We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for divine intervention, protection, and provision. Father God, we stand in agreement with this request, knowing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. You are our Provider, our Protector, and our Defender, and we trust in Your mighty power to move on behalf of Your children.
Heavenly Father, we first thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We are grateful that by grace through faith, we are saved, not by our own works, but by the finished work of Christ on the cross. We pray that this truth would be the foundation of all we do, including the work of this ministry and business. Lord, we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon this family’s business. Provide them with abundant opportunities to serve You through their work, and grant them favor in the eyes of those they encounter. May their labor be fruitful, not for their own glory, but for the advancement of Your kingdom. "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3). Let their work be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may it bring glory to Your name.
We also stand against the schemes of the enemy who seeks to hinder the work of Your kingdom. Father, we rebuke every evil plan, every demonic assignment, and every wicked scheme aimed at this family, their ministry, and the newly built church. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We specifically lift up the opposition to the opening of the new church, which is intended to bring salvation to lost souls. Lord, we ask that You fulfill the words of Isaiah 41:11-12 in the lives of those who seek to hinder this work: "Behold, all those who are incensed against you will be disappointed and confounded. Those who strive with you will be like nothing, and shall perish. You will seek them, and won’t find them, even those who contend with you. Those who war against you will be as nothing, as a non-existent thing." Let Your justice prevail, and let the plans of the enemy be utterly destroyed.
We also address the concerning mention of a minister who has allegedly joined hands with satanic agents to spoil the opening of this church. Father, we know that Your Word warns us about false prophets and those who claim to serve You but serve themselves. "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves" (Matthew 7:15). We pray that You expose every hidden work of darkness and bring truth to light. If this minister is indeed operating in deception, we ask that You convict their heart and lead them to repentance. If they refuse to turn from their ways, we trust in Your promise that "the Lord will judge His people" (Hebrews 10:30). Let Your fire of judgment fall upon every ungodly alliance, and let Your will be done in this situation.
Lord, we also pray for the fulfillment of Your desire as mentioned in Luke 12:49: "I came to throw fire on the earth. I wish it were already kindled." Father, let Your fire of revival, purification, and passion for souls burn brightly in this ministry and in every place where Your name is lifted high. Let the gospel advance unhindered, and let the lost be saved. We declare that no demonic force, no witchcraft, no black magic, and no secret plan can stand against the power of Your Holy Spirit. "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). We put on the full armor of God and stand firm against every attack of the enemy.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over this family. Shield them from every evil plot, every secret plan, and every demonic assignment aimed at stealing their peace, joy, and prosperity. Let every work of darkness be exposed and destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. "Yahweh will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:18). We trust in Your unfailing love and Your promise to never leave nor forsake us.
We also want to gently address the language used in this prayer. While we appreciate the fervency and passion, we must remember that our words carry power, and we should align them with Scripture. The phrase "must destroy utterly" can sometimes reflect a spirit of vengeance rather than trust in God’s justice. We are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). While we rebuke the works of darkness, we must also leave room for God’s mercy and the possibility of repentance. Let us pray with faith, but also with humility, trusting that God’s ways are higher than our ways.
Finally, we want to encourage this family to continue seeking God’s face in all things. Let their lives be a living testimony of His grace and power. May they walk in the fullness of His blessings, not for their own gain, but for the glory of His name. Let them be a light in their community, drawing others to Christ through their words and deeds. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16).
Heavenly Father, we lift all these things to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, and that nothing is too hard for You. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
