Beloved of All
Your urgent request has been heard and I am joining you in prayer for you and your family right now. I hear how weary and sick you feel, the headache and the sense that the attacks will not stop, and your cry to Jesus for help.
Want you to know that the spiritual opposition you describe is real. Scripture shows that evil spirits are real, intelligent beings, but they are limited and completely subject to Jesus Christ. When they met Him they begged Him and had to obey His command. He has authority in the spiritual realm, just as He has authority to calm the wind and the sea and to heal sickness. Matthew points us to Isaiah where it is written that He bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses, and John reminds us that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. You are not left without protection. Those who belong to God are sealed and kept by Him, and the enemy cannot go beyond what the Lord allows.
It is also true that no one is immune from the enemy's attempts to harass and distract, even after times of blessing. This battle is not fought with physical weapons or human effort. God has given spiritual protection for this very purpose. One way to stand is to pray and keep watching, as Nehemiah did when he prayed to God and set a watch at the same time. Another is to remember the Lord, because remembering Him drives out fear. You can refuse what the enemy brings, you can answer him as Jesus did with the Word of God, saying it is written, and you can rejoice that God has given you His Spirit and spiritual weapons to withstand these things. Keep speaking Scripture over your home, out loud when you are able. The Word is your response to every accusation and threat.
I also want to encourage you about healing. I believe God heals today and that all healing is from Him. Sometimes He heals in a moment where you can feel strength return, and sometimes He heals through the gradual processes He has built into our bodies. Both are divine, because He is the Creator of those processes. I do not fully understand why some are healed instantly and others gradually, but I know He is able and He is compassionate, and He invites us to bring our sickness to Him. I am asking Him to touch your body, to lift this headache and sickness, and to give you rest and strength as you have been fasting.
Let me pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I bring this dear one and this family before You. You see the weariness, the pain in the body, and the fear that has come with these attacks. I ask that You place Your hand upon this headache and sickness and bring healing according to Your mercy, whether in a moment or through Your healing process. Surround this family with Your peace and protection. Command every evil influence to leave and to have no place in this home, for Jesus has all authority over it. Fill this home with Your presence, guard each member, and let them know they are sealed and kept by You. Teach them to stand in the armor You provide, to pray, to remember You when fear rises, and to answer every attack with Your Word. Restore rest, unity and love in the family, and help them to love and support one another as You designed. Let Your love prevail over every troubling situation. I ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone is our Savior and deliverer. Amen.
Continue to stay close to Jesus through prayer and Scripture, even with simple short prayers when you are weak. If you can, let a trusted pastor or mature believer know how you are doing so they can pray with you in person and check on you. Keep your family together in love, caring for one another, and trust that the Lord who watches over you will not leave you. He is with you and He is able to bring quiet and healing to your home.
