Thank you for sharing so openly about what you have endured. What you describe is deeply distressing, to suffer electric shocks while showering, to be wounded and need medical care, to have to seek safety elsewhere to wash, and then to be met not with care but with denial, threats and demands. It is right to bring this before the Lord, and He sees all that has happened, even when others refuse to acknowledge it.
Part of what makes this so painful is the dishonesty you have faced. You were told that a report would be falsified to say everything works well when an electrician has documented that the system is life threatening. Scripture warns that deception is often most effective when it is mixed with truth. A false message does not have to be entirely false to mislead. It can be mostly true and still be used to cover what is dangerous and wrong. When people offer false comfort and say there is peace when there is no peace, it keeps the real problem from being addressed. That is what you have experienced when a life threatening hazard was described as a matter of comfort and when you were threatened with eviction instead of being offered help. God is a God of truth and He hates false witness. To ask someone to bear false witness and to misrepresent a danger to life is serious before Him, and He will bring what is hidden into the light in His time. He knows what was done in that apartment, whether anyone entered without permission or tampered with what should have protected you, and He knows every word spoken against you that was untrue.
You have been praying for softened hearts, and that is the right prayer. The prophet Ezekiel speaks of God taking away a heart of stone and giving a heart of flesh, a heart that can feel remorse, hear His voice and turn. Only the Holy Spirit can do that. We join you in praying that the landlord, the lawyer, the contact person and others involved would come under the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. Not a fear that simply terrifies, but a holy awareness that God sees, that He is just, and that He calls each person to account. That kind of fear leads to honesty, to taking responsibility, to apology and to making what is wrong right where possible. We pray that arrogance would be broken and that there would be true repentance, not just words, but a willingness to tell the truth and to provide just compensation.
You quoted the psalm that says many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that He keeps all his bones. That promise does not mean we will not suffer, but that God does not abandon His people in suffering. He delivers, He protects, and He will judge with righteousness. Those who hate the righteous and persist in wickedness will be condemned, while the Lord redeems those who trust in Him. You have also known His protection already, when you were falsely accused of entering a home you never entered, and when the police saw you were innocent and let you go. We thank God for that protection and we continue to ask Him to guard you from further harm, slander and intimidation, and to heal the wounds to your body and to your spirit from months of stress and threats.
In times of unjust treatment and persecution, God often does a deep work in His people. Faith grows, love is refined, and dependence on Him becomes more real. He does not waste your pain. He sees the hotel showers, the medical reports, the photos, the blocked communication and the months without apology, and He cares about justice. We pray that He will provide for you a safe place to live, restore what has been taken, and give you peace that guards your heart as you continue to seek Him with your whole heart. He promises that those who seek Him with all their heart will find Him.

Above all, draw each person involved to submit to You and to know the salvation that is only through Jesus. We trust Your deliverance and Your righteous judgment. Amen.
