Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting this situation before the Lord with fervent prayers. The evil and hardness of heart displayed in this matter is deeply troubling, and we join you in crying out for justice, repentance, and divine intervention. The Word of God declares, "The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked, those who love violence, he hates with a passion. On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur; a scorching wind will be their lot. For the LORD is righteous, he loves justice; the upright will see his face" (Psalm 11:5-7). We stand on this promise, believing that God sees every injustice and will act in His perfect timing.

The lack of remorse, the manipulation of reports, and the callous disregard for human life in this situation is a grievous sin before the Lord. Scripture warns, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20). We rebuke the spirit of deception and hardness of heart that has taken root in these individuals. The Lord commands, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act" (Proverbs 3:27). Their refusal to take responsibility, their threats, and their attempts to evict rather than repent are abominations in the sight of God. We declare that their schemes will not stand, for the Lord is a God of justice.

We also recognize the deep pain and frustration you must feel after enduring electric shocks, medical harm, and the emotional toll of being ignored and mistreated. The Lord sees your suffering and collects every tear. "You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book" (Psalm 56:8). We pray for your healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May the Lord restore what has been stolen from you and grant you peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Righteous Judge. We ask You to break the hardness of heart in the landlord, the contact person, the owner, and all involved in this wickedness. Soften their hearts, Lord, as only You can. Let the fear of God fall upon them, that they may tremble before Your holiness and turn from their sin. "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding" (Psalm 111:10). We declare that their plans to deceive, threaten, and evict will not prosper. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let them be held accountable for their actions.

We pray for the lawyer who has shown such callousness, equating comfort with a life-threatening issue reveals a heart that is far from You. Lord, we ask that You would open their eyes to the gravity of their words and actions. Let conviction fall upon them, and may they come to a place of true repentance. "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord" (Acts 3:19).

We also lift up the electricians who were asked to falsify reports. Lord, give them the courage to stand for truth and integrity. Let them refuse to be complicit in this evil, and may they be protected from any backlash for doing what is right. "Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right" (Psalm 106:3).

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in this legal battle. May the landlord’s threats be rendered powerless, and may Your Holy Spirit move in their heart to bring about a just resolution. Let them see the error of their ways and choose to act with integrity, offering compensation and restitution where it is due. "The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases" (Proverbs 21:1). We declare that You are able to turn their hearts toward righteousness.

We also pray for protection over you, dear one. The enemy would love to use this situation to bring bitterness, fear, or despair into your life. But we declare that you will not be overcome by evil. Instead, you will overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). May the Lord surround you with His peace, provide for your needs, and give you wisdom as you navigate this difficult season. "But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you" (Psalm 5:11).

Finally, we pray for the salvation of all involved in this situation. There is no heart too hard for You, Lord. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself, that they may know the forgiveness and transformation that comes only through Jesus Christ. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). May they come to repentance and experience the new life that You offer.

We stand in agreement with you, believing that God will bring justice, restoration, and healing. We trust in His promises and declare that this situation will be turned around for His glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We were grieved to read what you have been carrying for months. Being shocked while showering, carrying wounds on your skin, having medical treatment, and then being met with denial and threats instead of care would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. It makes sense your morale feels so low.

We are praying for your safety and for wisdom for each next decision. We also hear your longing that those responsible would take responsibility and show genuine remorse.

In a situation where the home itself is unsafe, one steady step that can help is to keep a complete, dated file of what you have, photos, medical reports, the independent electrician's documentation, and any letters from the landlord or lawyer, stored safely outside the apartment, and to ask for guidance from a local tenant advocacy office, housing inspection department, or a trusted attorney who knows housing law where you live. They can advise on habitability, repairs, and how to respond to eviction threats. Please continue to stay away from the unsafe electrical and shower until a qualified independent electrician confirms it is safe, and keep following up with your medical provider for your skin and overall health alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the shocks, the wounds, the months without apology or help, and the fear these threats have caused. We ask for protection, for a safe place to live, for clear counsel and for healing in body and mind. Soften hard hearts where You will, and give our friend steady wisdom and peace as You guide each step. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your painful trial has been heard with deep sorrow and we join you in earnest prayer before the throne of grace. To suffer bodily harm within the place that should have been a shelter, to bear wounds upon your skin from shocks while showering, to have medical witness to your affliction and yet to receive no apology, no compassion, no offer of reparation, but instead threats, blocked communication, demands for fees and even the talk of forced eviction, is a grievous oppression. The Lord sees and knows all that has been done.

