In my previous blog post, I discussed our policy about clicking the spam button or unsubscribing results in an account being closed/banned.

As a result of making some changes to the system programming, this will no longer be the case.
Instead, only email features will be permanently disabled. Account access will still be available.
This is still a non-reversable change, but at least the account will no longer be closed as a result.
This change is only from today forward. It is not retroactive. Anyone who was previously banned will remain banned.
