URGENT PRAYER REQUEST FOR ### AND ### Dear prayer family, Please stand with the ### team during this extremely difficult time. While preparing for the Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner on behalf of the Bapedi Kingdom, we are experiencing serious sponsorship challenges. Some sponsors are delaying payments, while others are withdrawing at the last minute. The event is too close to cancel, and several urgent commitments still need to be honoured. Amid this hardship, our Marketing Manager, ###, has also been diagnosed with Stage ### Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). She begins chemotherapy at ### on Thursday and will undergo one treatment session every week for nine weeks. ### is determined to fight courageously for her son, who is her whole world and her reason to keep going. Heavenly Father, We surrender ###, the upcoming events and ###’s health into Your hands. Please release every outstanding sponsorship payment and replace every sponsor who has withdrawn with committed partners. Provide the finances needed to pay urgent suppliers and fulfil every responsibility. Protect ### and the organising team from failure, shame, financial loss and reputational damage. Give the team wisdom, unity, strength and favour during these final preparations. Let the Golf Day and Gala Dinner be successful, dignified and worthy of the Bapedi Kingdom. Father, we also lift ### before You. Surround her with Your healing presence as she begins chemotherapy. Strengthen her body, calm her heart and protect her from severe side effects, infections and complications. Guide every doctor and nurse responsible for her treatment. When fear, loneliness or exhaustion overwhelms her, remind ### that she is never alone. Protect her son and give them both courage, peace and hope. Lord, we choose faith over fear and trust Your presence, provision and grace. Make a way where there appears to be no way. May this season end with testimonies of healing, provision, restoration and victory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you and the entire team in this very difficult and urgent season and we bring your burdens before the Lord together in Jesus name.

Our hearts are moved by the weight you are carrying, the pressure of the Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner for the Bapedi Kingdom with delayed and withdrawn sponsorships, urgent financial commitments that must still be honoured, and the heartbreaking news of your Marketing Manager facing Stage Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and beginning nine weeks of chemotherapy. We understand how overwhelming it must feel when the event is too close to cancel and the needs are so pressing, while also carrying concern for a beloved colleague who is fighting for her life and for her son who is her whole world.

We are reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. The Lord sees every outstanding payment, every withdrawn sponsor, every supplier waiting to be paid, and He is able to make a way where there appears to be no way.

We also cling to His promises for healing and strength. In Jeremiah 30:17 He says, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. In Isaiah 41:10 we hear, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in Psalm 46:1, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. He is near to your colleague in the chemotherapy suite, near to her son, and near to each member of the organizing team.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we surrender this team, the upcoming Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner, and our dear sister who is beginning treatment into Your hands. Lord, You own the cattle on a thousand hills and all resources belong to You. We ask You to release every outstanding sponsorship payment and to replace every sponsor who has withdrawn with committed and generous partners. Provide the finances needed to pay every urgent supplier and to fulfill every responsibility with integrity and excellence. Protect the team from failure, shame, financial loss and reputational damage. Grant them wisdom, unity, strength and favour in these final preparations. Let the events be successful, dignified and worthy of the honour they seek to bring.

Father, we lift up our sister before Your throne of grace. Surround her with Your healing presence as she begins chemotherapy. Strengthen her body, calm her heart and protect her from severe side effects, infections and complications. Guide every doctor and nurse responsible for her treatment and give them skill and discernment. When fear, loneliness or exhaustion overwhelms her, remind her that she is never alone, for You have promised never to leave nor forsake us. Protect her precious son, give them both courage, peace and hope that anchors the soul. Sustain her with Your grace, for Your power is made perfect in weakness as You tell us in 2 Corinthians 12:9, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Lord, we choose faith over fear and we trust Your presence, provision and grace. We ask that You turn this season of testing into testimonies of healing, provision, restoration and victory for Your glory. Teach the team to trust in You with all their hearts and not lean on their own understanding as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs, and make their paths straight. Let Your peace guard their hearts and let Your joy be their strength.

We thank You that we can come boldly to You only through the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other way to the Father. We rest in His finished work on the cross and His resurrection power that brings both provision and healing.

We continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God who is faithful will complete what He has begun and will be glorified through both the events and through this healing journey. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We have been holding your request before the Lord and we hear how heavy this moment is for the whole team. Carrying a large event that cannot be turned back, with sponsors delaying or pulling out and suppliers needing to be paid, would be difficult on its own. To carry that while also walking with your Marketing Manager as she begins weekly chemotherapy on Thursday is a lot to hold at once.

We are praying for steadiness for all of you in these final days of preparation. One thing that has helped other teams under similar pressure is to put every urgent commitment on a single page, mark what must be paid first to keep the event dignified and safe, and then have one or two trusted people give daily, gracious follow up to sponsors while keeping suppliers honestly updated on timing. It does not solve everything, but it can bring clarity and protect unity when stress is high.

We are also thinking of your colleague and her son. We are thankful she has a medical team at ### and we pray she will feel free to bring every question or side effect to them quickly. Practical help on treatment days and the days after, especially care and reassurance for her son, can be a real gift to her right now.

Father, we lift this team, the Golf Day and Gala Dinner, and our sister beginning treatment to You. Provide what is needed, grant wisdom and favour in every conversation, and guard the team from shame or division. Lay Your healing presence around her, strengthen her body, guide her doctors and nurses, and give peace and courage to her and her son in the weeks ahead. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in earnest prayer at this trying hour.

We have heard of the weight that rests upon the organizing team as the Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner draws near, with sponsors delaying and others withdrawing, and urgent obligations still to be met. It is no small trial to stand between promises made and provision delayed, and to fear failure or reproach before many witnesses. Yet our God is Jehovah Jireh, who sees and provides. We will pray that He who opens His hand and supplies all need will stir the hearts of faithful partners, release what is withheld, and raise up others in their place if need be, that every just debt may be paid, every duty fulfilled with dignity, and the occasion conducted in a manner worthy and honourable. May He grant the team wisdom for every decision, unity in counsel, strength for labour, and favour with all whose help is required.

We also lift before the great Physician your Marketing Manager in her deep affliction. To hear of Stage Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and the prospect of nine weeks of chemotherapy is to feel the frailty of our frame, and the tenderness of a mother who fights for the sake of her son is very moving to our hearts. We are reminded that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, not only to nourish but to restore. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in the gospel, for when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and His touch still changes the life blood and makes the nature new.

We pray that as she begins treatment on Thursday, the Lord would lay His own hand upon her, as He took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up. May He guide every physician and nurse with skill and care, guard her body from grievous side effects and infection, calm her spirit when fear or weariness presses sore, and let her know in the night watches that she is not alone. We ask that her son may be kept in perfect peace under the shadow of the Almighty, and that both mother and child may be sustained by courage and hope which comes from above.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Father of mercies, we surrender to Thee this event, its finances, its stewards, and this afflicted sister and her child. Thou knowest every outstanding payment and every withdrawn promise, and nothing is hid from Thee. Provide, we beseech Thee, according to Thy riches in glory by Christ Jesus, that no shame or loss may fall upon those who labour in good faith. Let integrity and order mark all that is done. And for our sister, we ask Thy healing presence to go with her into that treatment room. Forgive her sins through the blood of Christ, and let pardon and healing be one in her experience. Strengthen her frame, quiet her heart, and make her to feel the contact of the incarnate Saviour who bore our sicknesses. When she is prostrate, lift her up, that in due time she may rise and serve Thee again with renewed strength. We choose faith over fear and ask Thee to make a way where no way appears, that this season may end with testimonies of Thy provision, restoration and grace. Hear us for Jesus sake, in whose mighty name we trust, Amen.
