Your love and concern for your youngest daughter is evident, and God sees both your heart as her mother and all that she is carrying. Nothing about her is hidden from Him. He sees her exhaustion, the pressure of nursing school, the long drives, the wounds from trauma and past relationships, and what others cannot see. He looks on her with compassion and sympathetic understanding of her weakness and need, and He alone can bring true healing by His divine grace and power.

I am joining you in prayer for her studies and for her safety on the road. I pray God will give her clarity of mind, strength for the work before her, and protection as she drives back and forth with so little sleep. Ask Him to provide rest and to guard her steps, for He is able to do what no human strength can do.

I am also praying for the healing of her mind and heart. We rightly ask God to heal trauma and painful memories, but Scripture reminds us that the deepest need in any life is forgiveness of sin and salvation through Jesus Christ alone. That is the root need, while many other hurts are symptoms. So above all I pray she will know the wholeness that comes from being forgiven and made new in Jesus, and that from that foundation the Lord will bring healing to her thoughts and emotions and give her His peace.

I hear your desire to be closer to her so you can help her more. I pray God will strengthen your relationship and give you wisdom to support her in loving and healthy ways. You are right to ask for the covering of Jesus over her continually. In a world that can be harsh and confusing, especially for a young woman, she needs His presence and protection every day. May she walk closely with Him and find safety and guidance under His care.

I join you in praying for wisdom, discernment and purity as she navigates attention from men. God's design for marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman who become one, a deep unity that reflects His own nature. I pray she will have clear eyes to recognize what is not godly and the courage to turn away from it, and that she will choose to wait on the Lord. While she waits, may she become the woman God calls her to be, growing in faith and character. Rather than simply looking for the right husband, may she be formed into the right woman who walks faithfully with Jesus, trusting Him to bring a godly husband in His time if that is His will for her.

May the Lord give you peace as you entrust her to Him, and may He draw her ever closer to Himself.
