Urgent Prayer Request: Salvation & Spiritual Warfareld.

I have a prayer request for a friend of mine. I cannot share her name for safety reasons, but I would really appreciate your prayers.

She is Muslim, from a conservative family, and we have been interceding for her salvation.
I had already been praying for her before all of this, but in mid-April I got a dream where I saw her carrying a chart paper in the streets with “Jesus” written on it. After that, I fasted and asked God if this dream was from Him, and I asked for a very specific confirmation. That same night, God gave me the confirmation along with biblical scriptures, and honestly the confirmation exceeded what I had asked for. It was far more than I expected.

After that, I started praying for her much more intensely. During one of my fasts, I felt the Lord speak something very clearly to me. Right after that, very intense spiritual warfare started. I became ill and could feel a strong presence in my room.

A couple of days later, my friend suddenly became very ill too. She was literally close to death. The doctors said it was a miracle that she survived. She was in the hospital for a couple of weeks, but by God’s grace she recovered and was healed.

Since then, we have continued interceding for her. There are a couple people in ### praying for her as well, and almost everyone who has been praying for her has experienced some form of spiritual warfare too. That makes me believe something significant is happening spiritually.

Over the past few months, I have received multiple dreams and even a vision regarding her.
In one dream, I saw her going from city to city proclaiming the Gospel. Mind you, she is Muslim and comes from a very conservative background, so this was very significant.

In another dream, I saw an angel fighting. I believe it was fighting something around her or within her circumstances connected to her salvation. In the end, she was the one who got saved. Then someone very significant in her life appeared and started attacking me, but when I rebuked it in Jesus’ name, it vanished. I began praising God because I felt He had shown me victory.

A couple of weeks ago, I had something even more intense. It was not a dream but a vision. I was asleep, then suddenly it felt like I was pulled into another realm. This has never happened to me before.
I saw my friend kneeling down in prayer, and there were many hands placed on her back, praying for her. I could only see her from behind and the hands over her. Among them was one very large hand in the center, which I believe was God’s hand.

When I placed both my hands on her shoulders to pray, the vision instantly ended and I was pulled back into my room.
Right after that, I felt one of the strongest demonic presences I have ever experienced. I do not get scared easily, but I was genuinely terrified for a moment. I had my Bible beside me on my bed, so I held onto it and started rebuking in Jesus’ name. I could not physically speak, so I was praying and rebuking in my mind.

This was not the first time either. One of the earliest dreams I had about her was of her being possessed, and as I prayed over her, something spoke through her and said, “I will leave her, but I will come after you.” I replied, “Okay.”

There have also been many nights where after praying for her and going to sleep, I have been attacked in dreams by snakes, panthers, and other strange things.
This is all very new to me, and I do not fully understand everything yet. But these experiences have been very real.

Please pray for her salvation. Pray that every stronghold, deception, spiritual blindness, and opposition against her coming to Christ would be broken in Jesus’ name. Pray that she would encounter Jesus personally and come to know Him as Lord and Savior.

Please also pray for protection, wisdom, discernment, and strength for everyone interceding for her.
I will be honest, I do grow tired sometimes because I do not yet see things happening physically, but I truly believe God has a great calling on her life.

We stand with you in fervent prayer and intercession for your dear friend, lifting her up before the throne of grace where Jesus Christ, our Great High Priest, ever lives to make intercession for His own. The dreams, visions, and spiritual warfare you have described are not mere coincidences, they are signs of a mighty battle being waged in the heavenly realms for her soul. The enemy does not wage such fierce opposition unless something of eternal significance is at stake. We rejoice that the Holy Spirit has given you such clear confirmations, for the Word tells us, "For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed; then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction" (Job 33:14-16). The Lord is speaking, and we must listen and act in faith.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, intimidation, and deception that has sought to hinder this work. The enemy has no authority over those who stand in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We declare that every demonic assignment against your friend’s salvation, every stronghold of Islam, tradition, or familial bondage, and every spirit of spiritual blindness is broken now in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word assures us, "The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them" (2 Corinthians 4:4). But we declare that the light of Christ will dawn upon her mind and heart. We pray that the eyes of her understanding would be enlightened, that she may know the hope of God’s calling and the riches of His inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18).

We also lift up the intercessors who have been standing in the gap for her. The spiritual warfare you have all endured is evidence of the enemy’s desperation. But we declare that you are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We pray that the full armor of God would be upon each of you, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). We declare that you are more than conquerors through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also address the weariness you have felt. It is not uncommon for intercessors to grow tired when the physical manifestation of their prayers seems delayed. But we remind you of the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8, where Jesus taught that men ought always to pray and not lose heart. The Lord is faithful, and His timing is perfect. We pray that you would be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16), and that you would be filled with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).

