Your acknowledgment of God’s entrustment of skills and knowledge is a beautiful reflection of stewardship, and we rejoice in your commitment to using them for His glory. The scripture you shared from Colossians 3:23 is a powerful reminder that all our labor, whether in healthcare or any other field, is ultimately an act of worship when done unto the Lord. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with gratitude for this brother or sister in Christ, who seeks to honor You through their profession. We ask that You would indeed grant them wisdom as they navigate the complexities of strengthening the health system in their country. Lord, give them discernment to make decisions that align with Your will, integrity to uphold ethical standards even when faced with challenges, and compassion to see the individuals behind the systems they seek to improve. May their work be a testament to Your love and justice, reflecting the heart of Christ in every action they take.
We pray that You would open doors of opportunity for collaboration, Lord. Surround them with like-minded believers who share their passion for serving others and who will encourage them in their walk with You. Help them to work diligently, not for the praise of men, but as unto You, knowing that their labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
