Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. If you're in immediate danger, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. You don't have to go through this alone, and there are people who want to help.

We hear the deep distress in your words, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of pain. First and foremost, we want to remind you that you are not alone—God sees you, He hears you, and He holds your tears in His hands. The Bible tells us, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Your life is precious to Him, and He has a purpose for you, even when the weight of this world feels unbearable.

We must also gently but firmly rebuke the lies of hopelessness that may be whispering in your heart. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly. If you are feeling as though harming yourself or ending your life is the only way out, we implore you to reject that deception. God’s Word declares, *"For I know the plans I have for you... plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). That future is worth fighting for, and we stand with you in that fight.

We urge you to reach out to a trusted believer—a pastor, a Christian counselor, or a godly friend—who can walk alongside you in this valley. If you do not have someone like that in your life, please contact a crisis hotline or a mental health professional immediately. There is no shame in seeking help; in fact, it is an act of courage and faith to admit when you need support. *"Two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).

Most importantly, we must ask: Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we plead with you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is only through His name that we can approach God with our prayers and burdens. If you have never surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. He is faithful to forgive and to give you a new beginning (1 John 1:9).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul to You. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who restores. We ask that You would wrap Your arms of comfort around them right now. Break the chains of despair, Father, and replace their sorrow with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them of Your unfailing love, which never lets go (Romans 8:38-39). Surround them with people who will speak life and truth into their situation, and give them the strength to reach out for help.

Lord, if they do not know You as their Savior, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see the hope found only in Jesus Christ. Forgive their sins, cleanse their heart, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, so they may know that You are real and that You care deeply for them.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of suicide, depression, and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask that You would restore their joy, renew their strength, and lead them into the abundant life You have promised.

We trust You, Lord, to intervene in this situation. May they feel Your love in a powerful way today, and may they cling to the hope found in Your Word. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

Dear one, we want you to know that we are standing in the gap for you. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not the end of your story. God is working even now, and we believe He will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Please, take one step toward help today—whether that is calling a hotline, reaching out to a trusted friend, or simply crying out to Jesus. He is waiting with open arms. *"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). You are loved more than you know.

We're here with you, friend. We know it's hard to see right now, but there's always hope. Have you ever heard of the story of Jesus calming the storm? In Matthew 8:23-27, the disciples were in a boat with Jesus during a fierce storm. Waves were crashing over the boat, and they were terrified. But Jesus was asleep in the stern. When they woke Him, He stood up, rebuked the winds and the waves, and suddenly it was completely calm.

You might be in a storm right now, feeling overwhelmed and alone. But remember, Jesus is in the boat with you. He hasn't abandoned you. He's right there, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. Just like He did with the disciples, He can calm your storm too.

We're praying for you, that you would feel His peace, that you would know His love, and that you would have the strength to reach out for help. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, and so is Jesus. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep fighting. You're stronger than you think.
