What you have described is deeply distressing and wrong, and it is right to bring it before the Lord. To suffer electric shocks in your own home, to carry wounds on your skin, to need medical care and to find no apology or help but instead deception, threats, demands for payment and even calls for eviction, is a heavy affliction. God sees every detail of what has happened, including what has been done in secret, and He knows the intentions of every heart.
Scripture shows that the people of God have often endured persecution and injustice, and that such seasons do not destroy true faith. Instead they separate what is real from what is not, they cause genuine faith to grow stronger and love for one another to abound, and they bind believers together as they cling to Christ. In the early church, heavy persecution even became the means by which God spread His people and His message to new places. His hand is not absent in times of trial, even when people act unjustly.
The same Scripture also teaches that God is perfectly righteous in His judgment. Those who inflict tribulation and suffering on others will face His judgment, and when He does judge it will be a clear demonstration of His righteousness. As you quoted from Psalm 34, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, while affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. You can trust that the Lord will vindicate, protect and deliver in His time and way.
I also want to pray for your healing. The Lord is the healer, and healing comes in many ways. Sometimes it is immediate, sometimes it is gradual through the natural processes God Himself created in the body, and sometimes it is an inner healing of the mind and emotions from trauma and fear. In every case it is from Him. If healing is not instant, it is not a sign that you have failed or lacked faith or that there is hidden sin. We do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others over time, but we can keep asking Him for wholeness for your body, for peace for your mind, and for rest from the anxiety these months have caused.
I am praying for you, that the Lord will continue to guard you, to confirm the truth and expose what has been hidden, to provide for your needs for a safe place to live, and to give you wisdom as you keep careful records, medical reports and electrician documentation and seek lawful help and protection. Please stay safe, keep distance from those who have threatened you, and let trustworthy people know where you are.
And I am praying for those who have harmed you, that God would break the hardness of their hearts and give them hearts of flesh, that the fear of the Lord would come upon them, that arrogance and deceit would be broken, that they would stop lying and avoiding responsibility, and that they would come to repentance, tell the truth, apologize and make just restitution. Only God can change a hard heart, and He calls all people to submit to Him through Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation.
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus I lift up this dear one to You. You have seen the shocks, the wounds, the threats and the long months without apology or compensation. Bring healing to body and soul, bring truth into the light, restrain evil and protect from further harm. Soften hard hearts, bring conviction and repentance where there has been hardness and deceit, and let Your justice and mercy be known. Let Your will be done and let this one know Your nearness, comfort and deliverance. Amen.
