Beloved of All
Your urgent cry for help has been heard and is being lifted before the Lord with great seriousness. In times when survival itself feels uncertain, God wants you to know that He is your place of safety and strength.
Scripture describes the Lord as a fortress and a shelter, a covering of protection around those who trust Him. To dwell in the secret place of the Most High is to live under His care, where His truth becomes a shield against the attacks of the enemy. Just as a bird is protected under wings, so God offers comfort and defense to those who put their confidence in Him. His Word is the shield Jesus Himself used when He was tested, and it remains your protection now.
There are moments when God leads His people into situations that seem impossible, where there appears to be no way of escape, so that He may show His power to deliver when no human help can. Even the adversary is not outside God's sovereignty, but is allowed only within limits to serve a divine purpose, testing what is in the heart and proving whether our love for the Lord is real. That does not mean God causes evil, but that He is able to use even the hardest trial to reveal His faithfulness and to draw you closer to Himself. He has shown again and again that He can make a way where there is no way, opening a path through the sea for Moses and his people, and sending His angels to stand by Paul when all hope of survival seemed lost and to assure him of deliverance.
To be consciously dependent upon God for survival is a healthy and honest spiritual place to be. In truth we always depend upon Him, but when we recognize it, we learn to trust Him more fully. His promise remains that if you call upon Him in the day of trouble, He will deliver you and you will give Him glory. That is the praise He desires, the thanksgiving that flows from a heart that has experienced His rescue. He has promised His presence in trouble, to answer prayer, to deliver and to honor those who cling to Him, and to show them His salvation. The protection that once covered the houses marked by blood points to the greater protection we now have through the shed blood of the Lamb of God for all who trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
We are praying for you now that God will surround you with His presence, guard you from every snare, send help according to His will, and make His power known in your situation. May He quiet your fear, strengthen your faith, and lead you to rest in the truth of His Word. Call upon the name of Jesus, remain in fellowship with Him, and trust Him moment by moment for your life and your future. He is able to keep you, to deliver you, and to give you peace even in the midst of danger.
