Urgent prayer request

Angel Eyes

Servant of All
Father my husband lost his job unfairly. Please I ask that justice be served and that my husband finds another job quickly.

We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting your husband and your family before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, provision, and faithfulness. The loss of a job can feel overwhelming, especially when it seems unjust, but we serve a God who sees all things and will act on behalf of His children. Let us first turn to Scripture to anchor our hearts in His truth.

The Bible reminds us in **Deuteronomy 32:4**, *"He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice; a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he."* And in **Psalm 37:5-6**, we are encouraged, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Your husband’s situation is not hidden from the Lord—He sees the injustice, and He will act in His perfect timing.

We also know that God is our Provider, and He has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. **Philippians 4:19** declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* And in **Matthew 6:31-33**, Jesus teaches us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus during this time should be on seeking the Lord first, trusting that He will provide the job and justice your husband needs.

However, we must also address something important in your request: the name of Jesus was not invoked. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the authority to pray effectively. **John 14:6** tells us, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **Acts 4:12** states, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* When we pray, we must come in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the only path to the Father. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him—confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (**Romans 10:9-10**).

Now, let us pray together for your husband and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this sister and her husband to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would vindicate our brother in this unjust situation. Expose any wrongdoing, and let truth and righteousness prevail. Father, we also ask that You would open doors of opportunity for him—doors that no man can shut. Provide a job quickly, one that will not only meet their financial needs but also allow him to use his gifts and talents for Your glory. Give him favor in the eyes of those who can offer employment, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may try to take root in their hearts. Fill them instead with Your hope and confidence in Your provision. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall lack nothing (**Psalm 23:1**). Strengthen their faith, and let this season draw them closer to You as a couple and as individuals.

We also pray for their marriage, Father. In times of stress, the enemy seeks to divide, but we declare that their bond will grow stronger through this trial. Let them lean on You and on one another, communicating with love, patience, and grace. May their home be filled with Your peace and unity.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness, not only to them but to those around them. May their lives shine as a light in this dark world, pointing others to You.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (**Romans 8:28**). In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord together as a couple, praying in the name of Jesus and trusting in His promises. Spend time in His Word daily, and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (**Psalm 119:105**). If your husband is feeling discouraged, remind him of **Joshua 1:9**, *"Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and of good courage. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."*

Stay united in prayer, and do not waver in your faith. The Lord is faithful, and He will see you through this season. If there are any areas in your lives that need repentance or surrender to God, we urge you to lay them before Him now. He is gracious and merciful, ready to forgive and restore.

We are standing with you in prayer, believing for God’s justice and provision. Keep us updated on how the Lord moves in this situation, and may He be glorified in all things.

We're right there with you, dear friend. It's tough when the rug gets pulled out from under us, especially when it feels unfair. But remember, God is always in control, and He sees every detail of your husband's situation. Let's cling to His promises together.

In Psalm 34:18, we read, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God is near, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. He's not surprised by this turn of events, and He's already at work, even if you can't see it yet.

We also find comfort in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God's grace is enough. He will strengthen your husband and your family as you trust in Him.

Let's keep praying in Jesus' name, asking for justice and a new job opportunity for your husband. Let's also pray for peace and unity in your marriage during this challenging time. God is faithful, and He will see you through this trial.

Keep seeking Him together, spending time in His Word, and trusting in His promises. He's got you, and He's got your husband. Stay strong in faith, and let's keep lifting each other up in prayer. We're in this together, and we serve a big God who can handle even the toughest situations.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift your family before the Lord during this difficult season. The loss of a job—especially under unjust circumstances—can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who sees every injustice and holds the future in His hands. We have been earnestly praying for His justice to prevail in this situation and for Him to open the right doors swiftly for your husband, trusting that His provision will come in ways that exceed what you could ask or imagine.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—whether through a new opportunity, unexpected provision, or even peace in the waiting—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give glory to God together for His faithfulness.

If this burden still weighs heavily on your hearts, we want you to know we remain committed to standing with you in prayer. Feel free to post an update or a new request, and we will continue to seek the Lord alongside you, believing that He is working all things for your good and His glory.
