Beloved of All
God bless everybody and me he hear all your prayers. Please pray for my job we have had new management come in and it has become such a hostile and uninclusive environment. My direct supervisor is either overworked or not focusing in on things to wear the department is moving smoothly and has her favorites. She likes to push blame and gossip and talk about everyone and everything out in the opening and hurt people. The assistant manager tells her and other people things that she's not supposed to be pertaining to employees personal lives and everybody talks about things at the front desk where they should be. I've been yelled at and cussed out and some of my coworkers and accused of things when other people call out all the time and we can't get everything done. On one day where everybody called out my supervisor and another employee kept complaining that I couldn't get everything done and I was the only one in the department and I can get back up to management. The next day the same scenario and the closing employee in my department at the store has been notorious for going to other departments, being on his phone, or watching football and messing around right after he clocks in. Not knowing the situation that we had no help he was openly talking about me in front of three supervisors who he is friends with including our own direct supervisor I mentioned above and he said he shouldn't have to come into work having to work on things and help complete tasks from the department that everything should be done. He called me several cuss words and a derogatory term and even a hate slur. He even started to threaten me. The one supervisor is sitting next to him is his friend and he was laughing. One turned around and put her headphones on and pretended not to hear. My direct supervisor told me to leave the room and did not address it and not one of these supervisors mentioned anything to upper management and my direct supervisor clocked out for the day and went home. I had to call another store where my former managers went to get help. One of the assistant managers said they would take care of it in-house and for me not to pull HR and they created a special warning for him pertaining to his tantrum as they called it. So he can mess up in other ways but he just can't do this no more. Not one person interviewed me or asked me about this after. Then they started to try to get me in trouble fabricate incidents exaggerate. What are the female managers that I've been close to even turned on me she would always give us hugs and then she made a false accusation against me. Another assistant manager who knows I have excellent customer service and have so many awards for that listen to one of my harassers friends and said that I didn't help a customer and I wasn't doing my job which was not true and he wrote me up for that too. I ended up getting really sick and my blood pressure was so high my doctor was worried so I took time off. I talked to my attorney who helped me with my other job a long time ago and took time off. Please pray for my other friend whose African-American that was being harassed by customers. A customer kept calling him derogatory names and tried to physically hurt him The one assistant manager that tried to get me in trouble for not helping customers was present when this African-American employee was being harassed and did not. My coworker went outside because you needed to get away from the situation. And the customer followed him and tried to pick a fight. My coworker told him to leave him alone. I don't know about what else happened but my coworker said that they cut ties with him and let him go. Pray for him to get an attorney and that he can fight that company. Pray for my job safety and righteousness will around. Pray for the truth to come out and that these wicked employees and managers will get in trouble. They are always in the office not on the floor, watching videos on their phone or football games or talking when we need them. They are such bad examples at the Holiday get togethers they drink so much to the point where they can't even stand up. Even the one manager falsely accusing me she got so intoxicated she was hanging over and on to male employees and she couldn't drive and no one made sure for management she even got home safe she was walking down a busy Street at 1:00 in the morning. The other assistant manager her husband had to come pick her up because she was so out of it. Even our store manager talks about alcohol openly and drinks in the store with other managers. They openly joke around about all kinds of things that are inappropriate. Please pray for my job safety, my sanity, my physical health, and for God and his son or Jesus to shield me when I return upon my leave. Pray for me to be okay and to have the strength to continue. Please pray the Lord to bless my other company who I went back to part time that they have been helping me to make hours during my leave and that maybe I can go back there again full time. Possibly pray I can find a better job and leave on my own terms from this hostile workplace and environment. Or pray that it will improve and that this bad management will be removed. Please pray for my health and my families and our pets. Pray God to protect everything that we have our property our cars our family our pets and myself please. Please pray for our financial blessings in that this will not be a burden and we can make our bills. May God bless every one of you and thank you. 😁

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this deeply troubling situation. The workplace you describe is not only ungodly but toxic to the point of endangering your health, safety, and well-being. Scripture is clear that we are to work as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), but nowhere does God call us to endure abuse, injustice, or unrighteousness. What you have described—gossip, favoritism, false accusations, racial slurs, threats, drunkenness among leadership, and a complete failure to uphold basic standards of decency—is not just unprofessional; it is sinful and must be addressed with both prayer and godly action.

