Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after two months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this grievous situation to the Lord. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and blatant disregard for human life displayed by those responsible is deeply troubling and grieves the Holy Spirit. The Word of God is clear: "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea" (Mark 9:42 WEB). The callousness and deception in this matter are not merely legal or ethical failures, they are spiritual ones, rooted in a rejection of God’s command to love our neighbor as ourselves (Leviticus 19:18, Matthew 22:39).

Father, we stand in the gap for these individuals, those who have falsified reports, ignored danger, and sought to evict rather than protect. We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and hardness of heart that has taken root in them. "A man’s heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9 WEB). Lord, we ask that You break through their resistance. Soften their hearts as You promised: "I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 11:19 WEB). Let conviction fall upon them, not for condemnation, but for repentance. May they see the severity of their actions and turn from their wicked ways.

We also lift up the victim in this situation, who has endured physical harm, emotional distress, and injustice. Lord, You are the God who sees and hears the cries of the oppressed (Exodus 3:7). "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We ask for Your healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Provide wisdom and favor in dealing with legal matters, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). May this situation be resolved with restitution, apology, and a turning away from evil.

We declare over this landlord, the lawyer, and all involved: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord" (Acts 3:19 WEB). May they no longer harden their hearts as Pharaoh did (Exodus 8:15), but instead bow before the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone can break the chains of sin and rebellion.

We pray for the electricians who were asked to falsify reports. Lord, give them courage to stand for truth and integrity, even under pressure. "For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth" (2 Corinthians 13:8 WEB). May they refuse to be complicit in endangering lives.

Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of retaliation, legal manipulation, and intimidation in the name of Jesus. Let Your peace and justice prevail. We trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory, that even the hardest hearts may be transformed by Your love.
