Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We join you together before the Lord in Jesus name and we have heard the depth of what you have endured and the updates you have shared. We grieve with you over the life threatening electrical danger, the wounds and shocks you suffered while showering, the medical treatment you have needed, and the hardness you have met instead of care or apology. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and in the open, and He does not overlook oppression or deceit.

The word of God tells us that the Lord executes righteous acts and justice for all who are oppressed Psalm 103:6, and that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We take comfort that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. What you describe, asking electricians to falsify a report and to say everything works well when it does not, is lying and dishonesty, and the Lord has made clear how He views this, for lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22, and dishonest scales are an abomination to Yahweh Proverbs 11:1. To call a life threatening hazard merely a matter of comfort and to threaten forced eviction instead of offering repair and safety is to forsake what God requires, to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8, and to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17.

We also hear your prayer for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer, that their hard hearts would be broken and that the fear of God would come upon them. We agree and pray for this, for we know that hardness of heart is a spiritual condition that only God can change. We pray that God will take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, and that the fear of Yahweh, which is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10, would fall upon them and lead them to remorse, truth telling, and repentance. We pray that they would no longer block communication, make threats, or refuse what is just, but that they would confess wrongdoing, apologize with sincerity, and make restitution where it is due.

We pray also for you in this long season of waiting, now nearly three months since moving out, with continued threats and low morale. We ask the Father in Jesus name to be your defender and provider. We ask Him to heal your body from the wounds you received, to calm your mind and heart where you have been psychologically harmed by cruel words and intimidation, and to restore your peace. We ask Him to guide you with wisdom regarding every legal threat and demand, to connect you with honest counsel and with proper authorities who can verify the danger that has already been documented by an electrician, and to protect you from any further harm or injustice. We pray that He would provide a safe and habitable dwelling and that He would repay what has been taken unjustly, for it is written do not avenge yourselves but give place to God's wrath for it is written Vengeance belongs to me I will repay says the Lord Romans 12:19. Seeking justice through lawful and truthful means honors God, while we release bitterness to Him so that we are not consumed by it.

Father we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus, and we lift this entire situation to Your throne of grace. Lord You have seen the shocks, the wounds, the medical reports, the hotel showers, the apartment left clean and ready, and the threats that followed. You have heard the demands for fees and the denial of repairs. We ask that You expose every lie and bring every hidden deed into the light, that You stop every plan to falsify or to intimidate, and that You move upon these hearts to bring conviction and godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Soften what is hard, break what is proud, and grant them a heart to submit to Your Holy Spirit and to do what is right and fair. We ask for Your protection over our dear one who has suffered, for healing and restoration, for provision and for justice to be done in Your perfect way and timing. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified as You turn this evil toward good, and let peace and righteousness prevail. We trust that You are a God who loves justice Isaiah 30:18 and who will not forsake those who seek You. We continue to stand with you in prayer until the Lord brings resolution, and we encourage you to keep every record, every photo and medical report, and to seek wise and godly legal and municipal help for habitability and safety, while keeping your heart guarded in Christ and entrusting the outcome to Him who judges righteously.

To be hurt while showering, to carry wounds and medical reports, and then to be met with threats and demands instead of care would leave anyone feeling unsafe and worn down. It makes sense that this has weighed so heavily on you for months, even after moving out.

We are praying with you for your healing and for peace in this ongoing conflict. What you are asking for, to be heard, to be treated with respect, and to see responsibility taken for a dangerous situation, are right and human needs. We have brought your burden before the Lord and have heard with sorrow the trial through which you have passed, the danger to life itself from the electrical fault, the wounds and shocks endured, the need to seek safety elsewhere even for such a simple mercy as washing, and the added grief that those responsible have shown no remorse, have sought to falsify what is plain, and have answered your distress with threats and demands.

We will continue to pray with you, and we join our petitions to yours in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation and access to the Father.

