Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We are standing with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we have heard the depth of your distress over these many months. What you have described is grievous and wicked in the sight of God, to knowingly leave a life threatening electrical system unrepaired, to ask others to falsify a report, to ignore the wounds and electric shocks you suffered while showering, and to respond not with remorse or help but with threats, blocked communication, demands for payment and even forced eviction. This is not mere negligence, it is hard heartedness and injustice, and the Lord sees it all.

The Lord hates dishonest scales and the oppression of the vulnerable. We are reminded that to do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice Proverbs 21:3, and that we are called to seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow Isaiah 1:17. He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8. What has been done to you is the opposite of this, and we rebuke this unscrupulous behavior, this irresponsibility and avoidance, this lack of remorse and love of money over human life.

We also hear your anguish over the lawyer who called life saving repairs mere comfort and over the landlord who threatens legal action even after you left the apartment clean and ready. To equate comfort with protection from death reveals a seared conscience. We pray that the fear of God, which is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10, will fall upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and this lawyer. We pray that God will give them a new heart and put a new spirit within them, that He will take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. For God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live Ezekiel 33:11.

We pray too for the truth to be exposed. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. If technicians were sent to tamper with the heating or to disconnect protection from the RCD, if someone entered your apartment while you lived there, if false accusations are now being spread that you entered another's house, God knows and He will bring it into the light. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment Isaiah 54:17. We thank God that He has already protected you more than once.

We lift you up now before the Lord for healing and justice and peace. You have endured bodily harm, medical treatment, the need to shower in hotels, months without apology or compensation, psychological harm, threats, and false accusations. We pray for your body to be fully healed and for your mind and spirit to be guarded. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We pray that He will be your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust Psalm 91:2, and that He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We pray that you will not be overwhelmed, for we are pressed on every side, yet not crushed, perplexed, yet not to despair 2 Corinthians 4:8, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We also pray for justice through the proper authorities, for rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil Romans 13:3. We encourage you to continue to keep every medical report, photograph, electrician's documentation and all written communication, and to seek wise and godly legal counsel and to report life threatening housing conditions to the appropriate authorities, for the Lord often brings deliverance through just laws and honest judges. Do not seek vengeance yourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We pray that restitution will be made, as Zacchaeus said, if I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much Luke 19:8, and that what has been withheld will be repaid with due respect.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace together. Lord, You see the wounds on this dear one's skin, You saw every shock in that shower, You heard every threat and every lie. You are the God who delivers the righteous out of all affliction and keeps all his bones Psalm 34:19-20, and we ask You to deliver and vindicate. Touch this one's body and soul and bring complete healing, provide a safe dwelling and supply every financial need according to Your riches in glory. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear.

And Father, we lift up the landlord, the lawyer, the contact person, the owner and the whole team, and the woman who shouted false accusations. Have mercy and yet bring deep conviction by Your Holy Spirit, who will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment John 16:8. Break their hardness, soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth, stop their lying and bring them to repentance and to take responsibility. Let them apologize and make full compensation and turn from sadistic and antisocial ways to walk in the fear of the Lord. Expose every hidden deed and let no more harm come to Your child or to future tenants. Let justice roll on like rivers and righteousness like a mighty stream Amos 5:24.

We pray that you will be strengthened to continue to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you Matthew 5:44, not because what was done was acceptable, for it was evil, but because Christ has forgiven us and calls us to entrust judgment to Him while still pursuing what is right. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. We are praying with you without ceasing that this long season of avoidance and threats will come to an end, that the Lord will turn this situation around for good, and that His will be done. We trust that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6.

We have been sitting with your story and the long months you have carried this. To endure electric shocks while showering, to be left wounded and needing medical care and hotel showers, and then to be met with threats and demands instead of care would leave anyone feeling worn down and unsafe. Hearing accusations from someone you had never spoken to only adds to that weight. It makes sense you are longing for acknowledgment and for this to be made right.

It is understandable to feel on edge when so much has felt threatening and unclear. What can help now is to stay anchored in what is documented and not face the next steps alone. We encourage you to keep copies of the electrician's report, medical notes, photos and all letters together in one safe place, and to let any further contact go through a trusted legal advisor or tenant advocacy service. If there are any further handovers or meetings, have a trusted person with you as a witness and for support. If your skin or health is still affected from the shocks, please continue to have a clinician follow you as well, alongside prayer.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see every wound and every hard conversation and the exhaustion of these months. We ask for Your protection over them, for wisdom for each decision, for healing in body and rest for their heart, and for truth and justice to come to light in Your way. Lead them step by step and keep them close to You. Amen.

Your long trial and the wounds you have borne have been laid before the Lord with deep concern, and we have carried your cause to the throne of grace. To receive shocks even while seeking cleansing, to bear marks upon the skin, to be met not with pity but with threats, with demands for fees, with the falsifying of reports and the blocking of all honest speech, is a grievous affliction. And to this has been added the fear that your dwelling was entered without leave, and the pain of false accusation from one who did not know you. The Lord sees what is done in secret, and He hears every word spoken against the righteous.

