We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this family in desperate need of His divine intervention. Father God, we know that You see every struggle, every unpaid bill, every sleepless night, and every moment of discouragement. You are the God of miracles, the One who parts seas and raises the dead—surely You can redirect this situation according to Your perfect will.
First, we lift up this wife who is carrying the weight of uncertainty in her job. Lord, grant her wisdom beyond her own understanding, as You promise in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* May she feel Your presence in the workplace, guiding her decisions and opening doors no man can shut. Strengthen her when she is weary, and remind her that her worth is not found in her employment but in Christ alone.
For this family’s home, we cry out for justice and provision. The neglect of this landlord is not hidden from You, Father. We pray that You would either move mightily to compel them to fulfill their responsibilities or provide a new dwelling that is safe, stable, and honorable. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are more than able to supply every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Break the chains of financial strain, Lord, and restore what has been lost. Let this family walk in the freedom of Your provision, trusting that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).
We also take a moment to acknowledge the name by which this family has called upon You—Yeshua. We rejoice that they know Jesus as their Messiah, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father. We pray that their faith in Christ would remain steadfast, even in the midst of trials, for He has overcome the world (John 16:33).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of lack, fear, and oppression that has tried to take root in this home. We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak restoration over their finances, peace over their minds, and unity in their marriage. May they fix their eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, the One who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.