We also want to gently address the reality of spiritual warfare with wisdom and discernment. The experiences you have described, dreams of possession, demonic presences, and attacks, are serious and should not be taken lightly. However, we must also ensure that we are not giving the enemy more credit than he is due. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of those in heaven, and those on earth, and those under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10). We encourage you to continue standing firm in your authority in Christ, but also to seek godly counsel and accountability from mature believers who can help you navigate these experiences with wisdom. The enemy seeks to isolate, but we are called to stand together in unity and truth.

We pray now for your friend, that the Lord would draw her to Himself with cords of love (Hosea 11:4). We pray that she would encounter the living Christ in a personal and undeniable way, that she would hear His voice calling her by name, just as He called Lazarus from the tomb (John 11:43). We pray that every lie she has believed about Jesus, about salvation, and about her own worth would be shattered by the truth of God’s Word. We declare that the Spirit of the Lord will rest upon her, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2). We pray that she would be filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that she may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10).

We also pray for divine protection over her life. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that angels would encamp around her, guarding her in all her ways (Psalm 91:11). We rebuke every spirit of death, sickness, and infirmity that has sought to take her life, and we declare that she is healed and whole in the name of Jesus.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the privilege of standing in the gap for this precious soul. We thank You for the dreams, visions, and confirmations You have given, and we declare that they are from You. We ask that You would break every chain of spiritual blindness, deception, and bondage in her life. We pray that You would remove the veil from her eyes and reveal Your Son to her in a powerful and personal way. We ask that You would surround her with believers who can speak truth into her life and disciple her in the ways of the Lord. We pray for wisdom and discernment for those interceding for her, and we ask that You would protect them from every attack of the enemy.

Lord, we declare that this battle is not ours, but Yours (2 Chronicles 20:15). We stand on the promise that if two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). We declare that Your Word will not return to You void, but it shall accomplish what You please and prosper in the thing for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). We believe that Your will is for her to be saved, for You desire that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We pray that she would confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that God raised Him from the dead, and that she would be saved (Romans 10:9).

We thank You, Father, for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We thank You that the enemy is a defeated foe, and that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that Your kingdom comes and Your will is done in her life, on earth as it is in heaven. We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless, and majestic name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. It’s easy to become preoccupied with every attack, every dark dream, and lose sight of the simple, powerful truth: Jesus has already won. We’re not minimizing what you’ve experienced, these things are real, but your safety isn’t in perfectly fending off every assault; it’s in being hidden in Christ. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is gently redirect our gaze from the enemy’s noise back to the One who holds your friend and holds you. You don’t have to figure out every dream or vision. You don’t have to be a spiritual warfare expert. You just need to keep showing up with love and prayer, and trust that God is working in ways you can’t yet see.

We hear the weariness in your words, especially about not seeing physical breakthroughs yet. That’s real, and it’s okay. Spiritual growth and answered prayers often unfold like a seed underground, quietly, slowly, in the dark, long before the first green shoot appears. Don’t let the lack of visible evidence convince you nothing is happening. Every prayer, every tear, every rebuke offered in His name is real and effective, whether you feel it or not.

One practical thing we’d gently suggest: don’t carry this alone. You already have a few praying with you, and that’s good. Let them in fully, share the burden, pray together when you can, and don’t isolate yourself. If you seek further guidance, we’d encourage you to lean on spiritually mature, grounded believers you know in person, perhaps a pastor or a trusted mentor who can walk alongside you with wisdom and balance. There’s no shame in wanting company in the trenches.

And now, we pray with you.

Father, thank You for this friend and for the one who loves her enough to stand in the gap. We ask that every stronghold, every lie, and every spiritual weight that keeps her from seeing Jesus clearly would be broken by Your power. Open her eyes and her heart to truly know Him as Lord and Savior. Surround every intercessor with Your protection, peace, and strength. Give them deep rest when they are weary, and steady their minds when they feel attacked. Help them trust Your perfect timing and not grow discouraged. Guard them from unhealthy fixation on the enemy, and fix their eyes on the victory of Christ. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. This is our strong tower, we run into it and we are safe. You have run to the Lord with this matter, and He will not fail you. Your dream of your friend with Jesus’ name upon a paper, do not despise it, for the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Yet I charge you, build not upon visions and dreams alone; the sure word of prophecy is the Scripture. Salvation is of the Lord, and whosoever shall look out of self, whosoever shall look to Christ only, shall find him to be a strong tower. You may run into your Lord and be safe.

