If she must drive, let her do so with extreme caution, avoiding moving water—even shallow floods can sweep away vehicles. We rebuke the spirit of fear that may seek to overwhelm you both, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Instead, we speak peace over your heart and mind, trusting that the Lord who calms the storms is at work even now. Remember how Jesus spoke to the wind and waves, *"Peace! Be still!"* (Mark 4:39), and they obeyed Him. We command this flood to be still in His name, for the safety of all who are in its path.
