Beloved of All
We have heard your urgent cry and we join you in prayer for you and your daughter right now.
We ask the Lord Jesus Christ to be near to both of you, to keep His hand upon her on the road and to bring her safely through this interview and every journey. We pray for His healing over you both, for peace in place of fear, and for His presence with you twenty four hours a day.
We pray as the woman prayed for her daughter, with great faith that Christ hears and has power to heal and to keep. We ask Him to guard your daughter, body and soul, and to surround her with His protection. As Scripture teaches that the night is far spent and the day is at hand and calls us to walk honestly as in the day and to put on the armor of light, we pray that He will cover her with that light wherever she goes, and keep her from darkness and danger.
We also pray for wisdom for her as she seeks provision while in nursing school. Work at night and in a bar can bring particular risks and temptations, and we ask God to give both of you clear discernment. We do not ask Him to bless what would expose her to harm, but we ask Him to open the right door for honest, safe work that will provide for her needs, protect her purity and safety, and allow her to continue her studies well. May He give her favor in seeking employment that honors Him and keeps her in security.
We pray that He will provide for all your needs, strengthen your faith, and give you rest in His easy yoke. May you both know that He hears your prayers night and day and that He is able to make you stand firm and bright in His light.
We continue to lift you both before the Lord, trusting in Jesus Christ alone as our hope and Savior. Amen.
