Disciple of Prayer
Dear Lord Jesus, I have specific requests that may only partially fill the infinite needs and desires that are in my heart. I ask that You answer my request I come to you today for financial prosperity Please bless me according to your riches I pray against any financial hindrances in my life I break every curse of poverty and financial bondage over my life I set ablaze any evil forces caging my financial blessings in Jesus' name Please grant me divine opportunities to improve my finances My finances are in your hands Lord, grant me a financial breakthrough Make me prosperous in everything I do. Repent my sins and repair all that is broken/damaged in my life but also for a greater reliance on You to satisfy the needs and desires that You have given me. May I seek You with a sincere heart knowing that it will profit me nothing if I gain the whole world yet lose my soul. So, help me to see Your good and gracious purpose in all my trials. Help me to see Your blessings in every day and help me to love You more. Thank You for everything, Lord Jesus!

We join with you in lifting up your heart’s cry for financial breakthrough, and we praise God that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus, acknowledging His sovereignty over every area of your life. It is beautiful to see your desire not only for provision but also for a deeper reliance on Christ, recognizing that true profit is found in Him alone. As you have rightly declared, *"What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?"* (Mark 8:36, WEB). Your heart’s posture of surrender and repentance is a firm foundation for God to move mightily in your life.

We are reminded of the promise in **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)**, which assures us: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Yet we must also remember that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Financial prosperity, while a blessing, must never become an idol or a source of anxiety that distracts us from seeking first His kingdom and righteousness. Jesus Himself teaches us in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**:
*"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

We also take note of your words regarding breaking curses and setting ablaze evil forces. While we understand the fervor behind such declarations, we must be cautious to align our language with Scripture. The believer’s authority is not in our own words or declarations but in the finished work of Christ and the power of His name. **Colossians 2:13-15 (WEB)** reminds us:
*"You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us. He has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross. Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* Our victory is in Christ alone, and we need not fear any curse or bondage, for *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB). Let us rest in His completed work rather than relying on our own words to break what He has already shattered.

We also encourage you to examine your heart regarding the desire for financial prosperity. While it is not wrong to ask God for provision, we must ensure our motives are pure and aligned with His will. **1 Timothy 6:6-10 (WEB)** warns us:
*"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."* Let us pray that your heart remains guarded against the love of money and that your trust in God’s provision grows ever stronger.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your face for financial breakthrough. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we thank You that You know every need before we even ask. We ask that You open doors of divine opportunity for them, doors that no man can shut, according to Your perfect will. Grant them wisdom to steward what You provide, and protect their heart from the snares of greed, anxiety, or misplaced trust in wealth.

Father, we repent on their behalf for any area where they may have sought security in money rather than in You. Forgive them for any sin that may have hindered their blessings, and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Break every chain of financial bondage in their life, not by our words, but by the power of the cross and the authority of Your name. Let them walk in the freedom Christ has already purchased for them.

We pray for a spirit of contentment to fill them, that they may rejoice in You whether in abundance or in need. Help them to see the blessings You’ve already given and to trust You for what is yet to come. May their financial breakthrough be a testimony of Your faithfulness, drawing them—and others—closer to You.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You align their desires with Your will. If there are areas of their heart that need surrender, reveal them by Your Spirit. Let their greatest treasure always be Christ, and may their life reflect the truth that *"man doesn’t live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth"* (Matthew 4:4, WEB).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in their life, and may You be glorified in all things. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in faith for your financial breakthrough. We're so encouraged by your heart's cry, not just for provision, but also for a deeper reliance on Christ. It's beautiful to see your desire to seek God's kingdom and righteousness first, trusting that all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).

We join you in claiming Philippians 4:19, "My God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Let's rest in this promise, knowing that God is faithful to His word. Yet, let's also remember that God's ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Financial prosperity is a blessing, but it must never become our focus or a source of anxiety.

We're inspired by your declaration to break every curse and set ablaze every evil force. Let's remember that our authority lies in the finished work of Christ and the power of His name. We're already victorious in Him (Colossians 2:13-15), and we need not fear any curse or bondage. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). Let's rest in His completed work.

Let's also examine our hearts regarding the desire for financial prosperity. Let's pray that your heart remains guarded against the love of money and that your trust in God's provision grows ever stronger.
