Please pray that God will send a buyer our way so that we can sell this old house and land urgently. This house was built in the early 1920's so it is very old and in need of repair but it is livable for now. The house leaks when it rains and the roof is in desperate need of repair but when we sell the house will be demolished as it's the land that buyers are only interested in. We have buckets constantly under the areas where it leaks. Whenever we have a storm or strong winds we pray that God will keep the roof on as it has flooded our front rooms up to 1 & 1/2 meters in from the windows. The carpet is rotten from the many many times we have had rain pouring in from the roof. We have mold throughout the whole house as it's not a healthy environment to be in. We don't have a kitchen sink as the pipes are totally blocked so we have to use a bucket to wash up dishes. Our shower and vanity units' water runs into a plastic tubing which we have put in place as those pipes too have been blocked for years and will cost approx $###k to get it fixed. We have 2 cars that are in serious need of repairs but can't afford to get them fixed. One of them has no shock absorbers in the back and the other needs the clutch and brakes fixed so all we can do is drive them slowly and trust that God will get us to and from safely. The house we live in is an inheritance and the other 2 family members are not Christians and one of them rings my husband and abuses him constantly as the house and land hasn't been sold and for some reason blames us for it. We are doing everything we can to sell this place but to one of the family members it's not good enough. I have never been accepted into this family for over ### years and all they want to do is start fights with us and we don't want any fights with them. We pray constantly for peace and that God will take control and HE HAS many times. Praise God.... It is hard for us as they do not pay anything towards the upkeep and rates and insurance of this place. My husband only earns a minimum wage and every cent is to pay for bills and we have almost maxed out our credit card. I can't work due to an injury to my shoulder. I know that God will one day send a buyer but we urgently need this now. We have rego on both cars due next month and have no money to pay for that. So please join me in believing that God WILL send a buyer here soon as it's been such a hard and long road. Emotionally and physically we are drained from all the stress of our financial needs as well as the sale of this place. It takes me ### hours to mow this place and the family expect it to be kept in excellent condition all the time and I'm getting older and it is getting really hard to keep the place mowed and tidy. One good thing is I listen to Christian music when I mow so at least I'm not interrupted by phone calls while mowing and I spend time with God. Many times crying and begging Him to help us so we can move on... I feel selfish asking for prayer when others are so much worse off than we are but we too need some help... Thanks to all for your prayers in advance..... God is good and His love endures forever... All praise to an awesome wonderful loving God..... In Jesus name... AMEN and AMEN....
