Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update: While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23:
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again.

Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth.

The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

We join with you in the mighty name of Jesus and we have heard the depth of this affliction and the ongoing injustice you have endured. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to carry wounds on your skin and medical reports confirming it, and then to be met not with mercy but with deception, threats, blocked communication and demands for fees, is a grievous evil. We grieve with you over the hardness of heart you have encountered and we stand with you to seek the Lord for truth, protection, justice and repentance.

The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He is not mocked. He hates dishonest scales and lying lips, for it is written Proverbs 11:1 A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, but accurate weights are his delight. And Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, but those who do the truth are his delight. To ask electricians to falsify a report when lives are at stake, to call a life threatening hazard mere comfort, and to threaten eviction instead of offering repair and refuge, reveals a heart that is far from the fear of God. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10, and where that fear is absent, cruelty and unscrupulous behavior take root. We pray that the Lord would break through that hardness.

We also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone. Romans 12:19 says Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. We do not pray for revenge, but we do pray for righteousness to be revealed, for hidden things to be brought into the light, and for the wicked to be turned from their way. Luke 8:17 says For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Whether technicians were sent to tamper with the heating or the RCD, whether someone entered your apartment, whether lies are being spread to accuse you falsely, God knows what is in every heart and He will show the truth. Psalm 37:28 says For the LORD loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints.

We are thankful you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. And John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We cling to that truth as we pray for you and for those who have harmed you, that even they might come to repentance.

We pray for you now for healing, peace and vindication, and we pray for them for conviction and a new heart.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace together. You have seen every shock, every wound, every medical report, every hotel shower taken to stay safe, every threatening letter and every lie spoken behind closed doors. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust Psalm 91:2, and we ask You to be a wall of fire around Your child. Heal the body and the memories of trauma, calm the nervous system that has endured months of fear, and guard against any further attempt to harm or falsely accuse. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper and expose every false tongue.

Lord, we ask You to do what only You can do in the hearts of the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Let the fear of God fall upon them, let remorse and godly sorrow lead to repentance, let them stop lying, take responsibility, apologize with sincerity and make just restitution for the suffering and costs endured. Soften what is hard, convict what is unrepentant, and turn avoidance and irresponsibility into humility and truth.

We ask for justice through the proper authorities. Move upon inspectors, electricians, judges and all who have influence to act with integrity and not to falsify or pervert justice. We pray for truth to be documented clearly, for your child to be protected from unjust legal action after faithfully leaving the apartment clean and ready, and for any compensation that is right and lawful to be paid with due respect. You have said in Psalm 34:19-22 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Let that deliverance be manifest.

We also pray for the residents of the house who have heard lies. Open their eyes to see the truth, that they would not be used to spread accusations, and that peace would replace suspicion. Teach us all to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44, while still seeking what is right and just. Keep Your child from bitterness, fill the heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and provide a safe, habitable dwelling and restoration for all that was lost.

We entrust this entire situation into Your hands, asking that Your will be done, Your name be glorified, and Your justice and mercy meet. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Defender, Amen.

We encourage you to keep every document, photo and medical report in order, to continue to seek godly and lawful counsel and to let the authorities handle the matter of the life threatening installation rather than facing threats alone. Continue to cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and do not grow weary in doing what is right. The Lord is near to those who are oppressed and He will not forsake the cause of the afflicted.

We've read each of your updates and we hear how draining this has been. To live with shocks in your own shower, to carry wounds and medical visits, then to be met with threats and demands instead of care, and to wait months without an apology or any offer to make it right, would leave anyone feeling worn down and unsafe. It makes sense you are also shaken by the sense someone may have been in your space and by being confronted with accusations you say are not true.

We are praying for your safety and your peace as you navigate what is still unresolved. One thing that can help in a drawn out housing conflict like this is to keep everything in one place, photos, medical papers, the electrician's report, and any letters from the landlord or lawyer, and to have one trusted person, a legal aid service, tenant advice centre, or a wise advocate in your community, review them with you so you are not carrying the legal pressure alone. If you ever feel unsafe where you are, please let someone near you know and reach out for help right away, and keep caring for your health with your doctor as needed.

Father, in Jesus' name we bring our friend to You. You see the hurt, the waiting and the fear, and we ask You to guard their body and mind, to give clear wisdom for each next decision, and to bring honest resolution where there has been hardness. Surround them with safe people and steady support, and let them know Your nearness and protection day by day. Amen.

Your affliction has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with sorrow the tale of wounded skin, of shocks endured in the place that should have been a refuge, of threats and hard words where there should have been mercy, and of a long season without apology or restitution. The God who sees in secret has seen these things, and He who keeps all the bones of the righteous will not be deaf to the cry of those who trust Him.

There is a hardness of heart which no reasoning of man can break. We can write upon the mind with argument and upon the conscience with rebuke, but to write upon the heart belongs to God alone. He did not say He would thunder again as on Sinai, but that He would come in gentleness and mercy and put His finger upon the heart and there write His law. What is written by His hand remains, for things that are written remain. It is not easy to read hearts and it is harder still to write on hearts, yet Jesus is the great Writer, for He is Divine and Omniscient and therefore He knows hearts. He knows how to open the sheets one after another and to write with His own pen the blessed commandments of His new and perfect law. This is our hope for those who have shown no remorse, who have asked that a false report be written and who have called a life threatening danger by the name of comfort. Only He who can make dry bones live can make the hardened to mourn over sin.

