Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We join with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we thank you for bringing this very serious and painful situation before the Lord so faithfully over these many months. We have heard your cry about the life threatening electrical danger, the shocks you suffered while showering, the wounds to your skin and the medical treatment you required, and the hardness of heart shown by the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer who have refused to show remorse, who have sought to falsify reports, who have blocked communication, demanded fees, threatened forced eviction and legal action, and who have spoken of comfort as if your need for safety were not a matter of life and death. We also hear your deep distress about the possibility that someone entered your apartment, the fear that harm was intentionally intended, and the false accusations made against you by a woman who shouted lies at you. We take these things seriously before God.

The behavior you describe is evil in the sight of God. To knowingly leave a dwelling in a life threatening condition, to ask others to lie and write that everything works well, to bear false witness, to oppress the vulnerable and to show no mercy is sin and God will not overlook it. The Lord says, Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees Isaiah 10:1. And again, You shall not oppress any widow or fatherless child Exodus 22:22. To falsify a report and to call a danger that could take life mere comfort reveals a heart that is hardened and without the fear of God. We rebuke that hardness and that deceit, and we pray that God will expose every hidden thing, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17.

We also pray for you that God will be your refuge and protector. You quoted Psalm 34:19-22 and we claim it with you, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. We thank God that He has protected you through electric shocks, through threats, and through false accusations, and that the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7.

We pray now together for justice and for mercy, for both are in the heart of God.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear one who has suffered bodily harm, fear, and prolonged injustice. Lord, You see all that has been done in secret, You know whether hands tampered with the heating system or disconnected protection from the RCD, You know every threat, every lie, every refusal to take responsibility. Bring truth into the light, let no false report stand, and let every scheme be exposed. We ask that You would place Your fear upon the landlord, the lawyer, the owner, the contact person, the team, and the woman who accused falsely, that they may tremble at Your holiness and turn from their ways. Give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them. Take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Cause them to feel godly sorrow that leads to repentance, to confess, to apologize with sincerity, and to make just restitution for the harm and costs endured, for You have said, learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17 and let justice roll on like rivers, and righteousness like a mighty stream Amos 5:24.

Lord, we pray for our dear one who has endured months without apology or compensation. Heal the wounds to the body and calm the trauma to the mind and spirit. Cover this child of Yours with Your wings, give peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, and provide a safe dwelling, wise counsel, and honest authorities who will act with integrity. Guide every legal and official step, give favor with inspectors, doctors, and any advocate who can help document the truth and enforce what is right, for the authorities are Your servants to do justice Romans 13:4. Keep our dear one from hatred and from taking vengeance into their own hands, for You have said, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, but help us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 while still seeking what is lawful and right.

We pray that You would soften the landlord who avoids conversation and refuses responsibility, that the Holy Spirit would convict him and lead him to speak truth and to act honorably. We pray for the lawyer whose words equated life threatening danger with comfort, that her eyes would be opened to the seriousness of endangering life and that she would use her position to uphold justice rather than to oppress. We pray for all residents of that house, that they would see the truth concerning the false accusation that you entered where you did not, and that no lie would take root. Let every mouth that rises in judgment be shown to be false Isaiah 54:17.

We also pray for this long waiting of nearly three months since moving out with no remorse shown. Do not let this heart grow weary in doing good Galatians 6:9. Sustain faith, provide for every financial need caused by medical care and hotel showers and displacement, and let Your goodness lead these hard hearts to repentance Romans 2:4. If they will not repent, we trust Your righteous judgment, for You will by no means clear the guilty Exodus 34:7, yet Your desire is that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9.

We thank You, Father, that we can come only through Jesus, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rest in His name and in His blood which speaks better than vengeance, offering both justice and mercy.

We will continue to stand with you, asking God to break hardness, to bring the fear of the Lord, to expose what is hidden, to protect you from every further threat or intrusion, and to bring about a just and respectful resolution with apology and due compensation according to what is right in His sight. May the Lord deliver you out of all afflictions, keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him Isaiah 26:3, and let His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

We have read your updates and we hear how heavy and exhausting these months have been. To live with a life-threatening issue in your own home, to be hurt while showering, and then to be met with threats and silence instead of care would leave anyone feeling unsafe and worn down. It makes sense you are longing for acknowledgment and for this to be put right.

We are praying for you and for this whole situation. We are asking God for your safety and health, for wisdom for each next decision, and for truth to be made clear where there has been confusion and accusation. We also join you in praying for softened hearts and for a just and peaceful resolution.

