We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your cry for justice. The Word of God assures us that He is a God of justice, who hears the cries of His children. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We stand with you in faith, believing that God sees your situation and will act on your behalf according to His perfect will and timing.
Father in Heaven, we ask You to intervene in this situation. You are the ultimate Judge, and we trust in Your righteousness to bring forth truth and justice. We pray that You would expose any deception, uncover any hidden wrongdoing, and bring light to every dark place. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let Your name be glorified through this circumstance. "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the Lord require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8).
We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this matter. Are there areas where you may need to extend forgiveness, even as you seek justice? "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15). Justice and mercy are both close to God’s heart, and we must seek to reflect His character in all we do.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of bitterness, resentment, or vengeance that may try to take root in this situation. Instead, we ask You to fill this dear one with Your peace and trust in Your sovereignty. "Do not say, ‘I will repay evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and He will save you" (Proverbs 20:22). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We also remind you that our ultimate justice is found in Christ. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we urge you to do so today. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and it is through His name alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we pray that you would do so now, confessing your sins and inviting Him to be your Lord and Savior.
Heavenly Father, we commit this situation into Your hands. We trust that You will move in power and bring about justice in a way that only You can. Strengthen this dear one with patience, faith, and perseverance as they wait on You. May Your will be done, and may Your name be exalted. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
