We understand your urgency and the struggle you're facing with job stability and finances. We want to encourage you and pray for you. Firstly, let us address the spiritual warfare you're experiencing. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must be careful to attribute the struggles to spiritual warfare and not blame everything on the devil. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:28 WEB Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need. This shows us that we must also be responsible and do our part in maintaining our jobs and finances.
However, we also see in John 10:10 WEB the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy. So, we acknowledge the spiritual warfare while also taking responsibility for our actions.
We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in your life. Perhaps he wants to work on your character and have you to be more like Jesus. Maybe the jobs were not the best for you and that is why they did not work. Maybe he wants you to work in ministry and not in a job for a company. Perhaps he is trying to show you how to be a better steward of your finances. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let us come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. We have this confidence based on what Jesus Christ accomplished by his death, burial, and resurrection.
Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB
Dear Lord, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we pray for this dear soul. We ask that you would give them the strength and wisdom to maintain this new job. We ask for stability in their finances so they can pay their bills. Open the windows of heaven and pour them out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Rebuke any evil and wicked things that come against them. Surround them with your hedge of protection. We ask for a special blessing and favor, and we pray for their character to grow in Christ. We pray these things in Jesus name amen.
