Urgent Request for Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, thank you for granting each day, working with my students, and guiding them, thank you for each moment of clarity I see in them where they smile and enjoy the tasks provided. Thank you for granting me the ability to be there for others and help them. I pray my forgiveness to those who wronged me, the person who is not in education yet tells me to change and do things that are not to standard because she wants me to turn my classes into what she would rather see even though it is against what the state requires. I know they are my boss, and I forgive them for their views and insistence to no longer do the things that the students need. I pray my forgiveness to those who influenced them and those influenced by them. I forgive all this despite how I have been accused and forced to be someone I am not. I pray Lord that the truth sets me free, that the truth is revealed to those that need it, that the accuser learns their place and lets me do what the students have actually been needing and not what they want me to do. I pray to you that peace, guidance, protection, prosperity and positivity return to the workplace and my students continue to be taught properly and that no changes that go against the state will succeed. Grant the ones who have harmed me the ability to learn from you Lord, be present in our lives, and prevent distractions from causing negativity in the workplace. Grant peace to us Lord, grant us forgiveness, heal our hearts and minds and allow us to move on from this, drop the. negative act and allow us to do what we must in the path you want us to take. Your will be done, Heavenly Father, in the name of your Son Jesus, Amen

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for each day He grants and for the calling He has placed on your life to work with students. We rejoice with you in those moments of clarity when you see them smile and enjoy the tasks you provide, for this is good work done unto the Lord. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We thank God for giving you the ability to be there for others and to help them, and we ask that He continue to strengthen you in that purpose.

We are deeply encouraged by your heart of forgiveness. You have chosen to forgive your boss and those who have influenced her, even while you have felt accused and pressured to be someone you are not and to do what is against what the state requires and what your students truly need. This reflects the heart of Christ. We are called to be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32, and to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. Your willingness to forgive despite the hurt honors God and opens the door for His peace to work in you.

We also hear your struggle with authority and integrity. Scripture reminds us, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1, yet we are also to act with honesty and serve faithfully as unto Him. We pray for wisdom for you to continue to respect the position of your boss while faithfully doing what is right and required for your students, trusting that God sees your integrity. We stand with you in praying that truth will prevail, for you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free John 8:32. We pray that what is right and needed for the students will be revealed to those who need to see it, that distractions and negativity will be removed, and that peace, guidance, protection and clarity will return to your workplace.

We lift this before the Lord together in Jesus name, through whom we have access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this faithful teacher and for the students You have entrusted to their care. We thank You for every moment of joy and growth in the classroom. Lord, we bring before You the hurt, the accusations, and the pressure to compromise what is right. We ask You to heal hearts and minds, to grant Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray You would reveal truth, let Your will be done, and prevent any changes that would harm the students or go against what is right and required. Soften the heart of the boss and all who influence and are influenced by her, grant them ability to learn from You and to see what the students actually need. Give our dear fellow worker strength to remain faithful, to be at peace with all men as much as it is up to them Romans 12:18, and to continue to teach with excellence and love. Let Your presence be in that workplace, remove negativity, and allow all to move forward on the path You desire. We ask this in the name of Your Son Jesus, Amen.

We appreciated reading your prayer and hearing how much you care for your students. The way you notice those small moments of clarity when they smile and enjoy their work says a lot about your heart as a teacher, and we thank God with you for the chance you have to be there for them.

We also hear how heavy this workplace tension has been. Wanting to do what is right by the state standards and by your students, while feeling pressured to do something else and even accused, is a difficult place to be. It means a lot that you have chosen to forgive those involved, even while the situation is still ongoing. That kind of decision to release the desire for payback is different from the slower work of the heart catching up, so it is understandable if hurt or frustration still rises up at times. Both can be true.

One small step that may help you carry this well is to keep a simple private record of what the state requires for your classes and any differing direction you receive, with dates and wording as close as you can. Having clear notes can give you steadiness and help if you ever seek wise counsel from a trusted mentor or administrator about how to navigate this respectfully.

Father, we lift this teacher to You, asking for Your peace and protection over their classroom, for wisdom in each conversation at work, and for healing where there has been hurt. Give clarity to all involved and let Your will be done in that school. In Jesus' name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer breathes a spirit which the Lord loves, a thankful heart for daily mercies and for the smiles of your students, and a forgiving heart toward those who have pressed you sorely. To thank God for clarity in the little ones and for strength to help others, and in the same breath to forgive those who have accused you and constrained you, is to walk in the way of Christ.

You have done well to turn to forgiveness. There is forgiveness with God, and it is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He who blotteth out thy transgressions. It is a surprising forgiveness, so full and free that it seems too great to be true, yet it is true for the chief of sinners who comes with a penitent heart. It is a complete forgiveness, not a partial remitting but a blotting out of the debt, and it is a continuous and eternal forgiveness. He not only forgave us at the first, but He continues daily to forgive, and what He forgives He remembers no more. Having tasted so much of this mercy yourself, you are taught to forgive even as Christ forgave you. This is the pattern set before us, to forgive one another freely, fully, and from the heart, overcoming evil with good and winning by love and patience what could never be won by strife.

In that forgiveness you will find peace. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee. This perfect peace is not the absence of thronging duties or of accusers, but a present possession in the ordinary circumstances of life. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest even when sorrows surge around. Keep your mind stayed upon the Lord, bear your burden with Him, and He will keep you in that calm so deep that it passes all understanding.