First, we must rebuke the sin that has taken root in this environment. The Bible warns, *"Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them"* (Ephesians 5:11). The behavior of these managers and coworkers is not only unacceptable in the workplace but is an affront to God’s standards of love, justice, and holiness. Their actions—from public intoxication to racial harassment to the mockery of those in need—are a stench in His nostrils. We declare that the Lord sees all and will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7). The favoritism, gossip, and dereliction of duty you’ve witnessed are forms of oppression, and God takes special note of those who mistreat His children (Exodus 22:22-24).

We also must address the failure of leadership to protect you. Scripture commands, *"Resist him who is proud and haughty, because God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"* (James 4:6). The supervisors who laughed at your suffering, ignored threats, and even fabricated accusations against you have abandoned their God-given responsibility to uphold justice. Their inaction is complicity, and their favoritism is a perversion of leadership. We pray that their hearts would be exposed and that they would either repent or be removed from their positions of authority.

To you, we say this: You are not called to endure abuse in silence. The Bible does not require you to submit to unrighteousness. *"Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them"* (Ephesians 5:11). You have already taken wise steps by consulting an attorney and taking medical leave—these are acts of self-preservation, not rebellion. We encourage you to continue documenting every incident, every false accusation, and every failure of management to act. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not allow your suffering to go unnoticed.

We also lift up your coworker who faced racial harassment. The Lord hates racism and partiality (James 2:9), and we pray that justice will prevail in his situation as well. May he find the strength to seek legal recourse if necessary, and may the Lord provide him with a workplace that honors his dignity as a child of God.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge and our Great Advocate. Lord, You see the injustice that has been done to Your child. You hear the cries of the oppressed, and You promise to be a refuge for the afflicted (Psalm 9:9). We ask that You would shield them from further harm, both physically and emotionally. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we pray for their health—both body and mind. The stress they have endured is not Your will, and we ask that You would restore their strength, lower their blood pressure, and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them wisdom in every decision they make, whether it is returning to this workplace or seeking new employment. Open doors of opportunity, Lord, that they may work in a place that honors You and treats them with dignity.

We also pray for the wickedness in this workplace to be exposed. Let the truth come to light, Lord, and let those who have covered up sin be held accountable. *"The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6). We ask that You would either bring repentance to these managers or remove them from their positions. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

Father, we lift up their finances. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Protect their home, their vehicles, and their family from harm. Bless their pets with health and safety, and let Your peace reign in their household.

Finally, Lord, we pray for their faith. In the midst of this storm, remind them that You are their strong tower, their refuge, and their deliverer (Psalm 18:2). Strengthen their resolve to stand firm in You, and let them not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). If it is Your will, Lord, move them to a new workplace where they can thrive and serve You without fear. But if You have a purpose for them in this trial, give them the grace to endure and the wisdom to act with integrity.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33). Amen.

In the days ahead, remember that you are not alone. The Lord goes before you and stands beside you. If you must return to this workplace, do so with wisdom—document everything, seek godly counsel, and do not allow bitterness to take root in your heart. But also know that it is not a sin to seek a way out. Proverbs 14:7 says, *"Leave the presence of a fool, for there you do not meet words of knowledge."* If this environment is truly toxic, the Lord may be calling you to a new season.

Continue to seek Him in prayer, and trust that He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). Whether you stay or go, do so with a heart surrendered to Christ, knowing that He is your ultimate Provider and Protector.

Dear Friend,

We heard your cry for help and we're here with you, standing by your side. The situation you're facing at work is incredibly challenging and it's clear that you're dealing with a toxic environment. We want you to know that you're not alone, and we're going to pray with you and for you.

First, we want to remind you that God sees you and He cares about what you're going through. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God is close to you right now, and He's going to help you through this.

We're going to pray that God gives you the strength to endure this difficult time. We ask that He fills you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray that God grants you wisdom in every decision you make, and that He opens doors of opportunity for you, leading you to a workplace that honors Him and treats you with dignity.

We also lift up your coworker who faced racial harassment. We pray that justice prevails in his situation, and that he finds the strength to seek legal recourse if necessary. We ask that God provides him with a workplace that honors his dignity as a child of God.

We pray that God exposes the wickedness in your workplace. We ask that He brings repentance to those who have covered up sin, or that He removes them from their positions of authority. We trust that God's justice will roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

We also lift up your finances. We trust that God, as Jehovah Jireh, will meet every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He protects your home, your vehicles, your family, and your pets from harm. We ask that God's peace reigns in your household.

Finally, we pray that God strengthens your resolve to stand firm in Him. We ask that He gives you the grace to endure this trial, and the wisdom to act with integrity. We trust that God has a purpose in this, and that He will use it for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Remember, you are not alone. God is with you, and He's going to help you through this. Trust in Him, and keep seeking His face in prayer.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
