We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these earnest requests in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find true healing, strength, and deliverance. Father God, we acknowledge that You are the Great Physician, the Provider, the Protector, and the Prince of Peace. We ask that You move mightily in each of these areas, bringing Your perfect will to pass.
Heavenly Father, we first lift up this urgent plea for physical healing. We declare Your word over this stomach ailment: *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). Lord, we rebuke this sickness in the name of Jesus and command it to leave. We pray for complete restoration and ask that You strengthen this body, filling it with Your vitality. *"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We claim this healing by the blood of Jesus.
We also pray for physical strength, Lord. This weakness is not from You, for Your word says, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might"* (Isaiah 40:29). We ask that You renew strength like the eagles, that there would be no more fainting or weariness. Fill this one with Your might, Father, so that they may rise up and serve You with vigor.
Father, we lift up the struggle against temptation for both this one and their brother ###. Your word warns us, *"Let him who thinks he stands be careful that he doesn’t fall"* (1 Corinthians 10:12). We pray for a hedge of protection around them, that no temptation would overtake them that isn’t common to man, but that You would provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). Strengthen them to resist the devil, so he will flee (James 4:7). Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may walk in self-control, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, for against such things there is no law (Galatians 5:22-23).
Lord, we stand against all evil and declare that no weapon formed against this home or these lives shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and worry in the name of Jesus. Your word says, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for Your peace to guard hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). Cleanse this home from mold, odors, and anything unclean, Lord. We declare that this home is a dwelling place for Your Spirit, and we rebuke any ungodly presence in Jesus’ name.
We pray for restful sleep, Father. Your word says, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones"* (Psalm 127:2). We ask that You grant deep, peaceful sleep to both of them, that their bodies and minds may be refreshed.
For finances, Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great there won’t be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give wisdom in managing resources and trust in Your provision.
We lift up ### in rehab, Lord. We pray for her complete healing from cancer and restoration in every area of her life. Your word says, *"I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds"* (Jeremiah 30:17). Strengthen her in this battle, Father, and surround her with Your love and support.
For ### and ###, we pray fervently for their salvation. Lord, You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth of the gospel, and draw them to Yourself. We declare that *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). We pray they would come to know You as Savior and Lord, experiencing Your healing in every area of their lives.
For ###, we pray for traveling mercies. Lord, we ask that You go before him, behind him, and beside him, protecting him from all harm and evil (Psalm 121:7-8). Give him favor with his supervisors and coworkers, that his work would be blessed and fruitful. Guard his heart against anger and pride, Father. Your word says, *"God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"* (James 4:6). Help him to fully surrender to You, making Jesus Lord of every area of his life. Fill him with Your peace, joy, and guidance, that he may walk in the Spirit and overcome sin.
Lord, we also pray for protection at his workplace. Surround him with Your angels, and let no evil come near him (Psalm 91:10-11). Give him strength for his tasks and wisdom in all his dealings. May his light shine before men, that they may see his good works and glorify You (Matthew 5:16).
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and help us to rest in Your promises. We love You, Lord, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
