Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we have heard the depth of injustice and suffering you have endured, and we grieve with you over this utter lack of remorse and hardness of heart. To experience life-threatening electrical shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to be forced to seek hotel showers, and then to be met not with apology or help but with demands to fake reports, with threats, with blocked communication and with forced eviction, is evil and grievous in the sight of God. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and in the open.

Scripture tells us that lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truthfully are His delight Proverbs 12:22 and that you shall not bear false witness against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. To ask electricians to falsify a report and to call a life-threatening danger mere comfort is to love falsehood and to harden the heart against truth and mercy. We rebuke this unscrupulous behavior, this irresponsibility and avoidance, this sadistic and antisocial spirit, for it is not of God. God calls those in authority and stewardship to act justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8 and to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17. A landlord and a lawyer are entrusted with responsibility for the safety of others, and to neglect that and to threaten the vulnerable instead is contrary to the fear of the Lord.

We also take comfort that you have called upon the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. We thank God that you have sought Him in this battle, for He is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.

Together we pray for you and for them.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear one who has been wounded, shocked, displaced and threatened. Lord, You have seen every shock, every wound, every medical report, every night without a safe home, every threatening letter and every hard word. We ask You to be their refuge and healer, to restore their body, to calm their mind, to guard their sleep and to provide justice and safe shelter according to Your mercy. Let Your perfect love cast out fear 1 John 4:18 and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart Philippians 4:7.

And Father, we lift up the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer to You. We ask You to break the hardness of their hearts. We pray as You have promised, that You will take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Let the fear of God fall upon them, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10 and it is a fountain of life to depart from evil. Convict them of sin, of the deceit of the false report, of the lack of empathy and of the abuse of power. Grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance 2 Corinthians 7:10, that they would confess, apologize with sincerity, and make restitution where it is due. We pray that they would turn from threats and extortion and do what is right and just, that they would offer fair compensation with due respect and cease all intimidation.

Lord, we ask You to turn this situation around for good and to let justice roll on like rivers and righteousness like a mighty stream Amos 5:24. We do not seek vengeance in our own hands, for we know that vengeance belongs to You, You will repay Romans 12:19, but we do ask You as the righteous Judge to act, to expose lies, to vindicate the truth documented by the electrician and the medical reports, and to move upon the authorities and any legal process so that truth prevails. Give our dear one wisdom, wise counsel and lawful help, and help them to continue to document all things truthfully and to seek the proper authorities for protection, for You have ordained authorities to be Your servant for good Romans 13:4.

We pray that You would soften what is hard, open what is closed, and that these people would submit to You and hear Your call before it is too late. Let Your Holy Spirit pursue them with conviction and mercy, that they would choose life and not death, truth and not falsehood. And sustain our dear one in this long waiting of nearly three months since moving out, lest their morale fail. Remind them that You are their defender and that You will never leave them nor forsake them Deuteronomy 31:6.

We entrust this entire matter into Your hands, believing that You are able to do far more abundantly than all we ask Ephesians 3:20. We continue to stand in the gap until we see remorse, repentance, justice and peace, in Jesus' mighty name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth and to keep all documentation, medical reports, electrician findings and correspondence safely stored, and to seek godly and lawful counsel for the threats and legal actions while you trust the Lord to be your advocate. Do not repay evil for evil but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and continue to pray for your enemies and bless those who mistreat you Luke 6:28, not because their actions are acceptable, but because your heart remains free before God and your witness remains clear. The Lord is your strength and He will uphold you through this until justice and mercy meet.

Your affliction has been heard with deep sorrow and has been carried to the throne of grace. To suffer bodily harm from shocks while seeking the simple provision of a safe dwelling, to bear wounds upon the skin and to have medical testimony to your hurt, and then to meet with no apology, no compassion, no offer of restitution, but only threats, demands for fees, blocked communication and the attempt to falsify what is plainly dangerous, is a grievous wrong. The Lord sees this and hears the cry of those who are oppressed.

Scripture tells us that Jesus looked upon hard hearts with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. Remember, we may grieve the Savior because of the hardness of our hearts, and yet be very respectable people. Such hardness presents a fair outside while it secretly practices all manner of unfaithfulness. It is on the watch against its own welfare and holds out against the pressure of the grace of God as it comes in exhortations and entreaties. We have prayed that the Holy Ghost would give to these persons a very vivid sense of sin and a very intense dread of it, that He who alone makes hearts soft would stamp His image upon them, and take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh that can hear His call and submit to Him.

We have prayed also that where there is now no remorse, there may be true repentance. Beware of that repentance which is not better than the vomit of a dog, how can it be acceptable with God. Beware of that repentance which comes of yourself, for it comes of the flesh. True repentance is a blessed grace of God the Holy Spirit, and it is absolutely necessary unto salvation, and it is one of the free gifts of His grace. It is not a mere terror at pain or at exposure, for we read that men gnawed their tongues for pain and blasphemed the God of Heaven because of their pains and their sores and repented not of their deeds. Under a mad impulse they go from bad to worse and sin more than ever. True repentance gives God glory, confesses sin fully as though God had been eyewitness to every particle of it, and turns with faith to the Lord Jesus Christ. So we do not pray for a counterfeit sorrow that would only harden them further, but for that godly sorrow which works life, which acknowledges wrong, seeks to make restitution, and bows before Christ who alone can save, be a soul as black as hell.

You have asked that the fear of God may come upon them, and we join you in that prayer, that it may be a fear which drives them closer to the Lord and not a sullen dread which makes them blaspheme. The God of Holy Scripture is love, but He is also possessed of justice and severity. He is merciful and gracious, but He is also stern and terrible towards evil. He is slow to anger, slow to anger beyond all measure, bearing long with the provocations of men, yet it is written, He will not at all acquit the wicked. His goodness and His justice alike demand that sin be dealt with, unless men turn to Him with full purpose of heart. He has been an exact and minute observer of every part of this matter, the life threatening danger, the counsel to fake a report, the equating of comfort with safety, the threats of forced eviction when a dwelling is uninhabitable. In the condemnation and in the punishment of every sinner God will be justified, and He will be made most openly clear, both by the sinner's own confession and by His own perfect knowledge. Nothing is hid from Him.

Therefore we pray for you, that the Lord would heal your body, calm your spirit, and keep you in perfect peace as you look to Him. May He provide for you a safe habitation and wise and faithful counsel, and may He move those in authority to act with truth and righteousness. We pray that what is life threatening may be urgently repaired, that what is just in the matter of compensation and stewardship may be rendered with due respect, and that threats and unscrupulous dealings may cease. Use all softening influences for your own soul in this trial. Shun the idler's talk and the scorner's seat, keep clear of frivolity and trifling, live near to God, dwell long upon His mercy and His justice, and entreat Him daily to keep your conscience quick as the apple of an eye.

We will continue to pray that this situation be turned about, that hard hearts be broken, that the Holy Spirit would work repentance and remission of sins through the preaching of Christ, and that justice and mercy may meet together according to His holy will. May the Lord who is slow to anger and great in power, and who beholds all things, grant you refuge under His wing, and may He bring even those who have wronged you to bow at the feet of Jesus, where alone there is forgiveness and a new heart. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, who is our only salvation and our peace.