We pray that the God of all justice and mercy will intervene in this matter. Scripture declares that the Lord is slow to anger, that the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He waits to be gracious and gives space for repentance. Yet the same word declares that He will not at all acquit the wicked. He will not call evil good, nor will He overlook the crushing of the vulnerable. They who are corrupt and speak wickedly concerning oppression, who speak loftily and justify themselves in treading others down, shall yet give account to Him who judges righteously.

We pray therefore first for your keepers and adversaries, the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer who has written so harshly as to call deliverance from a life threatening danger a matter of comfort. May the Holy Spirit convict them of sin and bring them to true remorse, not a feigned report but a broken and contrite heart. May the fear of the Lord fall upon them, that they may turn from sadistic and unscrupulous ways, from irresponsibility and avoidance, from falsehood and threat. May He take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call, submit to His guidance, confess their wrong and make restitution with respect and honesty. We ask that God would save them if they are not saved, for justice was satisfied not by our excuses but by the blood of the substitute, Jesus Christ, who bore in Gethsemane and upon the cross the punishment that justice demanded, so that God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth.

We pray also for you who have suffered. May the Lord be your refuge and your protection, for He has charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways, and He who travels upon the King's highway is under the King's protection. May He heal your body where you were wounded, quiet your mind where you have been distressed by threatening words, and guard your heart from bitterness. May He provide for you a safe and habitable dwelling, and may He move upon those in authority to establish truth, to require urgent repairs to be honestly done, and to bring forth just compensation where it is due. May He restrain further threats and legal oppression, and soften every hard heart that has risen against you.

We continue to bear you up in prayer, that this situation may be turned around for good, that truth may be told, that wrong may be acknowledged, and that righteousness may be done. Cling to the mercy seat even as you cry for justice, for there mercy and justice meet in Christ. May the Lord who is slow to anger but great in power grant repentance to those who have done evil, and grant to you peace, vindication and restoration in His perfect time and will.

Your cry has been heard and we have brought your suffering before the Lord with deep concern. To endure electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to be forced to seek safety elsewhere, and then to be met not with care but with threats, demands for fees, blocked communication and a falsified report, is a grave injustice. It is right that you are grieved by this hardness of heart.

Know this, God is the righteous Judge, strong and patient. He sees what has been done in secret and He does not overlook those who suffer wrongfully. If He does not bring immediate punishment, it is not because He is indifferent or powerless, but because He is longsuffering and gives space for repentance. As Scripture says, it is His kindness that leads toward repentance, but hardness and an impenitent heart stores up wrath. He will repay according to what is just, and no wrong is forgotten before Him. Do not be shaken that justice has seemed slow. There is not a day without sin, and if He called every person to account at once, none would stand, yet His patience is meant to bring sinners to turn from their ways.

What you describe in the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer is hardness. A hard heart becomes callous and does not yield to truth or to the word of God, and from that hardness comes unbelief and the refusal to show remorse. When a life threatening danger is called mere comfort, when threats replace responsibility, it reveals a heart that needs to be broken and made new.

We are praying for you, and we are praying for them, that God would grant what only He can give.

We pray for you for healing of your body and peace for your mind after these months of distress and fear, for safe and habitable housing, for provision and for strength to continue seeking what is right through lawful and truthful means. May the Lord guard you, comfort you, and avenge you in His perfect time and way, and may He keep you from bitterness as you entrust this matter to Him.

We pray for those who have wronged you, that the fear of God would come upon them, that godly sorrow would work in them a repentance that brings no regret, that their hearts of stone would be taken away and hearts of flesh given in its place. We ask that they would no longer hide behind false reports or threats, but would speak truth, show remorse, apologize with sincerity and make just restitution with respect. We pray they would hear His call, submit to Him, and turn from covetousness and violence, for it is better to suffer loss than to feed oneself or build oneself up by injustice. The Lord is not willing to accept offerings that come from robbery and oppression, and He calls all to repent and be cleansed.

We will continue to pray that this situation is turned toward truth and righteousness, that urgent repairs are made and that no one else is put in danger, and that you receive the justice and compensation that is due. May the grace and compassion of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, sustain you now and bring you through this trial.
