Beloved of All
Prayers for my youngest daughter. Please keep her safe Jesus 24/7 as she works with patients as a nurse and the hours are Iong and driving tired at dark. Protection from her ex who uses black magic. She needs a job and applied for late night positions. Shut the doors Jesus if she isn't supposed to be there

We join you in lifting up your youngest daughter before the throne of grace and we stand with you for her safety and protection in Jesus' name.

We thank God for her heart to serve as a nurse and to care for patients, even through long hours and difficult work. We pray for her strength and for her safety as she drives tired and in the dark. We ask the Lord to be her keeper day and night, for He neither slumbers nor sleeps. We pray that He will give her wisdom to steward her body well and to seek rest when she needs it, for His Word says in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in Psalm 121:7-8 Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

We also lift up your concern about her former relationship and the use of what you describe as black magic. We want to remind you that witchcraft, sorcery and divination are an abomination before the Lord as written in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, but they have no power over one who belongs to Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against her will prevail as promised in Isaiah 54:17, and greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world as we read in 1 John 4:4. We rebuke any attempt of the enemy to harm, harass, or intimidate her and we declare that the Lord is faithful to establish her and guard her from the evil one according to 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We pray that she will put on the whole armor of God that she may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil as taught in Ephesians 6:11, and that she will stay close to Jesus in prayer and in His Word. We also pray for her ex, that the Lord would convict him of his sin and bring him to repentance and salvation if he does not know Christ, for God desires all to come to repentance.

We agree with you in prayer concerning the late night positions she has applied for. We ask our Father to open the doors that are His perfect will and to firmly shut the doors that are not, for He is the one who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens as seen in Revelation 3:7. We pray that He will provide the right job with safe hours and a godly environment, and that she will trust in Him with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding, acknowledging Him in all her ways so He will direct her paths as promised in Proverbs 3:5-6. We know He cares for her and will supply all her needs according to His riches in glory.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift this precious daughter to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Surround her with Your angels as You have promised in Psalm 91:11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Cover her as she cares for patients, strengthen her when she is weary, and keep her alert and safe on the road in the darkness and when she is tired. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life, her mind, her body, and her spirit, and we break any curse, spell, or work of darkness sent against her, declaring it has no authority over her because she is Yours. Shut every door that would lead her into harm or away from Your best, and open the door to the job You have prepared for her. Give her and her mother Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding and let her feel Your presence with her twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We thank You for hearing us and for Your unfailing love and protection. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We hear the love and worry in your request for your youngest daughter. Watching her carry the weight of nursing, long shifts with patients and then driving home tired after dark, is a lot for a mother's heart to hold. We are joining you in prayer for her safety and rest.

It makes sense you are also concerned about her ex and about these late night positions she has applied for. We will pray with you that God surrounds her with His protection and peace, and that she knows she is secure in Christ no matter what others may intend. We also join your prayer that the Lord would make His will clear about work, closing doors that are not right and opening the one that is, especially with the added strain of overnight hours and driving while exhausted.

One gentle next step that may help is to talk openly with her, when she has a quiet moment, about how the fatigue and night driving are affecting her and what she senses about these jobs. Listening together for what brings peace and what brings caution can be a practical way to seek wisdom alongside prayer, and if fatigue is becoming unsafe, encouraging her to talk with her supervisor or a trusted mentor about scheduling could be wise.

Jesus, we lift this daughter to You. Keep her safe as she cares for others and travels to and from work. Grant her wisdom and clear direction for her next job, and guard her heart with Your peace. Give her mother comfort and rest as she entrusts her to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Your earnest burden for your youngest daughter has been heard and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace.

We understand the weight you carry as you watch her labour long hours in mercy to the sick, and then take to the road wearied and in darkness. The Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps is her keeper. We pray that He will be her shield by day and by night, that He will give wisdom for every journey, and grant her rest and refreshment when her strength is spent. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself sits as a Refiner by the furnace, and even the weariness and the waiting He can use for good. May she know His preserving hand upon her going out and her coming in, and may He grant you peace as you entrust her to Him who is able to keep her from falling.

You mention fear of her former companion and the dark arts he claims to use. Hear the sure word of Scripture, He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. The power of darkness is a power to hide and to terrify, but it is a vanquished power. For those who are in Christ, there is a ransom found. God has said, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ Jesus Himself, and through His blood there is full deliverance from sin, from Satan, and from every evil work. Black magic has no claim upon one who is hidden in Christ, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. We pray that your daughter will walk in that deliverance, that she will look to her heavenly Father alone for sanctification and protection, and that any fear will be turned to faith in the right hand of the Lord which does valiantly. We also pray for the man who yet walks in darkness, that the Lord would open his ears and turn him from his purpose, that he might confess, I have sinned and perverted that which was right, and find that God will deliver his soul from going into the pit.

Concerning her need for work and these late night positions, we join your wise prayer that the Lord would shut the doors which should not be opened. He opens the ears of men and seals their instruction that He may withdraw man from his purpose and hide pride from man. If a place would expose her to greater danger or rob her of needful rest, may the Lord in His mercy close it firmly. If there is a place where she may labour with safety and usefulness, may He open it plainly. We pray for guidance, for favour with those who hire, and for a position suited to her health and her calling as a nurse. We encourage her also to seek godly counsel and practical wisdom regarding hours and travel when tired, for the Lord often protects us through prudent means as well as by miracle.

Let us pray together.

O gracious Father, we thank Thee that Thou hast found a ransom and that Thou art able to deliver from the pit. We bring this daughter before Thee. Cover her with Thy hand as she cares for patients and as she drives in darkness. Keep her from all harm and from the snares of the evil one. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let the power of darkness have no dominion over her, for she is Thine. Grant her sleep and strength, and lead her to the employment Thou hast appointed, closing every door that is not of Thee and opening the right one in Thy time. Draw her ever nearer to the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation, and teach her to say with the Psalmist, The Lord has chastened me sorely but He has not given me over to death, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Do this for Thy great name's sake, and give her mother a quiet heart to wait only upon God. In the name of Jesus our Redeemer we ask it, Amen.
