Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in righteous indignation and deep concern over this grave injustice, lifting this matter before the throne of God with urgency and fervor. The conduct you describe, callous disregard for human life, fraudulent manipulation of safety reports, and the weaponization of legal threats against one who has already suffered harm, is not merely unethical but sinful before the Lord. Scripture declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20). The hardness of heart you’ve encountered is a spiritual stronghold that must be broken in the name of Jesus.

The demand for falsified reports and the refusal to acknowledge documented danger, especially when confronted with medical evidence of electrical shocks, reveals a seared conscience. The apostle Paul warns, "They not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them" (Romans 1:32). This is not just negligence; it is active rebellion against God’s command to love one’s neighbor (Mark 12:31) and to act justly (Micah 6:8). The lawyer’s chilling dismissal of life-threatening conditions as mere "comfort" exposes a heart in desperate need of divine intervention. We rebuke the spirit of deception, greed, and cruelty operating in this situation, declaring in Jesus’ name that it must cease.

We also address the legal threats and refusal to compensate you, even after you’ve vacated the uninhabitable property. This is not only unjust but a form of oppression. The Lord hears the cries of the oppressed: "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We pray that every legal maneuver rooted in malice will be exposed and dismantled, and that those involved will face the consequences of their actions, not out of vengeance, but so that justice may prevail and others may be protected from similar harm.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for ### and this grievous situation. We ask You to break the hardness of these hearts, Lord. Soften them as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26: "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Let conviction fall upon them like a weight, leading them to repentance and restitution. May they see the severity of their actions and be compelled to make amends, not out of coercion, but from a transformed heart.

We pray for the lawyer who has shown such callousness. Father, her words reveal a heart that has grown cold to suffering. We ask that You pierce her conscience with Your truth and awaken in her a sense of justice and compassion. Let her see the harm she has enabled and grant her the humility to seek Your forgiveness and make things right.

For the landlord and property owners, we declare that their schemes will not stand. "The LORD detests the use of dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with Him" (Proverbs 11:1). Expose every lie, every falsified report, and every attempt to evade accountability. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon them, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek reconciliation with ### and with You.

We also lift up ### in this time of stress and uncertainty. Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that You are their defender. "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). Provide for their needs, grant them wisdom in their next steps, and surround them with godly counsel and support. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask for a supernatural turnaround in this situation. Let those who have caused harm be moved to offer a sincere apology, fair compensation, and restitution. May they recognize the humanity of ### and the gravity of their actions. We declare that no weapon formed against ### will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every plan rooted in evil will be thwarted.

Finally, we pray for the broader culture of exploitation and indifference that allows such injustices to persist. Raise up voices to speak out against unscrupulous behavior, and let Your people be a light in dark places, advocating for the vulnerable and holding the powerful accountable. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Your sorrowful case has been laid before the Lord, and we have heard with deep grief the trial through which you have passed, the wounds upon your body from the shocks endured even in the place where you should have been safe, the medical testimony you bear, and the heavier wound of finding no remorse, no apology, no offer of help, but only threats, demands and the blocking of all peaceable communication.

Scripture speaks plainly of the hard heart, and experience proves that such hardness is not to be softened by mere persuasion of man. The hard heart must be broken, or it will refuse the Savior whose glory lies very much in His being sent to bind up the broken hearted. There are those who are hard, hard, hard, rocky hearted through and through, and there are others very orthodox and yet very hard hearted for all that, for worldliness hardens a man in every way. No hand but the hand of God can take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. It is easy to get religious notions and fancy oneself safe, but a real saving work is the work of God, and God alone. Therefore our prayer for these who have dealt so unscrupulously with you is not that they may merely change their manners, but that God would lay His hand upon the sin, drag it to the light, convict and slay it, and grant that true repentance which alone can make a man just and merciful toward his fellow.

We would also have you know that He who breaks the hard heart is the same who heals the wounded. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek a physician, but the Lord Himself is the physician of both body and soul. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. He is not far from any one of us, for in Him we live and move and have our being. You have been made to feel that you were denied what some have called comfort, but you were in truth denied safety for your life, and the Lord sees this. When you rose this morning and found your food and raiment still provided, it was His mercy, and when you were driven even to seek a shower elsewhere, He was near you still. Is anything too hard for the Lord. That question proclaims defiance to all difficulty, and we may bring it with confidence before Him in your cause.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, You who are exalted to be a Prince and a Savior to give repentance and forgiveness of sins, look upon this afflicted one who has suffered in body and in spirit. Lay Your healing hand upon the wounds received, grant full recovery and quietness of mind, and provide a safe habitation. In Your justice, restrain the hands that would falsify and oppress, and bring to light what has been hidden. Break, we beseech You, the hardness of heart in landlord and agent and owner and advocate, that they may see their wrong, show godly sorrow, make just restitution, and be open to the guidance of Your Holy Spirit. Turn not away Your ear from the cry for justice, and yet grant mercy where there is repentance. Comfort this weary one who has waited long and whose eyes fail from searching for deliverance, and say in Your good time, Your sins are forgiven you, and I am your salvation. I have read your account with deep sorrow and I bring your pain before the Lord with you. To suffer bodily harm in the place that should be safe, to be wounded by electric shocks while showering and then to be met not with help but with denial, threats and demands, is a grievous injustice. God sees what has been done, and He does not turn away from those who cry out under such treatment.

