Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We have read your long and painful updates and we are bringing you and this whole situation before the Lord with sorrow and with earnest prayer.
What you have described, to live with life threatening electrical danger, to receive shocks while showering that left your skin wounded, to have medical reports and an electrician's documentation and yet to receive no apology, no help, no compensation, but instead demands for fees, threats of forced eviction, blocking of communication and false accusations to the police, is a grievous injustice. It is right to seek God for protection, for truth to be made known, and for those responsible to take responsibility.
Scripture teaches that injustice is bitter not only for those who suffer it but for those who practice it. Even when people can hide wrongdoing from others with clever words or false reports, they cannot hide it from their own conscience, for God has planted in every person a faculty of judgment that remains. There will be sleeplessness, fear, and an inner scourging while unrepented sin remains. At the same time God is merciful and patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way of salvation.
So we pray for you and we pray also for those who have wronged you, not to bless their wrongdoing but to ask God to bring it to an end.
We pray that the Lord would deliver you from all affliction as Psalm 34 promises, that He would keep you safe from further harm and from every false accusation, that He would vindicate your innocence as He has already done twice through the police, that He would heal your body where you were wounded and calm your mind where you have been threatened and slandered, and that He would grant you peace that guards your heart in Christ.
We pray that God would expose what is hidden, that any falsified report, any tampering with the electrical system or the heating or the safety devices, and any lie told about you would be brought into the light, and that the residents of the house and the authorities would see the truth clearly. We pray for the police and for any legal process, that those in authority would act with fairness and not be misled.
We pray for the landlord, for the contact person, for the owner and the team, and for the lawyer and the woman you mentioned, that the fear of the Lord would come upon them, that God would break the hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that He would grant them remorse, honesty, and a willingness to confess what is true, to apologize, and to make just restitution for the months of danger, injury, and loss you endured. We ask that every sadistic and antisocial tendency, every pattern of irresponsibility, avoidance, and unscrupulous behavior would be stopped by God's grace, and that they would submit to Him and walk in repentance.
We ask the Lord to provide for you what is still needed, a safe place to live, just compensation for what was suffered, and wisdom for every next step. Keep careful records of all medical reports, photos, electrician statements, and communications, and seek wise and lawful counsel where you can, while continuing to entrust vengeance to God and not repaying evil for evil.
May the Lord who sees all, who defends the afflicted and judges with righteousness, be your refuge and your strength. We will continue to pray that His will be done, that truth and justice prevail, and that even those who have opposed you may yet turn and find mercy in Jesus' name.
In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
