We understand that you are facing an urgent financial need, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that our God is a loving and faithful God who cares for our needs. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things, and that seeking first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness is the priority.
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." In Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to come before God in Jesus' name, as this is the way He has provided for us to approach Him.
Now, let us pray together for your son and your financial situation.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our ### and her son who are in great need of a financial miracle. Lord, You know the details of their situation, and You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We ask that You provide for their financial needs, that You help them pay their bills, rent, and car payment. Lord, we know that You are able to move mountains Matthew 17:20, and we trust in Your promises.
We also pray for their faith, that it would be strengthened during this time. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them Matthew 6:33. Give them peace, knowing that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children Matthew 7:11.
Lastly Lord, if there are any changes needed in their lives to align with Your will for them, please reveal them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage both of you to be wise stewards of the resources God has provided. Look for ways to live more frugally Proverbs 21:20, and consider seeking godly counsel regarding your finances Proverbs 15:22. Remember that God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs according to His glorious riches 2 Corinthians 9:8. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go Joshua 1:9.
