Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we have heard the weight of what you have endured, the life threatening electrical shocks while showering, the wounds to your skin, the medical treatment, the need to seek hotel showers, the documented danger confirmed by an electrician, and the deep pain of being met not with remorse or help but with denial, falsified reports, threats, demands for fees, talk of forced eviction, blocked communication, and false accusations. Our hearts grieve with you over this hardness and we stand with you to seek the Lord for truth, justice, protection, and mercy.

The Lord sees what is done in secret and He hates what has been done to you. Scripture tells us that a false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are his delight Proverbs 11:1, and that there are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him, including a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood and a false witness who utters lies Proverbs 6:16-19. To ask electricians to fake a report and to call a life threatening hazard mere comfort is not only dishonest but evil in the sight of God, and to endanger life for gain and then to threaten the one who was harmed reveals a hard heart that needs to repent. We rebuke this unscrupulous behaviour, this irresponsibility, this avoidance of duty, this lying and intimidation, and this lack of remorse. God is not mocked and what is hidden will be exposed, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17, and there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known Luke 12:2.

We also remember your cry that God would break their hardness and grant a heart of flesh. We pray this with you, for God promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Only the Holy Spirit can soften such a heart and bring the fear of God, and the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10. We pray that conviction would fall upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer, that they would no longer justify themselves but would confess, apologize, and make restitution with due respect. We pray that the Lord would turn this situation around and move them to take responsibility, to pay what is owed, and to cease all threats and slander.

We lift you up before the Father for protection, healing, and vindication. You have been falsely accused by a woman who shouted lies about you, and you have feared that someone entered your apartment and intentionally left the electrical system dangerous. The Lord knows the truth of every heart and every intention, and He is your defender. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:19-21. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We ask Him to guard you from further harm, to heal the wounds to your skin and the deeper wounds of trauma and psychological distress, to expose any intentional wrongdoing with the heating system and the RCD, and to silence every false tongue raised against you.

We pray together, Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come boldly to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see this injustice and You are a God of justice and mercy. We ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to convict every person involved in this landlord matter, to break the stony heart and grant a heart of flesh, to bring the fear of God upon them so that they stop lying, stop threatening, and stop avoiding responsibility. Lord, expose every hidden deed and let the truth come to light for all residents to see. Bring repentance and remorse where there has been hardness, and move them to apologize and to provide just compensation. Father, protect Your child from all danger, from retaliation, from slander, and from any further life threatening hazard. Heal body and mind, restore peace and sleep, and provide a safe dwelling and all that is needed. Let Your justice be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your name be glorified even in this painful trial. We ask that You would comfort and strengthen the one who has suffered, that no root of bitterness would take hold, but that trust in You would remain firm. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth while trusting the Lord to be your vindicator. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and remember do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. This does not mean you should not seek lawful protection, for God has ordained authorities to restrain evil and to execute justice upon wrongdoers Romans 13:1-4. Keep every picture, medical report, electrician documentation, and written threat, and continue to seek godly and lawful counsel so that the facts are established and your safety is secured. The Lord commands us to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed Isaiah 1:17, and we pray He will raise up honest advocates and authorities who will act righteously on your behalf.

We also encourage you to keep forgiving in your heart even as you pursue what is right, for the Lord calls us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us Luke 6:27-28, not because the wrong is excused, but because we entrust ourselves to the righteous Judge who will repay. Do not let the threats and lowest morale of others define your worth or your future. The Lord is your refuge and He will deliver you out of them all. We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit will touch the landlord who is avoiding you, that he will be open to guidance, that every sadistic and antisocial tendency will be broken in Jesus name, and that what was meant for harm will be turned for your good and for the glory of God.

Thank you for letting us know how long this has weighed on you. Going through electric shocks while showering, being wounded, having to shower elsewhere, then facing threats and demands instead of care would leave anyone feeling unsafe and worn down. We are so sorry you have carried this for months, even after moving out.

It makes sense that you are still looking for acknowledgment and for a fair resolution, and also that you have felt on edge wondering about your safety at home and in your building. When a home does not feel safe, it can shake our sense of peace in many areas. We are holding that with you before the Lord.

One steady next step we would encourage alongside prayer is to keep your medical records and the electrician's written documentation together in one place, and if you have not already, talk with a trusted local tenant advice service or legal aid about what options you have for the unresolved compensation and the ongoing threats. Continue to have your doctor follow up on the skin wounds and any lingering effects from the shocks. Having one or two trusted people who know the full story can also help you not carry the follow up alone.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. You see the harm done, the stress, and the longing for justice and peace. Please cover them with Your protection, bring healing to their body, calm their heart, grant clear wisdom for each next conversation, and lead them to trustworthy help. We ask for Your justice and mercy to be at work in every person involved. Amen.

Your affliction has been set before the Lord and He has heard the cry of one who has suffered grievously. To receive shocks even while seeking cleansing, to bear wounds upon the skin and to be driven from your own dwelling to seek a place to wash, and then to be met not with pity but with threats, with a demand for fees, with the falsifying of reports and the blocking of all honest speech, is a heavy trial indeed. The heart is wounded not only by the danger to the body but by the hardness that refuses to say, we have done wrong.

