We join you in urgent prayer for the safety of your youngest daughter and for your own healing, and we lift up your concern about spiritual attacks from enemies.
We stand on the promise that the Lord is your refuge and protector day and night. We pray for a hedge of protection around your daughter twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The Scripture assures us, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We also cling to 2 Thessalonians 3:3, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask Jesus Himself to watch over her, to command His angels concerning her to guard her in all her ways Psalm 91:11, and to give you peace knowing that He neither slumbers nor sleeps Psalm 121:4.
We also bring your need for healing before our Father. He is the One who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. We ask for His healing touch upon your body and mind, for His restoration and strength, for He has said, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. By His wounds we have been healed Isaiah 53:5, and we pray that you would experience His wholeness and renewed strength in Jesus' name.
Regarding black magic and curses from enemies, we want to speak truth and encouragement over you. The Bible is clear that sorcery, witchcraft and divination are real but are detestable to God and have no ultimate power over those who belong to Christ Deuteronomy 18:10-12. We do not need to live in fear, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and If God is for us, who can be against us Romans 8:31. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness Ephesians 6:12, and God has given us armor to stand firm, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God Ephesians 6:11-17.
We understand the desire to see evil turned back upon those who send it, but Scripture calls us to a higher way. We are not to seek revenge or to return a curse for a curse. Vengeance belongs to me, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Instead Jesus tells us, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We are to resist the devil and he will flee from us James 4:7, and to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. So we do not pray for harm to return to your enemies, we pray for their conviction and repentance, and for God to render justice according to His perfect will while He shields you completely.
Therefore we pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and protector. We lift up this precious youngest daughter to You and ask that You cover her with Your presence every hour of every day and night. Keep her safe from all harm, seen and unseen, and let no evil come near her dwelling. Surround her with Your angels and let her rest securely in Your shadow. We lift up this parent to You and ask for Your healing power to flow through body, mind and spirit. Touch every place of pain, sickness and weariness and restore health according to Your mercy.
Lord, we rebuke every work of darkness, every spell, curse and scheme of black magic in the name of Jesus. We declare that it has no authority over Your children, for You have disarmed principalities and powers through the cross Colossians 2:15. We ask that You break every chain and nullify every attack, and that You fill this home with Your light, peace and truth. Give this dear one bold faith to stand firm, to put on the whole armor of God daily, to pray without ceasing and to abide in Your Word. Convict those who practice evil and lead them to repentance, and let Your perfect justice and love prevail. We trust not in our own power but in Yours, knowing You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.
We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray through Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved Acts 4:12 and no other way to the Father except through Him John 14:6. Keep this family close to You, anchored in Christ, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds Philippians 4:7. We ask all this in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