Since you mentioned shocks that wounded your skin and ongoing medical treatment, please keep following up with your medical provider alongside prayer and let them know about any lingering effects. It can also help to keep one secure place for copies of the electrician's report, photos, medical notes, and any letters, so you have a clear record if you need to share it with a trusted advisor. If you have access to a local tenant advocacy service, legal aid, or a pastor or trusted person nearby, it may help to talk through options for housing and for personal safety, especially with your concerns about someone entering the apartment and the recent false accusation.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see what has happened and what is still unresolved. We ask You to guard and heal, to provide safe housing and wise counsel, and to lead each step forward. Bring peace where there has been fear, and let what is true come to light in Your way and time. Your trial has been laid before the Lord with prayer, and we have heard with deep sorrow the afflictions you have endured in that dwelling, the wounds to your body from electric shocks, the denial of what is plainly dangerous, and the hard words and threats that have followed. May the Lord who sees all that is done in secret be your refuge and your deliverer.

We do not wonder that your heart is grieved by the hardness you have met with. Scripture shows us that the heart of man is a den of evil, and that out of it proceed evil thoughts and deeds. When men refuse to own their wrong and instead harden themselves, they treasure up wrath. Yet we are taught that God marketh His enemies and though He is slow to anger and great in power, He will not at all acquit the wicked. His justice will be vindicated, and He will be clear when He judgeth. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and He will execute it in righteousness.

You have asked that God would break hard hearts and give a heart of flesh, that there would be remorse and confession and restitution. We join you in praying for true repentance. There is a repentance which is only the qualm of conscience under terror, a fleshly repentance which still is flesh and tends to corruption, and which gives no glory to God. What is needed is the repentance which is the gift of Divine Grace, the repentance which goes hand in hand with faith in Jesus Christ. Repentance and remission of sins are joined together and are to be preached in Christ's name. True repentance turns from evil, hates sin because it slew Christ, and does works meet for repentance, while faith admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart. We pray therefore not merely that these persons would feel dread or say words of apology under pressure, but that the Holy Spirit would open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ. Without such a work, any remorse would be fleeting and would return like the dog to its vomit.

We pray also for your deliverance. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones. When you were brought into peril, even into danger of life, the Lord preserved you. From whence cometh your help, your help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth. He has given commandment to save His people, and that voice, Deliver him from going down to the pit, is heard even now for those who trust Him. We pray that He will keep you from all further harm, vindicate you against false accusation, and bring the truth to light, for nothing is hidden that shall not be revealed. May He guard your dwelling, your body and your mind, and heal the wounds and the distress which these months have brought.

We pray for justice tempered with mercy. We ask the Lord to restrain further unscrupulous behaviour, to put a fear of God before those who have acted without conscience, and to move them to speak truthfully, to take responsibility, and to make restitution where it is due. We ask that the magistrates and all lawful means appointed for the protection of life would act justly, for the Lord loves righteousness. Yet above all we desire their souls' salvation, that they would not merely be sorry for being found out, but would be touched with a sense of the love and grace of God and be brought to repent and turn to God.

In the meantime, wait thou only upon God, for your expectation is from Him. Store your mind with His knowledge and His glory. Seek to know the Lord Jesus more fully. He bore our sins in His own body on the tree, and for all who truly trust Him there is no condemnation. Look unto Him and be saved, and let repentance be your daily and hourly companion as you walk by faith.

We commend you to Him in prayer:

O Lord, Thou art just and holy, and Thou art also merciful and slow to anger. Look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and wronged, who has suffered in body and been wounded in spirit by hard dealing and false words. Cover him with Thy wings, heal his wounds, quiet his fears, and deliver him from every snare. Let truth be made manifest and let justice be done according to Thy righteous will. And we beseech Thee, have mercy upon those who have done this evil. Take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh. Grant them not a mere terror of judgment, but godly sorrow that worketh repentance unto salvation. Bring them to confess their sin against Thee and against their neighbour, to turn from their evil ways, and to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ that they may receive remission of sins. Restrain their hands from further harm, and let Thy holy fear fall upon them, that they may cease from oppression and learn to do justly. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour and Advocate, in whom alone is salvation. Amen.

We will continue to bear you up before the throne, that you may be kept in perfect peace, your mind stayed upon Him, and that you may see the Lord's hand both in delivering you and in working according to His perfect justice and mercy.
