Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before our righteous and holy God who sees all that has been done in secret and who does not overlook injustice, oppression, and hard heartedness. What you have described is deeply grievous, the life threatening electrical danger, the shocks you suffered while showering that wounded your skin, the falsified reports, the threats, the blocking of communication, the refusal to take responsibility, and the accusation that you were seeking comfort when you were seeking safety. We weep with you over the lack of remorse and the hardness that has been shown to you, and we bring this entire situation before the Lord who is both merciful and just.

The Word reminds us that nothing hidden will remain hidden. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. And again, There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2. God knows whether there was intentional tampering, whether people entered your apartment, and what truly caused the electrical danger, and He will bring the truth to light in His perfect time. We also take comfort in what you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21. The Lord has delivered you and protected you, and we praise Him for His protection when you were falsely accused and when you were in physical danger.

We pray against the hard hearts and unscrupulous behavior you have encountered. Scripture says I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. We ask the Holy Spirit to do this very work in the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer who has demanded fees while denying your need for a safe dwelling. We pray that the fear of God would fall upon them, for The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. Psalm 111:10, and that this godly fear would lead them to repentance, to truth telling, and to remorse. We pray that they would stop lying, stop threatening, stop hiding, and take responsibility for what has happened.

We also pray for justice, for God loves justice. It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity. Proverbs 21:15. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17. We ask the Lord to move upon the proper authorities, inspectors, and any lawful process so that the documented electrical dangers are addressed and no one else is harmed, and so that you are treated with due respect and fairness regarding compensation and the handling of your tenancy. A false balance and dishonest scales are an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. We pray that every false report would be exposed and that honest and true reports would prevail.

We encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom and peace, to keep all documentation, medical reports, photos, and electrician reports in a safe place, and to seek godly and lawful counsel for protection and for your legal standing, while entrusting vengeance to the Lord. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. This does not mean we do not seek lawful justice, but that we do not return evil for evil in our hearts. We pray that the Lord would guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding as you continue to wait.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear one who has suffered shocks, wounds, fear, false accusation, threats, and deep distress. Lord, You saw every shock, every wound, every night of needing to shower elsewhere, every threatening letter, every lie. We ask You to be their refuge and fortress, their healer and defender. Touch their body and heal what was wounded, touch their mind and calm the trauma and anxiety, and surround them with Your angels and Your protection where they now live. Let no weapon formed against them prosper.

Lord, we pray for the landlord and all involved who have shown no remorse, who have asked for false reports, who have equated life threatening danger with comfort, and who continue to threaten. Break their stony hearts, Father, give them hearts of flesh, convict them by Your Holy Spirit, bring them to repentance that they may confess, apologize, and make restitution with due respect. Let the fear of God come upon them and turn them from psychopathy, sadistic and antisocial tendencies, irresponsibility, and avoidance. Expose every lie and every hidden deed, and let truth and justice prevail for Your glory.

We thank You, Jesus, that it is only through Your name that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and by which we can be heard. We trust in Your righteousness and Your deliverance. We ask that You turn this situation around for good, that You restore what was lost, that You provide for every need, and that You let Your peace and Your justice be seen by all. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have been reading your updates and we can hear how exhausting and frightening these months have been. To live with a life threatening electrical problem, to be hurt while showering, and then to be met with threats and no apology instead of care would leave anyone feeling worn down and unsafe. We are so sorry you have carried this for so long.

What you describe makes sense to feel overwhelmed, and it is wise to keep protecting your safety and dignity while this is unresolved. We have found it helps to think of boundaries like a property line, what is yours to carry and what is not, and to let others help you hold that line.

A few steady steps that may help alongside prayer:

Keep all of your documentation together in one place, the electrician's written findings, photos, medical reports, and any written communication, so you do not have to hold it all in your memory. And where possible let a trusted advocate handle communication for you, a local tenant advice service, housing inspection office, or legal aid, so you are not facing threatening messages alone and can keep clear limits on contact. If you still have wounds from the shocks, please stay in touch with your clinician for care as you continue to pray for healing.

We are praying for you and for everyone involved.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see the harm and the stress and the long wait for a fair resolution. Please guard his safety and health, give him wisdom and steady helpers in the days ahead, and bring clarity and truth to what has been confusing and frightening. Your great affliction and the wrong you have endured have been laid before the Lord with much prayer, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy and His justice.

We have heard your cry concerning the life threatening danger in that dwelling, the wounds you bore, the medical testimony, and the hardness of those who, instead of showing pity, sought to cover the fault with a false report and to demand what was not due. To equate a matter of life and death with mere comfort and to answer distress with threats and evasion is indeed grievous, and it reveals a heart that has not yet trembled before the living God. We pray that the Lord, who is slow to anger and whose lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound in rods that men may repent, would grant space for repentance and yet would not be mocked, for He will not at all acquit the wicked.

We beseech the Lord that He would give to those who have dealt so unjustly a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that the fear of God would fall upon them, that they would be brought to see their sin in the light of His holy law, to smite upon the breast and confess that His judgments are right. There is no peace for the conscience till it bows before that justice, yet there is abundant hope for any sinner who will look to Christ. Justice itself, which once stood as an accuser, was fully satisfied at Gethsemane and at Calvary, where the cloud charged with fiery hail spent its fury upon the Saviour's heart. Through Him God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. We pray that these persons, landlord and lawyer and all concerned, may be led to seek the Lord while He may be found, to seek Him early and honestly, not seeking self or gain, but seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, that they may find pardon and be made to do justly and to make restitution as the fruit of repentance.

For you, who have suffered many afflictions, we pray the healing virtue of our Lord. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, to heal both body and spirit, to keep you in perfect peace and to deliver you out of all your afflictions. As it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones, not one of them is broken, while affliction shall slay the wicked.

We pray also for your protection against further wrong and false accusation, and that all that has been hidden may be brought to light, for nothing is hid that shall not be known. We ask the Lord to vindicate the truth, to restrain every hand that would do violence, to turn away threats and oppression, and to establish you in a safe habitation. We pray that you may be kept from bitterness and may leave vengeance unto Him to whom it belongeth, while you continue to seek the Lord with your whole heart, trusting that they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.

We will breathe a prayer for you that you may find Christ to be very near in this trial, and that you may prove the promise that all things shall be added unto them who seek first His Kingdom. May the Lord grant repentance where there has been hardness, confession where there has been lying, and just recompense where there has been loss, according to His righteous will, and may He comfort your heart and confirm your steps till this cloud be overpast.