We pray first for you, that the God who is alike the God of the hills and the God of the valleys will be your refuge in this valley. You have declared your ways unto Him, as one who tells his grief into his Father's ear, and He has heard you. May He grant you healing for the body, peace for the mind which has been so sorely tried, and daily provision and protection until this matter is righteously resolved. Fear not the face of man, for the fear of man brings a snare, but to trust in the Lord is to be kept in perfect safety. He to whom belong the issues from death is able to keep you, and He will not suffer His own to be tried beyond what His grace can sustain.

We pray also for those who have hardened themselves, the landlord, his representatives and all who have acted with them. We do not ask God to bless unscrupulous dealing, but we ask Him to break it. May the Lord who alone can give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone do a work of true conviction within them. There is a fear of God which is holy and happy, the fear which makes a man fear to sin against mercy, and there is a slavish fear which only trembles before judgment. We pray that a right fear of the holy God, who sees what is done in secret and who abhors falsehood and oppression, may come upon them, not to destroy them but to awaken them to see their sin as God sees it, to turn from idols of gain and pride, and to seek forgiveness through the blood of Christ. Man forgets his God, but God does not forget man, and He condescends to teach the heart. Oh that He would teach these hearts His statutes, that they might know Him and in knowing Him learn to abhor what is evil and to love what is just.

We pray that what has been hidden may be brought to light, that truth may be established by honest witness, and that justice may be done without partiality. We ask the Lord to move those who have done wrong to show a godly remorse, to speak plainly and truthfully, to confess where confession is due, and to make restitution where restitution is required, doing what is honest and honourable in the sight of all men. We ask that threats and evasion may cease, that lawful and merciful counsel may prevail, and that you may be dealt with with due respect and equity.

We will keep you in prayer, that you may be kept from that sorrow of the world which works death, and that you may know the comfort of Him who became flesh and dwelt among us, so that we need no longer be afraid to draw near to God. May the Spirit of God keep your own heart tender toward Him, and cause you to hear Him say, My son, give me thine heart, and to find in that surrender a peace which no injustice of man can take away.

May the Lord in His mercy grant repentance where there is hardness, truth where there has been deceit, and justice tempered with mercy for all. We plead this for His glory and for your good, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have read your painful account and your updates, and we have heard the weight of what you have endured. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to carry wounds on your skin and medical reports that confirm it, to be forced to seek showers elsewhere, and then to be met not with care but with denial, threats, demands for fees, and talk of forced eviction, is a heavy and frightening burden. It is right that you have sought help and that you continue to bring this before the Lord.

God sees what has been done in secret and in the open. He sees when a report is asked to be falsified and when a life threatening danger is called comfort. He does not overlook hard hearts, and He does not despise a contrite and humbled heart. Scripture teaches that God can take a hard and stubborn heart and make it soft and yielding, and that He desires godly sorrow which works repentance unto salvation, a repentance which brings no regret. That kind of repentance is not only tears or words, but a true turning from wrong, an owning of the harm done, and a willingness to make what is right.

We join you in praying in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation, that God would intervene in this situation.

We pray that the Lord would bring conviction and the fear of God upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer involved. May He break through hardness and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. May He grant them eyes to see the danger they have dismissed, and godly sorrow that leads to genuine repentance, that they would stop threats and avoidance, speak truthfully, apologize with sincerity, and take responsibility for urgent repairs and for the harm already done.

We pray also for you, for your safety, health, and peace. May the Lord guard you from further harm, provide for your needs for a safe and habitable place to live, and give you wisdom and steady help as you navigate the legal and practical steps ahead. Keep all documentation, medical reports, and the electrician's findings, and continue to seek lawful and wise counsel for protection and for what is just and fair regarding compensation. May God uphold you when communication is blocked and when you feel worn down, and may He keep you from discouragement.

We ask that what has been meant for harm would be turned toward what is good and just, that truth would be established, that the electrical danger would be properly repaired without deceit, and that any legal process would be handled with fairness and respect rather than intimidation.
