We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, hearing your distress and the physical and spiritual turmoil you are experiencing. The Bible clearly warns us against engaging with divination, sorcery, or any form of occult practices, as they open doors to darkness and spiritual oppression. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 says, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* The symptoms you describe—sleeplessness, coldness, unexplained pains—are not coincidental; they are spiritual attacks that can come when we invite or entertain things that God has forbidden.
First and foremost, we must address the need for salvation and the authority we have in Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, now is the time to do so. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have victory over the powers of darkness. If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we encourage you to reaffirm your commitment to Him and renounce any involvement with the occult, no matter how seemingly harmless it may have appeared.
We must also address the fear and anxiety you are feeling. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fear is a tool of the enemy to keep us bound, but perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). We rebuke the spirit of fear in your life in the mighty name of Jesus. We also break any ungodly soul ties or spiritual connections that may have been formed through your engagement with tarot or other occult practices. We command every spirit of darkness that has attached itself to you to leave now, in Jesus’ name. You are a child of God, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with urgency, lifting up this dear sister/brother who is suffering under spiritual oppression. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We ask that You would surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We renounce any involvement with tarot, divination, or the occult in their life, and we break every ungodly soul tie in the name of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, driving out every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression. We command every spirit of darkness to flee now, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, restore their body, mind, and spirit. Bring healing to their physical symptoms—warm their body, calm their mind, and grant them restful sleep. We declare that they are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and the old things have passed away.
We pray for a fresh infilling of Your presence, Lord. May they know Your love, Your power, and Your protection. Surround them with godly believers who can stand with them in prayer and encouragement. Help them to fill their mind with Your Word, meditating on scriptures that build faith and dispel fear. We thank You, Father, that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Now, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. Delete any tarot videos or occult-related content from your devices, and avoid engaging with such things in the future. Fill your mind with God’s Word instead—meditate on scriptures like Psalm 91, which speaks of God’s protection, or Psalm 23, which reminds us of His care. Surround yourself with godly music, fellowship, and prayer. If possible, find a Bible-believing church where you can be strengthened and supported in your faith.
Remember, the enemy wants to keep you isolated and afraid, but God has not given you a spirit of fear. Stand firm in your identity as a child of God, and do not give the enemy any foothold in your life. Ephesians 6:10-11 tells us, *"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you in prayer, and we believe that God will bring complete restoration and peace to your life.