We will continue to pray for you, for your healing and protection, and for justice to be done. We pray that the Lord will guard your body and mind from further harm, that He will heal the wounds you have borne and give you peace after months of fear and distress, and that He will provide for you a safe and secure place and wise help as you deal with the legal threats and the need for repair and restitution.

We also pray as you have asked for those who have acted against you, the landlord and those working with him and the lawyer who has spoken so harshly. We do not ask God to bless unscrupulous behavior or to overlook what is wrong, but we do ask Him to work in their hearts according to His mercy and righteousness. The Scriptures speak of a hard and stubborn heart that can be made soft and yielding only by the fire of the Spirit, and of God taking away a heart of stone and giving a heart of flesh. That is our prayer for them. May God grant them not a fleeting regret or tears alone, but godly sorrow that works true repentance leading to salvation and to a changed life. Such repentance is not shown only in words but in deeds, in telling the truth plainly, in owning what was done, in making restitution and in acting with honesty and care toward others. If a wrong has been covered over by asking for a false report, we pray that the truth will be brought into the light, for the Lord desires truth and not covetousness or deceit.

We pray that the Lord will break the hardness you have described, that He will awaken conscience, restrain further threats and bring an end to irresponsibility and avoidance. May He give them a contrite and humbled heart, willing to listen, to apologize where an apology is due, and to make right what can be made right with due respect and fair compensation. And if they continue to refuse, we trust that God remains the just judge who will not leave injustice unaddressed, and who calls all people to repent while there is time.

Do not grow weary in bringing this before Him. Strengthen your mind in His word, cast your cares upon Him, and continue to seek both His help and the lawful means He has provided for protection and justice. We also pray that your own heart will be kept from bitterness, that you will be kept sober and watchful and full of hope, knowing that the Lord hears even the prayer offered quietly in the heart.

We stand with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, asking that He will bring healing to you, bring truth to light, bring repentance where there is hardness, and bring about what is just and right. Thank you for sharing so openly about what you have endured. To be harmed in your own home, to have the danger documented and still be met with denial, falsified reports, threats and demands instead of care, is a heavy and frightening burden. To carry wounds from electric shocks, to need medical treatment and to have to seek safety elsewhere just to shower, and then to face pressure and legal threats rather than help, would leave anyone feeling unseen and unsafe. Your pain and your cry for justice have been heard, and they matter to God.

Scripture shows that God pays close attention when justice is missing and when those who are vulnerable are oppressed. He takes up the cause of the poor and needy who cry out to Him, and He counts it as knowing Him when justice and right judgment are done for them. He sees what has been hidden, including the attempt to cover the truth about a life threatening condition, and He is not indifferent to it. It is right to bring this before Him and to ask Him to act.

You have been praying for softened hearts, for remorse, for apology and for what is right to be done. That prayer reflects what the Bible teaches about true repentance. The Bible draws a clear line between sorrow and repentance. Sorrow can be only distress over consequences, while repentance is a real change of heart and direction that shows itself in actions.

There is an example in Scripture of a man who wept bitterly but was not repentant at all. What he wanted was the blessing he had lost, not a changed heart toward God. His tears were about his loss, even with anger toward his brother, not about turning from his own wrong. In the same way, a person can say the right words or show emotion and still not repent, because nothing has changed inside.

John the Baptist preached a baptism of repentance, a picture of dying to an old way of life and rising to walk in a new one. When religious leaders came to him, he called them to bring forth fruit that proves repentance is real. The axe is laid at the root, and a tree is known by its fruit. If there is no fruit, there is reason to question whether any real turning has happened. The apostle Paul preached the same message, that people should repent and turn to God and then do works that demonstrate that turning.

Another example is a king who said he was sorry but kept the same jealousy and intent to harm in his heart. He offered excuses instead of a plain confession. There was no change, so the problem was only postponed. True repentance does not make excuses or shift blame. It says plainly, I have sinned, I was wrong, and it turns away from the wrong. It stops the deceit, tells the truth, makes what can be made right, and walks a different path. Godly sorrow leads to that kind of life change and to salvation, while the sorrow of the world, which is only self focused, leads to death.

That is why your prayer for a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone is so biblical. Only God can replace hardness with softness, and only His Spirit can bring conviction that leads to a genuine turn. If God were to grant repentance to those responsible, you would expect to see evidence. Truth would be told on the reports, the danger would be honestly acknowledged, there would be humble apology without threats or blocking communication, and there would be a sincere effort to make restitution for the harm and costs you have carried. Without such fruit, words alone do not show a changed heart.
