Using my day, health, optimism, sun exposing

To use my day fully now on my beach holidays as planned - according to my needs, desires.

To be healthy from the top of my head to the tip of my toes. Especially stomach, digestion, dental flesh, eyes, feminine/reproductive organs, hormones, glands.

To be in a good mood, positive, joyful, optimistic. No dark gloomy/doomy negative fatalistic thoughts.

No sunburns, good plan for sun exposure.

To be able to rest, relax, and have enough sleep.

To be able to be in the present moment, to be able to enjoy the present moment.
