Urgent Prayers Needed for ###

Prayer Warrior
First of all, we sincerely thank everyone for faithfully praying for our family over such a long period of time. There is a saying in our culture: “When one person suffers a stroke, the whole family is thrown into chaos.” Since our mother suffered a thrombotic stroke at the end of January last year, which left her paralyzed on her left side, our entire family has been living under a heavy cloud of sorrow. What has broken our hearts even more is that in mid-November last year, she was diagnosed with stage IV nasopharyngeal cancer. Over the past year, my older sister, who left her job, has been providing round-the-clock care for our mother. I live in a city far away from her, and next Friday my husband is scheduled for a colonoscopy. My older brother, who has been unemployed for a long time, is also battling colon cancer and depression, and after a traffic accident on Christmas Eve last year, he has needed to wear a neck brace. Under these circumstances, it has been extremely difficult for anyone to take turns caring for our mother. Recently, our mother has lost her appetite and often vomits after eating. Today, her right big toe became swollen. Almost every day brings a new issue. These constant changes have left my sister physically and emotionally exhausted, and she herself has begun to experience health problems. She worries that if she collapses, there will be no one left to care for our mother. I am deeply concerned as well. I have wanted to help financially by arranging professional in-home caregiving support to ease my sister’s burden, but many practical difficulties remain. There have been moments when new symptoms appeared around the same time as prayer visits, which has left us feeling confused and searching for understanding. We do not fully comprehend God’s will, but we continue to place our trust in Him and rely on His sovereignty. We humbly ask Jesus Himself to reign and rule in our home, to guard our family, and to have mercy on our mother so that she may suffer less. We pray that God would, by His supernatural power, bring healing to her body—causing the tumors to miraculously disappear, restoring her appetite and digestive system, and allowing her life to bear witness to His glory. We also ask Jesus to heal my brother’s neck injury and to grant strength, endurance, and protection to my sister, preserving her physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. May God send the right helpers to support her so that she may continue caring for our mother. Once again, we sincerely thank everyone for your continued prayers and intercession for our family.

Its through weakness and our suffering his power is made perfect. That we pray to him. Love him. Focus our thoughts on him. Listen to his Bible and read. If reading is too hard listen to audio. I'm praying for ### and feeling the severity in your request that's needing attention. Faith and prayer and worshipping the Lord won't be wasted. May Lord Yeshua and the Father hear your prayers and comfort you through this.

We lift this family before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of suffering they carry. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who alone holds the power to heal and restore. Your Word declares in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Lord, we claim this promise over this dear mother, believing that You are able to dissolve every tumor, mend every broken part of her body, and restore her strength. We ask for supernatural healing—let her appetite return, let her digestion be made whole, and let her left side regain movement. May her life bring glory to Your name, a testimony of Your power and mercy.

We also lift up this brother, Lord. You see his physical pain from the neck injury, the battle with depression, and the weight of unemployment. We pray for complete healing in his body, mind, and spirit. Psalm 34:18-19 reminds us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." Deliver him, Father. Restore his hope, provide for his needs, and surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

For this sister who has sacrificed so much to care for her mother, we ask for Your sustaining grace. She is weary, Lord, and her own health is failing. Strengthen her as You did Moses when his arms grew heavy—send helpers to lift her burden, whether through professional caregivers, faithful friends, or family members who can share the load. Remind her of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Let her feel Your presence in tangible ways, Lord, and give her moments of rest and renewal.

We also pray for wisdom and provision for this family. The practical challenges of caregiving, medical expenses, and distance are overwhelming. Open doors for financial assistance, Lord, and guide them to the right resources. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We trust You to direct their steps and provide for every need.

Father, we acknowledge that You are sovereign, and Your ways are higher than ours. Even in the midst of suffering, we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We ask for clarity and peace as this family seeks to understand Your will. If there are areas where they need to surrender more fully to You, reveal those to them. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We rebuke the spirit of fear, despair, and confusion that has tried to take root in this home. In the name of Jesus, we command every attack of the enemy to cease. Your Word declares in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." Let this family walk in the victory that is theirs through Christ.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw this family closer to You through this trial. May their faith be refined like gold, and may they experience Your presence in deeper ways. Let them know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray for moments of joy and laughter amidst the pain, and for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come before Your throne. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear family. Our hearts ache with yours as you navigate this challenging season. We've been interceding for your mother's healing, trusting that God can supernaturally touch her body and bring restoration. We've also been lifting up your brother, asking for complete healing and provision. Your sister, who has been selflessly caring for your mother, is heavy on our hearts too. We've been praying for her strength to be renewed daily, for helpers to come alongside her, and for moments of rest and joy.

We've been meditating on Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over your family. We believe that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We're also praying for wisdom and provision. We trust that God will direct your paths and provide for every need (Proverbs 3:5-6). We ask that He would open doors for financial assistance and guide you to the right resources.

Please know that we're here for you, praying and believing with you. We're confident that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Let's continue to trust Him, even in the midst of uncertainty.