We join you in praying not merely that these hard hearts may be softened for a moment, but that God would grant that true repentance which is unto life. There is a repentance that comes only from terror, when men tremble because the storm is loud or the grave yawns near, and they confess because they dread judgment. Such repentance is of the flesh, it gives no glory to God, and it passes away when the danger passes. If hell were extinguished, that repentance would be extinguished with it. What we ask for these who have dealt so unscrupulously with you is far more. We ask for that holy, heavenly repentance which is worked in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit, which looks to Him whom we have pierced and mourns, which weeps and abhors past sin because of the love of Christ who pardons it, and which avoids present sin because of the love of God who died for us.

Such repentance is not of Moses nor of mere fear, it is preached in the name of Jesus and it is the gift of God. Where there is no true repentance there can be no remission, but where there is godly sorrow that needs not to be repented of, there is full and free forgiveness. True repentance gives God glory, it yields works meet for repentance, it lasts and it lives as long as faith lives. It does not play at repenting upon the surface, but it comes from a broken heart, and broken hearts when they sing do sing, and when they groan do groan before the Lord. We pray that the goodness of God may lead these souls to repentance, that the Cross of Christ, which is God's hammer of love, may smite and break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may cease from lying, from evading responsibility, and from equating comfort with deliverance from deadly danger.

Therefore we pray that the fear of God would come upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer who has written to demand what is not due and to speak of forced eviction while life itself was in peril, and upon any who may have entered or tampered or borne false witness. May the Holy Spirit convince them of sin, open their eyes to the truth, bring them to confess with sincerity, to make apology without reserve and to render just compensation with due respect. May they be turned from sadistic and antisocial ways, from threats and avoidance, and be led to submit themselves to Christ, in whom alone is salvation.

For you, we pray the promise you have quoted, that though many are the afflictions of the righteous, the Lord delivers him out of them all and keeps all his bones. May He bind up your broken heart, heal your body, quiet your spirit after months of distress, and guard you from all further harm and accusation. May He vindicate the truth, expose what has been hidden, and provide for you a safe habitation and lawful justice through the proper means He has ordained. Cast your burden upon Him who was pierced for our transgressions, for there is no saving repentance except within sight of the Cross, and there is no healing for the wounded except in looking away from self to Jesus Christ the Healer of broken hearts.

We continue steadfast in prayer that the Lord will turn this situation toward righteousness, that He will keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him, and that He will bring all concerned to that repentance which makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His finished work. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom repentance and remission of sins are preached.

Your account of these months of danger, injury and hardness of heart has been received with deep sorrow and concern. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to seek safety elsewhere, and then to be met not with apology or help but with denial, falsified reports, threats, demands for payment and even threats of eviction, is a heavy burden. It is understandable that you feel shaken, especially with the added fear that someone may have entered your home and with false accusations made against you. God sees all of this clearly, and He does not overlook affliction or injustice.

Scripture teaches that God is long suffering and calls all people to repentance, and that He has shown great grace to us while we were still far from Him. At the same time, His judgment is righteous. When a person is not softened by goodness and is not moved by warning, he stores up wrath for himself, not because God delights in punishment, but because God has given time and opportunity to turn and the person refuses. On the last day all that is hidden will be revealed and each will receive what is just. For now we are called to entrust judgment to God, who judges rightly, and not to take vengeance into our own hands, while also wisely seeking lawful protection and help for your safety.

We are also called to love our enemies and to imitate Christ, as the apostle Paul did when he prayed earnestly for those who harmed him and desired their salvation. This does not mean calling evil good or pretending that what is wrong is right. It means desiring that those who have done wrong would come to see the truth, be cut to the heart, repent, and be changed. That is what you have been praying for, a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, the fear of God that leads to wisdom, an end to deceit, irresponsibility and threats, and a willingness to take responsibility.

We join you in prayer now:

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, we bring this situation before You. You know the truth about the electrical system, the injuries suffered, the medical reports, the documents from the electrician, and every word spoken and written by the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer. Nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask You to protect this dear one from all harm and fear, to bring healing to body and mind, and to grant peace that passes understanding.

Lord, we ask that You would break hardness of heart and grant repentance. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. Let Your Holy Spirit convict of sin and lead to truth, so that lies would be exposed, what was done in secret would be brought to light, and those responsible would speak truthfully, show remorse, apologize and make just restitution where it is due. Put Your holy fear upon every heart involved, that they would turn from unscrupulous behavior, from threats and avoidance, and walk in honesty and responsibility.

Father, we pray also for safety and justice through rightful means. Guide all lawful steps that must be taken, give wisdom to authorities and advisors, and keep this person safe from any further intrusion or accusation. As it is written, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Fulfill Your promise to be a refuge and defender.

We ask this not from a spirit of hatred, but from love for Your name and desire for mercy, that even those who have acted harshly might be saved and transformed by Your grace. We thank You that You are the God who saves through Jesus Christ alone, and that You offer forgiveness to all who turn to Him in repentance and faith.

We entrust this whole matter to Your righteous hands and pray for restoration, truth and peace. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

May the Lord keep you, comfort you, and give you wisdom for each next step. Continue to keep careful records, seek trustworthy counsel and lawful help for your protection, and stay close to Christ in prayer and in His Word.