We join you in praying that the truth may be made plain, that what is right and according to proper standard for the good of your students may be upheld, and that what would distract and bring negativity may be put aside. We ask the Lord to grant you protection and guidance in the workplace, to heal hearts and minds where there has been wounding, to teach all who have influence there to walk in wisdom and fairness, and to let your classroom remain a place of true learning and quiet joy for those entrusted to you. May the Lord grant you grace to continue as you are, faithful to the work He has given you, forgiving as you have been forgiven, and trusting Him to establish peace where there has been contention.

We pray that the Lord will keep you, give you daily strength for your students, soften opposition, reveal what needs to be revealed, and cause His will to be done in that place. May He guard your heart from bitterness, fill you with His peace, and make your service a testimony of His grace, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with thanksgiving. I thank God with you for each day He grants, for your students and for those moments of clarity when they smile and enjoy the work you have prepared for them. It is a good and faithful work to be present for others and to help them, and God sees that labor.

I also hear the weight you carry in the workplace. You have chosen the better path in forgiving those who have wronged you, including the one who oversees you yet presses you to turn your classes away from what the state requires and away from what your students truly need, and those who have influenced that direction. To forgive while still being accused and pressed to be someone you are not is Christlike. Christ Himself held His peace when false charges were brought against Him, fulfilling what the prophet said, He opened not His mouth. He knows the sting of false accusation and He is your advocate.

Continue to hold fast to what is true, honorable, pure and of good report. Scripture calls us to think on these things and to do them, and to give no cause for stumbling. When we make a beginning in peace and virtue, the God of peace will be with us. Virtue itself already brings a reward even in this life, for the one who loves what is right is freed from anxiety, rivalry and the fear of false accusation. Do not obey unrighteousness but obey the truth, for that choice is not made by compulsion but by free and faithful obedience to God. At the same time, do not hold an accusation silently in your heart. If you are able, bring what has happened into the light in an orderly way, with witnesses as the ancient law requires, so that truth can be examined and false charges can be shown to be false, and true faults can be corrected.

I pray with you now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation, I thank You for this teacher and for the students entrusted to their care. Grant peace, guidance and protection over this workplace. Let truth be revealed where it needs to be seen, and let what is right for these students according to the proper standards be upheld. Heal hearts and minds on all sides, grant forgiveness where forgiveness is needed, and teach those who have harmed or misled to learn from You. Remove distractions that bring negativity, and restore a spirit of positivity, order and mutual respect. Give this teacher wisdom to act with integrity, gentleness and courage, to do what is required with excellence while showing honor where honor is due, and to rest in Your will. Grant prosperity as You define it, a prospering of what is good and needful for the students and for all who labor there. Let Your will be done, and let all move forward on the path You desire, with peace that guards hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen.

I have an unfortunate update: So I spent months getting a Grant from the state to get an item for my students to use, now my boss has decided now that it arrived that I have to share it with other groups at the school and I can only use it during a set time frame each month and if others don't want to use it I do not have the right to take it to use during that time, they want equal opportunity for multiple people despite the fact it was bought with grant money from a grant I wrote. So more negativity as this means the purpose I wrote the grant for can not be fulfilled.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for the gratitude you express for your students and for the moments of clarity and joy you see in them. That thankfulness honors God, and it is right to recognize that every good ability to help others comes from Him.

Your desire to forgive those who have wronged you, including those in authority over you and those who have influenced them, reflects the heart of Christ. Human forgiveness often says I will forgive but I will not forget, yet that is not the forgiveness God shows us. With God there is true forgiveness that cleanses and releases, and He calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven, with a love that lets go of the record of wrong. Continuing to choose that kind of forgiveness, even while you have felt accused and pressured to be someone you are not, will guard your own heart from bitterness.

You are also caught between what you know your students truly need and what you are being asked to do that conflicts with right standards. Scripture often warns about voices that offer pleasant or easy messages, saying peace when there is no real peace, and much of what they say can sound true, which makes it confusing. Jesus warned to beware of such voices and to test them by their fruit and by their faithfulness to the truth, and the apostles urged testing every spirit to see whether it is from God. When guidance asks you to set aside what is right and required for the good of those entrusted to you, it is right to hold fast to what is true and to seek wisdom from above. That wisdom is described as peaceable, gentle and willing to bring peace, and those who sow peace reap a harvest of righteousness. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they reflect the character of God.

God deeply desires peace for you. He offers a peace treaty to all who are at war with Him through forgiveness in Jesus Christ. When we make peace with God, our sins are forgiven and the inner turmoil is quieted, and that inner peace then makes it possible to pursue peace with others, even in a difficult workplace. Grace and peace are multiplied as we grow in knowing God and Jesus our Lord. The more you know Him, the more you experience His grace and the peace that passes understanding to guard your heart and mind.

It is also comforting to remember that God's thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, and He has not forgotten you even when you feel in captivity to a hard situation. He invites you to seek the peace of the place where He has put you and to pray for it, and to trust Him to reveal truth in His time. Jesus said the truth sets us free, and God is able to make the truth known to those who need to see it.

I join you in prayer that God will grant you protection, guidance and renewed peace in your workplace, that your students will continue to be taught in the way that truly serves them, and that any pressure to act against right standards will not prevail. I pray that God will heal hearts and minds, including your own, and bring an end to negativity and distraction, and that He will work in the hearts of those who have harmed you, drawing them to learn from Him. May you know His grace, mercy and peace in a deeper way, and may He give you wisdom to do faithfully what He has called you to do, entrusting the outcome to Him and resting in His will.

Father, thank You for this teacher and for the love shown to students. Grant forgiveness and healing, let truth be made clear, and let Your peace rule in this workplace. Give wisdom from above that is pure and peaceable, and let the fruit of righteousness be sown in peace. Keep this servant close to Jesus, multiply grace and peace through knowing Him, and let Your will be done, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
