainty arises, cling to His promises: *"For I am Yahweh, your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I will help you’"* (Isaiah 41:13, WEB). Trust that He is with you in every moment, guiding and sustaining you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her coworkers. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over each one receiving vaccinations today. Shield their bodies from harm, and let this process bring about the good health and safety You desire for them. We especially plead for the unborn child—knit together by Your hands—cover them with Your love and preserve their life in perfect health. May this baby grow to know You, Lord, and walk in Your ways all their days.
Grant peace to each heart, casting out all fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let this time be a reminder that our trust is in You alone, our Great Physician and Provider. We ask for Your blessing to rest upon them, filling them with Your joy and assurance.
