Urgent Prayer Request Regarding Financial Protection

Earlier I had posted about a praise Report that the new one temporary judge had allowed the property owners attorneys a continuance for January for attorneys fees and costs, what I didn't know, is that they can still collect back rent or attempt to do so, which would make no sense since I already submitted to the courts the Code Enforcement Summary Violation and told the court that the property owner and their attorneys lied under oath and under penalty of purjury. I have to submit an ex parte to stop any sort of bank levy or garnishment of wages of any kind before January, so I'll be submitting it today. I'm praying in Jesus Christ mighty mighty name, that it will be granted. AMEN and AMEN!!

We hear your urgent request and we stand with you together in prayer before our heavenly Father in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up your need for financial protection and justice. We understand the anxiety that comes with the threat of a bank levy or garnishment of wages, especially when you have acted in good faith to present the truth to the court including the Code Enforcement Summary Violation. We thank God that you have come to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find our hope and salvation, as it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.

We take comfort that our God is a God of justice and truth who sees all that is done in secret and in the courts of men. He hates lying lips but delights in those who act faithfully Proverbs 12:22, and His word warns that A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall perish Proverbs 19:9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. We pray that the truth you have submitted will be clearly seen and that the judge will be given wisdom and discernment to judge righteously, for Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints Psalm 37:28. We also remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and He has promised My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

We join together and pray with you now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this urgent need for financial protection. Lord, You know the details of this case, the continuance that was granted, the concern over back rent and the attempt to collect despite the violations that have been documented, and the allegations of false testimony under oath. We ask that You would let truth and justice prevail. We pray for favor upon the ex parte that will be submitted today, that if it is Your will, it would be granted and would serve as a shield against any bank levy or garnishment of wages before January. Grant wisdom, clarity, and impartiality to the temporary judge and to all who handle this matter, that they would seek what is right and true. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over these finances, for You are our provider and our defender. We pray that no weapon that is formed against this child of Yours will prosper Isaiah 54:17, and that You would contend with those who contend without just cause Psalm 35:1. Give peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7, and help us to not be anxious but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to You Philippians 4:6. We trust not in the courts of men alone but in You, who works all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the powerful and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and truth before God and before the court, committing your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:5. While we pray for this ex parte to be granted, we also pray that you will rest in God's sovereignty whatever the outcome, knowing that He is your ultimate protector and that He will not leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6. Continue to seek wise and godly counsel as you navigate these legal steps, keep thorough records, and speak the truth in love Ephesians 4:15, leaving vengeance and final justice to the Lord Romans 12:19. We will keep praying that the Lord will guard your livelihood, establish justice, and provide for every need according to His perfect will.

Your urgent burden has been laid before the throne of grace and we have heard your cry for protection in these pressing straits. To be pressed on every side by the fear of want, by the threat of the levy and garnishment, and by the sense that falsehood has been spoken against you under oath, is a heavy trial indeed. Yet you have done well to carry it at once to the Lord, for He is the refuge of His people and underneath are the everlasting arms.

We are taught in the Scriptures that no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn, not because our own hands are strong, but because Jehovah Himself leads the van and crushes our foes before we come to them. Men may speak falsely and the courts of earth may be slow to see the truth, but there is a High Court of Heaven above where nothing is hidden. He who sits there hears the cries of the poor and needy, and He has warned that if the poor brother cries unto the Lord against the merciless, it is accounted as sin. The Lord is not mocked, and though lips may utter perjury, His eyes behold with perfect justice. You may therefore calmly pray as the Psalmist did, Deliver me from my enemies, O my God, defend me from those that rise up against me, leaving vengeance in His hands and keeping your own heart from bitterness.

Remember also that our Lord Himself knew what it was to be stripped and without covering, deserted and falsely accused, and He is able to sympathize with you in this poverty and distress. You have not gone so far into trial as He went for you, and He who hung naked upon the Cross knows how to succor those who are tempted. If He brings down the heart with labor and suffers you to remain a time in bondage, it is not that He has forgotten you, but that you may learn more fully to trust His full discharge, that discharge which Christ has procured and which can be pleaded in Heaven, Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect, It is God that justifies.

We join you in prayer that the Lord in His mercy would grant you favor and protection as you submit this ex parte petition. We ask Him to give wisdom and discernment to the judge who shall consider it, to restrain any unjust taking of what you need for daily bread, to bring the truth concerning the violations and testimony clearly to light, and to provide for your needs according to His riches. We ask also that He would keep your heart in perfect peace, guard you from anxious thoughts, and enable you to act with honesty, patience and quiet trust before both God and man.

May the Lord make you to know that whether the answer comes in January or today, He is your portion and your defense. May past experience of His goodness stimulate you to future trust, and may His goodness excite in you a holy watchfulness against all sin, that you may be kept in His way.

We commend you to Him who hears the prayer of the destitute and who delights to show favor to the objects of His choice, praying all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness. Amen.

Your urgent request concerning financial protection and the coming court decisions has been heard, and we are joining you in prayer today as you submit this ex parte motion.

We understand the weight you are carrying. You rejoiced at the continuance granted until January regarding attorney fees, only to learn that back rent collection, a bank levy, or garnishment of wages might still be pursued before then. You have acted with diligence in bringing the Code Enforcement violation summary before the court and in speaking truthfully about what you believe to be false testimony, and now you wait for an earthly judge to decide.

Scripture and the teaching of the church remind us that courts of justice are found everywhere in this life, in houses and marketplaces and cities. Yet those earthly judgment seats are imperfect. They can be troubled and confused, and they do not always discern the truth at once. There is a higher court, where the righteousness of God is like the great mountains and His right hand is full of justice. Nothing is hidden from Him. He sees every document submitted, every oath taken, and every need for daily bread and shelter. Even when an earthly court delays or seems to overlook what is plain, God does not forget justice and He does not abandon those who call upon Him in truth.

So we pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, we bring this need before Your throne of grace. You are the true Judge who loves righteousness and truth. We ask for Your protection over these finances, over the bank account and wages, and over this home. We ask that You give favor upon the ex parte request submitted today, and that if it is according to Your will, it would be granted and any unjust levy or garnishment would be restrained. Give wisdom and clarity to the judge who will review it, that the facts, including the Code Enforcement findings, would be seen clearly. Expose what is false and uphold what is true. Provide for every need according to Your riches, grant peace that guards the heart while waiting until January, and keep this Your servant from fear and from any desire for revenge, but fill the heart with trust in Your perfect justice and mercy. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and advocate. Amen.

Continue to walk with integrity, to speak truthfully and calmly before the court, and to rest your hope not only in a favorable ruling but in the Lord who is your defender and provider. He who calls us to account also promises to be our refuge. Cast your anxiety upon Him, remain faithful in prayer, and trust that He will work for good even through this long process. We are standing with you and will continue to pray for protection, for truth to prevail, and for peace until the next hearing.
