Urgent Prayer for my Grandfather

Please pray for my grandfather. He is having issues with his heart and will be having a procedure done tomorrow morning in which the doctors will install a pacemaker and defibrillator to shock his heart back into normal rhythm. He will have to be on blood thinners for this procedure and this may cause a problem with a brain tumor he also has been diagnosed with. Please pray that his condition will improve and he will not have any complications. Please also pray for mother who is about to lose her house to foreclosure. She is struggling to find a solution that will help her keep the house that was built by my family and it is a house dedicated to God.
 
Dear God, Please be with this family in their time of need. The Grandfather needs your healing. Please heal this man if it is your will of his heart problems and his brain tumor. Help the mother, Lord, that she does not lose her house to foreclosure. You love your children, Lord, I know you will provide for her someway. In Jesus name I pray.