That you have felt the rage of the enemy is no wonder. I see you going down the shelving banks of Jordan, but the sinner’s friend goes with you. Ah! But you have felt that strong presence, and your friend close to death, did not the doctors say it was a miracle? The purpose of God in our salvation is the glorifying of his own Character, and this it is that makes our salvation positively sure. If every one that trusts in Christ is not saved, then is God dishonored, the Lord of Hosts has hung up his escutcheon. His wisdom, truth, mercy, justice, power, eternity and immutability are the seven pillars of the house of sure salvation. Therefore, faint not in your intercession.

It is a great advance upon anxiety for our own salvation when we have risen out of the narrowness of dread about ourselves into the broader region of care for a brother’s soul. When we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Savior who made intercession for the transgressors. And you have been interceding with many hands upon her back, even as you saw in that vision. I charge you, be not deceived by the counterfeit, the enemy would have you fear that he will come after you if she is delivered. A faithful friend, and Christ is that friend, he sticketh closer than a brother. You have found Jesus Christ to be a true Brother and a blessed Friend. Now let the same be true of you. He that would have friends must show himself friendly. If Christ is such a Friend to us, what manner of people ought we to be towards him? Love her soul, and hold on in prayer.

If I desire the salvation of anyone, I ought to tell him, as best as I can, what his condition is and what the way of salvation is and how he may find rest. All men are approachable at some time or in some way. But remember, the Holy Spirit maketh intercession for the saints. Unless we are the sons of God the Holy Spirit’s indwelling shall not be ours: we are shut out from the intercession of the Holy Ghost, ay, and from the intercession of Jesus too, for he hath said, I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me. So seek her salvation earnestly, but know that the Spirit must first regenerate. Pray that she may be born again, and then the intercession of the Spirit will be in her.

You say you grow tired. But take heart: The old man felt that there was life and work in him yet, but they clamored for a king and therefore their aged friend must give up his office. Not so with your God; he fainteth not, neither is weary. The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble. Remember what brave Luther did. When you are attacked in dreams by serpents and panthers, it is but the enemy’s rage because he knows his time is short. Fly to the shelter of his Cross, and find salvation there. For yourself, let the promise be your shield: he that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Your friend is yet in darkness, but Christ is the friend of sinners. This Christ has done, and he is, therefore demonstrated to be the friend of sinners. That Friend is Jesus, the Friend of sinners! The Friend of man! The Brother of our souls, born into this world that He might succor us in our adversities. Yet, says Solomon, there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. To repeat our assertion, we believe that this friend is the blessed Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Well, then, such a friend, proved in the house of sorrow, a friend who gave his heart’s blood for you, and let his soul run out in one great river of gore, such a friend never can and never will forsake you; he sticketh closer than a brother. Therefore, plead with her to look to him. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ. What is believing on him? It is trusting in him. At any rate, leave the whole matter of your salvation with him in unquestioning confidence. Depend upon him without fear as to your present and eternal salvation. This is the faith which saves the soul. Notice, next, that this faith is believing on a Person, He that believes on, it? No! On, Him.

You ask for wisdom in this warfare. Your own Friend, and your father’s Friend, forsake not. Still, the sweetest part of the text lies in these words, Your own Friend. I do not think that I can preach on those words. Only, I remind you: is Jesus Christ your friend? Have you a friend at court, at heaven’s court? Is the judge of quick and dead your friend? If he be your friend, then he is able to save to the uttermost. And for your friend, you must labor on. The Lord is her stronghold, if she will but run into it. You cannot open her eyes; only the Spirit can. But you can pray. Pray that every stronghold of Islam shall be broken, that the deception and blindness shall vanish before the Light of the world. The vision of her with the chart paper shall come to pass, for the Scripture cannot be broken. The Lord hath said, I will give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

Be not terrified by the demonic presence you felt. You did well to hold to the Bible and rebuke in Jesus’ name. He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world. The serpent’s head is bruised already. In one of the earliest dreams you had, the foul spirit said, I will come after you. So be it; only trust in your strong tower. The righteous run into it and are safe. I can bring the horse to water but I cannot make him drink! So it is with her; but the Lord can make her willing in the day of his power. Continue with all perseverance, for the Lord is not slack concerning his promise. He writes intercession upon men’s hearts, and in his time the answer shall come. The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

You have set your hand to a great work, and the adversary has risen up with fury because he sees his spoil being taken from him. That raging presence you felt is the very sign that your prayers are striking the kingdom of darkness. Do not be terrified, but let your soul take courage, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The devil is fierce in his attacks, besieging our salvation on every side, and when he sees someone plundering his goods, he gnashes his teeth. But remember, he only prowls where he finds someone alone. That is why he assails most grievously when you are by yourself, disjoined from the body of believers. Therefore, cling to the fellowship of the saints, for together we are a wall of fire. You are not fighting this battle isolated; many hands have been laid upon her in prayer, and the great hand of God is in the midst of them. That vision was a true one.

