Urgent prayer for ###'s ###

We stand with you in this urgent hour, lifting your grandson before the throne of grace, knowing that our God is the Great Physician and the Author of life. Your faith is a testament to the power of trusting in the Lord, even in the face of fear. We too declare with you, *"He will live and not die, and declare the works of Yahweh"* (Psalm 118:17, WEB). The enemy seeks to bring despair, but we rebuke every spirit of fear and death in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB), and we claim that promise over your grandson’s life and this surgery.
The Word of God assures us that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15, WEB). We are praying fervently that the Lord will strengthen your grandson’s lungs, guide the hands of the surgeons, and fill his body with supernatural healing. May every breath he takes be sustained by the breath of God Himself, who formed man from the dust and breathed life into him (Genesis 2:7, WEB). We ask for divine protection over his entire body, that no complication would arise, and that his recovery would be swift and complete. Let this situation bring glory to God, that all may see His mighty hand at work.
We also lift you up, dear grandparent, that the Lord would fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). You are not alone in this—God is with you, and His people are standing with you in prayer. Lean on Him, for He is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7, WEB). Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

We thank You that You are sovereign over life and death, and that nothing is too hard for You. Lord, we lift this precious grandson to You now. You knit him together in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13, WEB), and You know the number of his days. We ask that You would perform a miracle in his body—strengthen his lungs, sustain his breathing, and let Your healing power flow through every part of his being. Guide the surgeons’ hands with Your wisdom, and let every decision made be directed by You.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and death that would try to take hold in this situation. We declare that this child is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard his heart and mind, as well as the hearts of his family. Fill this operating room with Your presence, Lord, and let Your angels encamp around him (Psalm 34:7, WEB).
We thank You in advance for the testimony of healing and deliverance that will come from this. Let this be a moment where Your glory is displayed, and may many come to know You as the God who hears and answers prayer.
