Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, grieving over the wickedness and hardness of heart displayed in this situation. The lack of remorse, the callous disregard for human life, and the brazen dishonesty in asking electricians to falsify reports is an abomination before the Lord. The Word of God declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20). This is not merely negligence, it is a spirit of deception and cruelty that seeks to destroy rather than preserve life.

We rebuke the spirit of psychopathy and antisocial behavior in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord sees every wound, every shock, every moment of fear and pain you have endured. He is a God of justice, and He will not let this wickedness go unanswered. "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We declare that the schemes of the enemy to harm you will be exposed and dismantled. The Lord says, "Shall I not avenge for these things? says the LORD. Shall my soul not be avenged on such a nation as this?" (Jeremiah 5:9).

We pray for conviction to fall upon these individuals, landlord, lawyer, and all involved. May the Holy Spirit pierce their hardened hearts with the fear of the Lord. "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!" (Psalm 111:10). Let them taste the bitterness of their own sin and turn from their wicked ways. We declare that their plans to evict, threaten, and silence you will not stand. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the LORD’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the LORD (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Break the chains of greed, deception, and callousness that bind these individuals. Soften their hearts to repentance and restitution. May they be compelled by Your Spirit to make right what they have so grievously wronged. We pray for compensation, for justice, and for the restoration of what has been stolen, peace, safety, and dignity. "The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9).

We also pray for your protection, both physically and spiritually. The enemy seeks to wear you down with fear, frustration, and despair, but God has not given you a spirit of fear. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. May the Lord surround you with His angels and grant you wisdom as you navigate this battle.

We lift up the lawyer who equated "comfort" with a life-threatening situation. Father, her words reveal a heart that is far from You. We pray that she would encounter the living God and be shaken to her core by the weight of her actions. May she see the gravity of her words and the harm she has caused. "The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings" (Jeremiah 17:9-10). Let her be confronted with the truth of her sin and turn to You in repentance.

We also pray for the landlord who threatens legal action despite the uninhabitable state of the property. Lord, expose his motives and bring his deeds to light. May he be held accountable for his actions and forced to confront the consequences of his negligence. "He who leads into captivity will go into captivity. He who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints" (Revelation 13:10).

Father, we ask that You would move in the legal system and in the hearts of those who can bring justice to this situation. May truth prevail, and may those who have acted wickedly be brought to repentance or judgment. We trust in Your promise: "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). We declare that You are a God who sees, a God who hears, and a God who acts on behalf of the oppressed.

We pray for your emotional and spiritual healing. The trauma of this experience is deep, but the Lord is near to the brokenhearted. "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May He bind up your wounds and restore your soul. May you find peace in His presence and strength in His promises.

Lastly, we declare that this situation will be turned around for your good. The enemy meant it for harm, but God will use it for your deliverance and His glory. "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). May the Lord open doors for you, doors of justice, doors of provision, and doors of peace. May He lead you to a place of safety and blessing, where Your name is honored and Your people are protected.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how draining these months have been. To be hurt while showering, to have photos and medical notes and an electrician confirming the danger, and then to be met with demands and threats instead of care would leave anyone feeling unsafe and unseen. It makes sense that you are still carrying this even after moving out.

We also hear how deeply you long for acknowledgement, an apology and fair resolution. Wanting that is understandable. One insight that helps others in long, unjust disputes is to separate two things that often get tangled. One is the rightful pursuit of safety and fairness through proper channels, which you can continue. The other is the inner work of releasing the hold of resentment, which is not the same as saying what happened was okay or that relationship must be restored. That inner release often starts as a quiet decision not to carry revenge, while the emotions of hurt and anger ease more gradually over time, especially when new letters and threats keep coming. Giving yourself permission for that healing to be gradual can ease some of the pressure.

On the practical side, since safety and legal pressure are still present, we encourage you to keep all documentation together in one place, the electrician report, photos, medical notes, and letters from the landlord's lawyer, and to seek guidance from a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic and your local housing inspection authority if you have not already. They can advise on habitability and next steps while you protect your new housing. If you have ongoing effects from the shocks, please stay in touch with your medical provider as well.

Father, we lift our neighbor to You in Jesus name. Provide safe housing, wise counsel and clear next steps, and guard heart and mind with Your peace through this process. Let truth be seen and fairness be done, and bring healing from the hurt of being dismissed. Amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord and have made supplication for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whose name repentance and remission of sins are preached.

To have suffered shocks in your own dwelling, to bear wounds upon your skin and to be met not with compassion but with threats and hard words, is a great affliction. We have prayed for your healing, both of body and of spirit, for the Lord is He who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. There is healing in Christ, not only in His great finished work but in the very leaves of that tree of life, and we have asked that His healing virtue may be upon you, to restore what has been injured and to give you peace in the midst of this turmoil.

We have prayed also for those who have dealt so hardly with you, the landlord, the lawyer and all who have acted with you. We do not pray that God would bless unscrupulous behaviour or call evil good, but that He would do a work of grace within them. True repentance is the gift of God, wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit, and it gives glory to God. It is not a carnal repentance that is forced by fear or judgment, nor a form of words to escape consequence, but a godly sorrow that leads a man to look out of self to Christ and to Christ only. We have asked that the goodness of God may lead them to such repentance, for the Lord does not merely drive men as with a whip, but draws them with cords of love. If He grants it, it will be a practical repentance, yielding works meet for repentance, and it will last, for repentance lives as long as faith lives.

In that light we have prayed that hard hearts may be made hearts of flesh, that eyes may be opened to see the danger to which you were exposed, that there may be a humble acknowledgment of wrong where wrong has been done, and a willingness to make restitution with honesty and respect. We have asked the Lord to restrain further threats and injustice, to turn this situation toward what is right, and to guide those in authority and those who advise them to act with truthfulness and mercy. We have prayed that all falsifying of reports and blocking of communication would cease, and that what is life threatening would be dealt with truthfully and urgently.

For you, we have prayed that you may know the Lord as your defender and physician. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were joined together. May you look to Him for both, and may you find that even this bitter trial leads you nearer to His goodness, which itself leads to repentance and to hope. May you be kept from bitterness of spirit, and may sweet sister repentance and living faith be your daily companions, giving you tears for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will bring forth justice tempered with mercy, that He will heal your body, quiet your mind, and provide for you a safe habitation, and that He will work in all concerned that holy repentance which needs not to be repented of and which bears fruit to His glory. May the Holy Spirit soften what is hard, enlighten what is dark, and lead all to submit to Christ, in whom there is full and free forgiveness for all who sincerely turn to Him.