The dreams and confirmations you have received are tokens of divine mercy, given to strengthen you for the long contest. Yet guard your heart: do not seek after signs as the foundation of your faith, for the evil one can counterfeit such things. Your ground is the word of God and the name of Jesus. When the enemy spoke through that dream and threatened to come after you, you answered well, “Okay.” That is the spirit of a soldier. Now prove that word by enduring the affliction he brings. The apostle says, “Whether we be afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation.” Your present trials, your weariness, the attacks in the night, these are working for her deliverance, if you suffer them with patience. For you are a partaker of Christ’s sufferings, and as the sufferings abound, so will the comfort.

Let your prayers be unceasing. You have stood in the gap with genuine love, making mention of her always, and this is pleasing to God. But let your intercession be winged with fasting and almsgiving. Fasting without mercy is not accounted as fasting; but when prayer, fasting, and alms go up together, they ascend as a memorial before God. So as you fast and pray for her, give also to the poor, forgive every debtor, and humble your heart. A contrite spirit is a weapon the devil cannot withstand.

Do not grow weary because you do not yet see the outward fruit. The seed is underground, but the Lord of the harvest is watching. Salvation is not in another’s hand, nor in ours alone, but in the lovingkindness of God; yet He has ordained that the prayers of the saints should pierce the clouds and unlock the prison doors. The fact that so many who pray for her have suffered assault is proof that something great is being wrestled for. The devil would not fight so hard for one already secure in his grasp. Therefore, stand firm. Rebuke the intruder in the name of Jesus, whether by voice or in the mind, and he will flee. The hand of God is upon her, and no one can snatch her from it. The dream of her going from city to city with the Gospel, that is not a fantasy; it is the calling of God, which will be fulfilled in His time.

Be sober, be vigilant. When the warfare grows intense, do not retreat but press closer to the Captain of your salvation. Gather with others who are like-minded, for where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst. And let your request be made known to God with thanksgiving, knowing that He who granted the first confirmation will bring this work to completion. The One who began the miracle in her will finish it. The prayers and tears and fasts you have sown will return with sheaves of joy. She will be saved, and many will see the victory and glorify your Father in heaven.

I have read your request carefully and have been praying for you and your friend. The spiritual warfare you describe is no surprise when someone is on the threshold of salvation. The enemy does not easily release those he has held, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

You are doing the work of a true intercessor, carrying another’s soul before the throne of God. That is a high calling, not reserved for a select few with titles but for every believer who will lay hold of heaven on behalf of the lost. Too often prayer is our last resort, but you have made it your first. In that, you stand with men and women who have turned the course of history through prayer alone. But do not forget that prayer and responsible action go hand in hand. Nehemiah prayed and then set a watch. Intercession is the engine, but wisdom and discernment are the steering wheel. Trust God to show you what practical steps to take alongside your fasting and prayer.

I hear the weariness in your words, and I understand. When answers do not come as quickly as we hope, our faith is stretched. Prayer does not always move God to act in the way or timing we expect; rather, it shapes us into greater submission to His will. The delay is not denial. Often God allows a season of waiting to deepen our dependence on Him and to prove the sincerity of our love for the one we are praying for. Do not grow discouraged when you do not yet see physical changes; the unseen battle is where the real war is fought.

Your dreams and visions are sobering, and you are right to take them seriously. When you saw that large hand in the center, it was a reminder that God Himself is in this struggle, and His hand is mightier than any demonic force. The attacks you face, whether in sleep or in your room, are meant to intimidate and wear you out. But you have the ultimate weapon: the name of Jesus, the Word of God, and the blood of the Lamb. When you cannot speak aloud, praying in your spirit is just as powerful. The book of Revelation reminds us that demonic beings are real and active, but they are on a leash and their time is short. Hold fast to the assurance that this woman is not beyond the reach of the Savior whose name means “the Lord is salvation.”

Be direct in your prayers. The enemy will try to sow doubt and fear, but you know whom you have believed.

End your prayers with praise. David, even when crying out for haste and deliverance, closed with confidence that God had heard. That praise is not denial of the struggle; it is the declaration of faith. The hope of your calling, the glorious inheritance ahead, is what fuels endurance. This battle is worth it because a soul is eternal.
