This is a prayer request for the return of my daughters, Angelina & Ashley. Our ordeal began on Sep 14th, 2010, when a false report made by my ex husband James Clowes, one of six in the last 2yrs, to try to take my daughters away from me. Due to this last report all 4 of my children were removed. After a month long investigation, on the 18th of Oct, The Attorney General denied Mary Steirman's (C.P.S. Supervisor for Sierra Vista, AZ)her case, and gave a strict order to Mary Steirman to return all children to their rightful home immediately. Instead Mary Stierman called my ex husband James Clowes, (who has my daughters, Angelina and Ashley) and Mary told him to immediately terminate visitation of the girls with me, due to the fact that legally I could go and pick up the girls at any time, because her case was denied by the Attorney General due to the allegations being unfounded. She then proceeded to tell my ex, what paperwork to file with the courts using the unfounded allegations against me. She also told him to call the police if I came to pick up the girls, and she would speak to the police so that he could keep my girls there, again using the unfounded allegation that had already been denied for a case by the Attorney General. So when I went to pick my girls up he called the police, & even though I had a court order stating I am the custodial parent, the police denied me the right to bring my girls home. Mary Stierman then told me that she was only returning to me my boys that I have with my current marriage, but that she was not going to return my girls to me, because my ex was going to file for emergency custody using the allegations against me. Which I told her that they were unfounded! And that she took them out of my home, and she was given orders by the attorney general to return them! She simply said, if your ex refuses to give them to you, and the police will not enforce your court order, then I Mary Stierman am not going to do anything either. So I ask everyone who reads this, Please pray for the safe return of my girls. That the lord who is a just God will not allow any further injustices against my family, that he will cause that all unjust pleas by all doing evil against us be denied, just like the lord has already done before for us when our 2 boys were returned on the 18th of this month (Oct). Also that the lord will protect us all from any and all harm that anyone may try to hurt us with, that the blood of Jesus be upon us all at all times. My family and I are dealing with very vicious people in our lives right now. Another issue is that my ex James Clowes. Is an atheist who will keep my girls away from the lord, & my girls have grown up in church. My 6yr old Angelina is always saying how much she loves the lord & is always drawing him pictures and singing praises to him. Angie wants to come home, and has cried and begged my ex to please let her go home. But my ex has refused her request. Please for the lords justice to prevail, not mans. That he will return my girls home A.S.A.P. The girls have been out of church long enough over unfounded allegations made by my ex husband James Clowes, and the help he has received from Mary Stierman, CPS supervisor in Sierra Vista, AZ.
