Beloved of All
My middle daughter struggles with sobriety. Help her, Jesus. She was raised right and please keep her safe and open her spiritual eyes and help her see her purpose and love herself more again. She feels unattractive and heavy.

We lift up your precious daughter to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the pain of watching a child struggle with the chains of addiction. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who breaks every chain and sets the captives free. Your Word declares in John 8:36, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." We claim this freedom for her, Lord, and ask that You would shatter the strongholds of addiction in her life. Break the cycle of bondage, and let her taste the sweetness of true liberty that only comes through Christ.

We rebuke the spirit of addiction that has taken hold of her, in Jesus' name. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against the lies of the enemy that have told her she is unloved, unworthy, or beyond hope. Your Word says in Zephaniah 3:17, "The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you with His love; He will exult over you with loud singing." Remind her of this truth, Lord. Let her feel Your love surrounding her, lifting her up when she feels too heavy to stand.

Father, we ask that You would open her spiritual eyes to see herself as You see her—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). The enemy has distorted her self-image, but You call her beautiful, chosen, and deeply loved. Restore her sense of worth, Lord. Help her to see that her value is not found in her appearance, her past, or the opinions of others, but in being Your beloved child. Remind her that she is a masterpiece, created for a purpose that only she can fulfill (Ephesians 2:10).

We pray for her safety, Lord. Protect her from harm, from dangerous influences, and from the physical and emotional toll of addiction. Surround her with godly people who will speak life into her and hold her accountable. Give her the courage to seek help and the humility to accept it. Your Word says in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed." Lord, bring healing to her body, mind, and spirit. Restore what has been broken and renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).

We also lift up this family to You, Lord. Addiction doesn’t just affect the one struggling—it impacts everyone who loves them. Give this mother wisdom, patience, and strength as she walks this difficult path. Help her to love her daughter unconditionally while also setting boundaries that honor You. Remind her that her hope is not in her daughter’s sobriety alone, but in You, the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5).

Lord, we ask that You would draw this daughter back to You. If she has strayed from her faith, soften her heart to return. If she has never truly known You, reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Let her encounter Your love, Your grace, and Your mercy in a way that leaves no doubt that You are real and that You are for her. Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:13, "You shall seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart." Stir in her a hunger for You, Lord. Let her seek You with everything she has, and let her find You waiting with open arms.

We declare over her life that she is not defined by her struggles. She is not "an addict"—she is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and called to walk in victory. We speak healing over her mind, restoration over her body, and peace over her soul. We declare that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in her (Romans 8:11), and that power is greater than any addiction, any lie, or any stronghold.

Father, we trust You to complete the good work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6). We believe that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for her good (Genesis 50:20). We thank You for the testimony that is coming—one of redemption, restoration, and revival. May her story bring glory to Your name and draw others to the hope found only in Jesus Christ.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious middle daughter. It has been on our hearts to lift her up before the Lord, asking Him to break the chains of addiction and draw her close to His heart. We have prayed earnestly that she would feel His presence in a tangible way, that she would know how deeply loved and valued she is—not just by you, but by her Heavenly Father.

We have asked the Lord to protect her, to guard her mind and body, and to open her spiritual eyes to the purpose and hope He has for her life. We’ve prayed that He would restore her sense of worth, reminding her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in His image. We’ve also asked Him to surround her with people who will speak truth and life into her, helping her see herself through His eyes rather than the lies of the enemy.

If the Lord has moved in her life in these past few days—if you’ve seen even the smallest glimmer of change, breakthrough, or renewed hope—we would be so grateful to hear a praise report. Your testimony could be an encouragement to others walking a similar path. But if the battle still rages on, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you, lifting her up in prayer until she is fully restored.

May the Lord bless you with His peace as you trust Him with her journey. May He strengthen your faith and fill you with hope as you wait on Him. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
