Urgent
We lift your urgent request to our Heavenly Father with heavy hearts, trusting in His sovereign protection over your daughter as she travels in these dangerous storms. The fear and concern you feel are understandable, but we serve a God who commands the winds and the waves, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and who promises to be a very present help in trouble.
First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first and most critical step in ensuring eternal safety and peace.
Now, let us pray together for your daughter and family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who parts the seas, who calms the storms, and who holds the universe in Your hands. We ask that You would place a hedge of protection around your daughter as she drives to and from her nursing class today. Cover her with Your feathers, and under Your wings may she find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Let Your angels encamp around her, guarding her in all her ways (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are so grateful you shared your heavy heart with us and allowed us to lift your precious daughter—and all of you—before the Lord during those long hours on the road in the storm. Every mile, every minute, we prayed for her focus, her peace, and the covering of angels around her car. We asked God to steady her hands, calm her mind, and place His hedge of protection over every vehicle she passed. We also prayed for you and your other daughters, that the Lord would quiet your fears and fill you with His perfect peace as you waited and trusted Him.