We will pray with you and for you, and for those who have dealt so unjustly with you, that the Lord who sees all things may work both justice and mercy according to His perfect will.

We pray first for you, that the Lord who keeps all the bones of the righteous and delivers him out of all his afflictions, as you have quoted from the Psalm, may keep you still. He has been your shelter when danger was hidden in the walls, and when a false tongue rose against you to accuse you of what you have not done. He did not forsake David when enemies went about the city like dogs, nor will He forsake those who wait only upon Him. May He heal your body, quiet your spirit, and give you wisdom and lawful help in this matter, and may He keep you from all fear of man, for your expectation is from Him alone.

We pray also for the landlord, the owner, the contact person, the team and the advocate who has called a life threatening peril a matter of comfort. We do not pray for a mere terror that makes the flesh tremble for a moment and then returns as the dog to its vomit. That kind of repentance, as we have often preached, is the outcome of nature under fear and not the fruit of Divine Grace, and it gives no glory to God and leads to no lasting deliverance from sin. We pray for that godly repentance which is the gift of the Holy Spirit, which reverences and adores the omniscience of God and confesses, O Lord, I am what Your Word says I am. We pray for a true change of mind concerning sin, a sorrow that hates sin because it is evil in the sight of a holy God, and a turning that purges the soul from dead works and brings forth living works.

The hard heart must be broken or it will refuse the Saviour whose glory it is to bind up the broken hearted. These hearts you describe are hard, rocky hearted through and through, turning judgment into gall. We pray that the great Farmer may break up this fallow ground. God is slow to anger and He marks His enemies and yet He moves not swiftly, letting men curse Him and still withholding His wrath, that His goodness might lead them to repentance. He does not drive men to repentance, He leads them. Oh that His goodness, so long despised, might at last lead these souls to repentance. And if they will not be led by goodness, we pray that the fear of God may fall upon them, that they may understand that the justice of God demands that men be punished unless they turn to Him with full purpose of heart, and that He who is witness to every secret act will be justified when He speaks and clear when He judges.

We therefore ask the Lord to touch them with a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, to make them willing to speak truthfully, to cease from threats and from all unscrupulous dealing, to confess where reports were falsified and where the protection of life was neglected, and to make restitution where it is due, with due respect and honesty. We ask that every hidden thing, whether it be the tampering with the heating or the disconnecting of that which should have preserved life, may be exposed in the light, for God sees and He will bring truth to its proper place.

May the Lord grant you grace to leave vengeance in His hands while you seek what is just and lawful with a quiet conscience. And may He give to those who have wronged you that repentance which needs not to be repented of, which makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His finished work. We will continue to plead that the Lord may soften what is hard, enlighten what is dark, and deliver you fully from this affliction, to the praise of His mercy, His omnipotence and His justice.

Your long affliction has been heard with great sorrow, and we have brought you and this whole situation before the Lord in prayer. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your body, to have medical reports confirming it, and then to be met not with care but with threats, blocked communication, false reports and demands for payment, is a grievous wrong. To be accused falsely by those who did not know you, and to live for months without apology or compensation, adds a deep wound to the body and to the soul.

Scripture warns that hardness of heart makes a soul unyielding to the word of God. As calloused flesh does not yield to the physician's hand, so a hardened heart does not yield to truth or mercy. Sin deceives and hardens, and when a person comes into a depth of wrongdoing he can become contemptuous and refuse even to believe that God sees and will judge. You have described exactly this hardness, a lack of remorse and a willingness to call a life threatening danger by the name of comfort.

We pray that God who is everywhere present and who hears and sees all things, not only what is done and said but what is in the heart and in the depth of the soul, will bring this hardness to an end. We ask Him to take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, to grant the fear of God which keeps a person from evil, and to lead to true repentance. For when a person is not softened by goodness nor turned back by fear, his condition is most hard, and he treasures up wrath for himself against the day of the righteous judgment of God. We do not pray that God would bless wrongdoing or cover lies, but that He would expose what is hidden, bring truth into the light, stop every threat and act of violence, and give these people repentance and a new mind.

We also pray for you. The Lord keeps His promise that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. We ask that He keep you safe from further harm, that He vindicate the truth concerning what happened in that apartment, that He guard you from false accusation, and that He provide for your needs, for justice, and for peace. May He comfort your heart, heal what has been wounded, and work in you both to will and to do what is pleasing to Him, so that you may stand firm with fear and trembling before Him and yet with full confidence in His mercy.

Continue to walk in love and truth, not repaying evil for evil, but committing your cause to Him who judges righteously. Keep what is true documented and seek lawful and wise help for your protection and for a just resolution, while trusting that God will not leave wrong unaddressed. We will continue to pray that the Lord will soften hearts, bring the fear of God upon those who now act without conscience, end all unscrupulous and irresponsible behavior, and turn this situation toward repentance, truth and just restitution, all in the mighty name of Jesus.