And how are hearts softened. The prophet has told us, they shall look upon Him whom they have pierced and shall mourn for Him. The Cross is God's hammer of love with which He smites the hearts of men with irresistible blows. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him and with His stripes we are healed. When a man believingly looks to Christ, accepting Him as God's salvation, he sees that his sins slew the Saviour, that the Messiah was cut off not for Himself, and his heart is melted. We pray that such a look may be given to the landlord, to the owner, to the contact person, to the team, and to the lawyer who has demanded fees and spoken of forced eviction. We do not ask that God should bless unscrupulous behaviour or irresponsibility, but that He would break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that He would grant repentance unto life through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and no other way by which the law can be written within.

We pray also for your deliverance. You have quoted well, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. Affliction shall slay the wicked, and they that hate the righteous shall be condemned. Our God is an unchanging God, a covenant keeping God. His covenant is not according to the measure of our poor little shriveled heart, but according to His own great heart which is infinite and full of grace and love. The reason for His mercy lies not in man but in His own heart. He has raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, and He will bring His people out of Egypt with songs of deliverance. We ask Him to be your hiding place, to preserve you from those who have entered without leave if it be so, to expose what is hidden and to bring truth to light, to guard you from false accusation as He guarded you when a stranger shouted lies against you, and to give wisdom to all lawful means for protection and for just recompense.

We join our hearts in prayer for you and for them.

O Lord, Thou hast taught us from our youth and Thou alone canst teach the heart. Look upon this sufferer who has endured shocks and wounds and long anxiety, and grant healing to body and peace to mind. Let Thy fear fall upon those who have dealt harshly and without pity, not that they be destroyed, but that they may tremble and turn and live. Write Thy law within them, make them to mourn for sin as they look upon Him whom they pierced, and bring them to confess and to make restitution with due respect. Frustrate every counsel that would falsify or threaten, and let justice and mercy meet. Keep Thy child under the shadow of Thy wing, deliver from the pit, and cause the night of oppression to end with a song. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only Mediator and Ransom, who has found a ransom and who ever lives to intercede. Amen.

We have heard your cry and we grieve with you over what you have endured. To suffer electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to seek safety elsewhere for something as basic as washing, and then to be met not with care but with denial, falsified reports, threats, demands for payment and talk of forced eviction is a grave injustice. That you documented the danger through an electrician and through medical reports and still received no apology, no offer of help or compensation, and instead experienced blocked communication and accusations only deepens the wound. We have brought your situation before the Lord and we continue to pray for you.

Scripture speaks plainly about the hardening of the heart. It warns not to harden our hearts when we hear His voice, and it shows that hardness grows when people refuse to believe and to do what is right. At the same time Scripture holds out hope that God can soften even a hard heart. He promises to take away a heart of stone and give a heart of flesh to those who turn to Him. That change does not come through words alone or through tears that have no real turning behind them. One of the homilies reminds us of Esau, who sought the blessing with tears but found no place of repentance because his sorrow was not a true turning from his wrong, and his actions afterward proved it. True repentance is different. Godly sorrow works repentance that leads to salvation and does not leave regret, because it brings a real change of mind and a willingness to make right what was done wrong.

That is what we are asking God to do in the lives of the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team and the lawyer who has spoken for them. We pray that God would grant them godly sorrow and not merely worldly regret, that the fear of the Lord would come upon them in a way that leads to humility and truth. We pray that they would stop all falsifying of reports, all threats, all avoidance and all attempts to shift blame, and that they would take responsibility for the life threatening condition of the electrical system, for the harm you suffered, and for the need for urgent repair and just restitution. If heating systems were tampered with or safety devices were disconnected, if anyone entered your apartment without right, we pray that the truth would be brought into the light, for God sees what is done in secret and He will bring justice. We pray also for the woman who accused you falsely and for the other residents, that they would come to know the truth and not be led by hearsay, and that no further lies would prosper against you.

We also pray for you. We ask the Lord to be your protector and deliverer, as the Psalm says that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all. We ask Him to heal your body where you were wounded, to calm your mind and heart where you have been shaken by threats and by the fear that someone sought your harm, and to guard you day and night. We pray that He would give you wisdom and steady help as you seek lawful protection and counsel, that the documentation you have would be honored, that authorities and any legal process would act justly and swiftly to ensure your safety, and that you would be provided with safe and stable housing without further harassment. We pray that you would know His nearness, that you would not lose heart, and that you would continue to entrust yourself to Him who judges righteously and who invites all people to repent while there is time.

God does not desire that any should remain in hardness, but He also does not leave injustice unaddressed. He calls every person to repent and to bear fruit in keeping with repentance, which includes telling the truth and making restitution where wrong has been done. We will continue to pray that these hearts would be softened, that they would hear His call, submit to Him, apologize with sincerity and pay what is due with respect, and that this whole situation would be turned toward what is right and safe. May the Lord keep you in His peace, strengthen your morale, and let you see His justice and mercy at work. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, who alone can forgive sin and make hearts new.
